We had an amazing experience at Crate & Barrel thanks to Jimmie Dulaney! He went above and beyond with customer support, helping us with everything we needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. If you want a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, definitely ask for Jimmie – he’s the best!

I never leave reviews, but my mom insisted—so here we are! I met Marcus at the Starbucks inside the mall. I noticed him right away—he’s tall, stylish, and just has that presence. I saw his name tag and asked him what Crate & Barrel was all about. He kindly explained the range of housewares, furniture, and décor. I’d been to CB2 before but never Crate & Barrel. He was incredibly warm and approachable. Even though I couldn’t afford a lot of the pieces, he still took the time to educate me on the quality and craftsmanship behind their products, which I really appreciated. A week later, I came back with my mom—and to my surprise, he remembered me! He even complimented my mom (she’s a big fan of his now—shoutout to my sweet Vietnamese mama). I ended up buying some beautiful plates for my apartment, and my mom picked up curtains a few days later. Marcus was so sweet and professional throughout it all. He’s even going to help me style my apartment, and I’m beyond excited. The whole team at the store was lovely—attentive, friendly, and the space itself is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Marcus! - Hang

Beware shopping here if you are parking. The store is fine but my car got booted and immobilized while I was in the store shopping. The parking tech would not listen to my dispute. $75 to have it removed, a total scam. It is a shame that this business is affected by the property management and who they contract for parking.

Came here to say for their wedding registry event! Loved that they had this event to help newly engaged couples to navigate what to do with their registries! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable on everything from tableware to bedding. This event started before the store officially opened so that very helpful to get individual attention and time and space to move around to pick up all the glasses and silverware and things one must put on their registry. They had us try a Nespresso maker, and there was a Shun knife demo. They also had OJ and lite snacks at the event too which made it very welcoming

I love shopping here. Staff is nice. Items rotate often enough not to be dull. The small kitchens items you need, but can never find are there.

We worked with one of the designers, Tonya Dessesseau, and she was fantastic! She listened carefully to our design preferences, put together a gorgeous plan, and was receptive to our feedback about a few adjustments. She truly went above and beyond by coming out to tour the space before the design and being present for the delivery, giving us white glove treatment with a very minor issue, and helping us order additional beautiful design elements once the first delivery was complete. I cannot say enough wonderful things - thanks so much, Tonya!

I came in today looking for ideas. Gloria introduced me to Sonia the furniture specialist. She is a god send. She was so patient and kind with helping me today. I am an elderly lady, and to have that kind of patience and wonderful personality is rare. I love every piece she picked out for me to update my living room. If I can give her 10 stars I would and I am excited to work with her again. Great asset Crate and Barrel. Thanks again

Whatever you do, don’t go there. They boot your car whether you shop there or not. We parked there, went to crate and barrel and came back to a sticker and a boot. Had to pay the guy on the lot $75 to get the car back. Absolutely gangster practices.

Yelp
I had the best customer service with Tony. Extremely patient and helpful! Store has big selection.

Yelp
Today Monday 8/18/25 I went into the store because I needed multiple things . Firstly , I don't shop crate and barrel too often and I have come to this location before with no issue so I'm not sure what today was about . Sunday evening I was on the website looking through multiple things I was thinking of purchasing . I placed a very very small pick up order but wanted to look around and see the other items I wanted . I called my mom for purchase advice since when I was a teen she did seasonal work at crate a barrel for about 3 years in NYC and knew a lot about the product . I had one item in my hand that I for sure wanted because I saw it online but was looking around for plates since I need some . Joe ... screamed across the floor " can I help you with something" ... 1 I was on the phone . 2 he didn't have to yell and 3 I assume it was because I had the jigger in my hand and got a little too close to the door . To me it seemed as though he was assuming I wanted to steal the item . I was so embarrassed since there were multiple people in the store . I felt I was racially profiled and it made me very uncomfortable. However , I did not make a scene. I paid for the jigger , picked up my order and left . As soon as I got outside called my mother and told her about the incident . Sadly I couldn't even look around to find the plates and glasses I wanted because Joe made the experience unsettling for me and I won't be returning to this location . I'm hoping this reaches his superiors and he can be spoken to about proper etiquette on the sales floor and not to judge people while shopping . He's representing not only himself but the company . Disgusting to say the least .

Yelp
So I'm going to say that overall this was a good experience. It's exactly what you would expect. They have furniture and upholstery and dishes and all types of gadgets. So it's nothing out the ordinary. What was out of the ordinary? Was the customer service. Solid customer service! I came in because I ordered something online and they sent me an email the night before saying that it finally made it. Which it shouldn't have made it because it was on back order but I guess somebody returned it and they let me get it. Which I was thrilled for! The thing that customer service stood out the most is because while I was waiting for it to come from the back, the person who was waiting on me showed me the machine. Show me how to use it and told me what to look out for. Like they really care. He took it apart to show me where the trouble areas were that I have to look out for so you can keep it going for as long as possible. The fact that he showed me how to break it down and where to focus on while cleaning was really good. A lot of times you order something and they just give you your package and then you are on your way. This wasn't that, that was five-star treatment!

Yelp
Some of the staff at this location in particular have been working here for over 25 years. They remember before Crate & Barrel was bought, when it was located IN Lenox and had a far better, bigger footprint. Have stories about the mall. My parents actually built the current mall back in the 80s when I went from an outdoor mall to what we have now, and I have worked there in many different stores. So it's fun for me to talk with them about the history. As a location, it's sort of meh. For me personally, this location just never gets the items I would like to see in person from online. Like NEVER (would it kill you to bring some of the Athena Caldrone collection here - especially when the stock image online are so inconsistent). So that's frustrating. And there have been instances in the past where it says there is an item in store to view, we drive there and it's not there after all. I also miss the old glassware collection being in one space in the front all together. Now that they moved back the space is larger but it's not all together so finding pieces isn't as easy and if feels like they have signifcant less of each collection )(or of the collections as a whole) than they used to. And where some of the staff is wonderful, helpful, and interesting, a lot of the staff isn't. And I mean like actively going out of their way to avoid customer interaction. On my last visit, I had to ask 4 different associates for help reaching an item that was too high up for me (and breakable). The first 3 either ignored me or were busy with someone else and decline to just grab the item. The fourth, who wasn't in fact a store employee, but actually a part of the visuals team, stopped what he was doing to reach the item, then saw that it had a lot of finger prints and went to the back to get one in a box for me. Then helped me check out and unboxed it and repackaged the item into a gift box (it was a gift) So this one can be great, but it can also be not so great. Very dependent on who you work with and what you're looking for.

Yelp
Located on the opposite side of the Lenox Mall, Crate and Barrel is a beautiful home decor store. The service inside was phenomenal. Both staff women let us leave our shopping bags at the front of the store. So we could walk around in peace. We haven't been to a C&B in a few years as they don't exist in Birmingham. But the store is a great spot to find home decor items, gifts, and all things kitchen and cookware. If you do find something you like though, I suggest to keep an eye on it online and when it goes on sale, then order it. You can get some great steals at Crate and Barrel!

Yelp
Let me start by saying. Believe everything you hear about this horrible company. This was my first and last purchase from Crate & Barrel EVER. I'm a CB2 customer.I've gotten several pieces from there. Both stores are owned by the same company. What happened to me at C & B has never happened at CB2. I wanted a cadenza for my condo out of town. I saw a " final sale" item I was interested in online. On February 03,2024. I went into the Buckhead location to make the purchase and set up delivery to my out of state location. No problem. The store manager assisted me. He showed me the computer monitor where the item was available in my area. We set up the delivery date for March 12 when I would be back in Philadelphia to accept the delivery. Condo buildings require companies to submit a (COI ) certificate of insurance prior to delivery. The sales guy put all of my building delivery instructions into the system. It was on my receipt. The week before delivery. I noticed no one from Crate & Barrel contact me or the building management about the COI. I decided to reach out to customer service. I was told the request was being submitted and it'll take 3 day. Are you serious? I've had CB2 submit it in an hour and West Elm did it within 20 mins. The COI was never sent to my building. Now we're 4 days from delivery and I have my flight out of Atlanta on March 10. Again delivery is March 12. I called the customer service department two more times inquiring about the COI. I was told the same LIE call after call. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WAS NEVER SENT. I received a call Friday March 8 to confirm my delivery date (voicemail) and a text message the morning of delivery. 20 mins after I received a message saying your item is OUT FOR DELIVERY with a link to track the delivery driver. I get a call from the delivery company (outside contractor) saying my furniture won't be coming today with a lie she was told to tell me from C&B. Crate & Barrel held my money for almost 6 weeks knowing they sold an item that was already paid for and being held for a customer and no one never called me. It was a final sale item and wasn't being restocked. The manager at the store told me they had 3 price increases since the pandemic and this is how C & B treats their customers. I'm guessing they never sent the COI because the customer service reps I spoke with could see that there wasn't any items to be delivered and not a single one of them said anything during my three calls. I booked a flight to Philly for nothing. I had already paid it out on my credit card. American Express gave me a credit within 2 days. Update: My response to the corporate generated response. F off B. It isn't genuine. Just for show. Why should I be reaching out to you? If you had any respect for your customers. This wouldn't have happened and someone would have notified me in advance. Instead you guys took my money and resold a paid for item. Damn crooks. The damage is done. Bye.

Yelp
I love shopping at this Crate and Barrel. Not only do they have items stocked on shelves or on bins, but they also have displays throughout the store that show customers just how nice their home can look with Crate and Barrel items. Just about everything sold here is of high quality. Yes, many items are expensive, but many other quality items are very reasonably priced, so you CAN furnish your place with nice things and not have to take out a loan to finance your updates. Finding parking at Shops Around Lenox in the lot in front of Crate and Barrel can be challenging, especially during the weekend when the weather is nice. There is additional limited parking underneath the store, and customers can park below and take the elevator directly up into the store. Employees follow Covid-19 guidelines: they wear face masks, hand sanitizer is available near the door, and signs are on the floor indicating where customers should stand in order to practice social distancing. When I was in the store, I noticed that all of the customers I saw wore face masks. Most of the times, when they're not too busy, the employees greet customers and ask if they need any help. If you do need help, the employees will generally go out of their way to help you find whatever item(s) you're looking for. I was looking for a rectangular serving dish and found one at a very reasonable price. Employees at the register will happily wrap fragile or breakable items with paper or bubble wrap and place it either in a sturdy bag with handles or in a box. Quality all around!

Yelp
Literally the best shopping experience I have ever had and that's all attributed to Ms. Gloria! We were greeted with the most welcoming smile. Gloria was the sweetest-- simply phenomenal customer service. I mentioned that what I was purchasing was a gift and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND, wrapping it up in a box and making it really special (and including the gift receipt). It seems like you don't find customer service or joy like this in retail any more- and it was so refreshing to see someone loving what they do. The other employees were lovely and seemed to be really helpful, too. There is none like Ms. Gloria!! I will be going back for my Christmas shopping & gifts!

Yelp
The store atmosphere looks very pleasant and chic. Has an air of elegance. The prices are on the higher end, but the appearance of the quality of products seem to justify including the area this store is located in. The staff did not greet me nor seem to greet anyone entering, but that does not necessarily mean that they lack pleasant hospitality and just may be allowing customers to observe quietly without distraction similar to a library experience. There are a plethora of options from furniture, dishes, to appliances in what seems to be exquisite quality.

Yelp
This is my go-to locations for pick up orders. Their customer service is always great and the store is kept organized and clean.

Yelp
Wife and I came to Atlanta to look for a glider and ottoman for our nursery room. After failing to find anything in the Mall and a few other stores we came here as a last resort. We knew we were going to spend some money here but we know we were going to get a quality product. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we asked about the childrens area. She pointed us in the direction and to my surprise it was a very small area compared to how big the store was. They did have 3 options for gliders and luckily my wife was able to find one that she really liked. Another associate came to help us as we were looking for a specific color that they didnt have in stock. The transaction went smoothly and we ended up with our glider and ottoman in about 3 weeks (all furniture is taking weeks right now) )

Yelp
This Crate and Barrel location in Atlanta is a well managed Crate & Barrel that has a good selection of different quality items.I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here and they have worked out well. Good experience shopping here.

Yelp
Another customer mentioned Ms. Gloria. What a wonderful customer advocate. I had been eyeing a decor bowl for years...literally and it went on sale. I called and this C&B had one of the few left. I knew it was now or never, however this bowl is semi hand made and each one is different. Ms. Gloria assured me even though it was on sale if I didn't like it when I came to pick it up I could return, even confirmed with the store manager. As luck would have it when I saw it, it was not as finished as others I had seen, but there was a floor model. I made a switch and it is now a show piece in my home. This is a great Crate and Barrel and Ms. Gloria helps make it so.

Yelp
My living room can be a showroom for Crate & Barrel (sans the mess ie, haha). Seriously, the tv console, sectional, rugs, the halo dining table, chairs, etc were all purchased from Crate & Barrel. Even the artworks were from C&B. I love their contemporary furniture. I love how the furniture fit nicely & harmoniously in the modern condo. I used to go to Crate & Barrel every week. To me, it was rather calming to browse around and often I would leave the store with something mainly from the kitchen section. From bakeware to cooking tools. I spent a lot of money here. Since the store moved to outside of the mall, my love of visiting the store just vanished. Something just amiss for me at the new location. With all due respect, I have to disagree with a few fellow yelpers here. Being located inside the mall has its advantages. Shoppers get to visit C&B while shopping at the mall, they can become C&B future potential customers. If C&B was not located inside Lenox mall to begin with, I would have never get to know about this brand and ended up filling up my home with Crate & Barrel merchandise. Customer service has always been outstanding during those times I shopped there. Unless I am looking for a new piece of furniture or to replace any current one, I would not go out of my way to visit the store. Still a big fan though!

Yelp
I recently received a gift shipped by Crate & Barrel which contained spices that were dated with a best buy date of February, keep in mind this was a Christmas gift. When I texted and went online to request a replacement they tried to tell me that the spoon that was included was sold by them but the spices were not. Clearly this was a gift enclosed in cellophane wrap with the spoon inside the bag and it was shipped by Crate & Barrel. After several attempts I have still not gotten a replacement and I didn't want to refund the customer as this was a gift, not their fault. I provided the gift receipt number along with pictures, still no communication to correct this issue. Be sure to check dates when you buy in the store and if you are placing an online order be aware that the recipient may receive outdated produce. Extremely disappointed with customer service.

Yelp
My shopping trip began with having to return 12 picture frames. (Please note that the brushed brass frames look very rose gold in person.) I felt a little frustrated as I could barely carry the large box into the store and struggled to the front registry and was then sent to a secondary return register. However, instead of leaving immediately, I decided to wander for a bit. An employee (I'd guess a lead or manager) approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I handed him a few small items and then paused, remembering that I had received a dining chair back in May that had since slightly broken and could use repair or replacement. The man asked me a few questions and said someone would be in touch. I figured at best that I would maybe hear back. Well, I sure did. I received an email that my replacement chair was scheduled to deliver 10 days later! Absolutely for free! Blown away by his level of customer service and by this company.

Pam D.

Yelp
Best customer service we have ever received. Jimmy was so helpful and enjoyable to work with when choosing our new furniture. Their delivery team was on time, professional, and just the best overall experience we have ever had in buying furniture. We will be buying all our furniture from Crate & Barrel!

Yelp
I'm not sure what went wrong here today because I shop here all the time and spend a ton of money most of the time. We went in today to purchase a grill and some items we need for our house and the staff was so rude. No help gathering up the items we were purchasing. No assistance as we walked around the store so we just decided to buy everything online. I'm not going to give them credit for my purchase when they couldn't be bothered to assist carrying items to the register.

Nancy E.

Yelp
Love how helpful the staff is...both times, when I recently went in, I got very attentive and accommodating salespeople who didn't mind checking the back for additional stock (wanted to get the right shape of cheeseboard) and helped with boxing my products. And the variety of gift options at this store is great!

Alexa L.

Yelp
Love Crate & Barrel and everything they have to offer but this location is just awful. I was registered here and have been to this location several times and most of the time the employees don't know what they're doing and/or they have a bad attitude or just aren't accommodating. I feel like I know more of how to process returns and exchanges there better than most of the staff. More training would go a long way here.
google avatar

Yelp
My favorite store to purchase gifts for weddings and holiday gifts. I love the selections and displays in Crate and Barrel. The staff is very helpful in helping you find what you need. There are usually items on sale and those deals are superb!
google avatar

Kevin R.

Yelp
Terrible experience with a special order. The sales associate said it would be a 6-8 week delivery time and said we could order the item online if we needed to think about it, so we did. It's been 8 weeks and we called online customer service only to be told it would be another 4 weeks. The customer service rep at the shops around Lenox tried to tell me it was our choice to order online, which apparently takes longer. She said "Moving forward you should..." Honey, no. There is no "Moving forward" for us. Moving forward for Crate and Barrel, tell your retail folks that it takes longer online and make sure they tell customers that. She tried to put it off on me, and that is not okay. Won't be going back there.

Yelp
I initially came in here to (1) kill time and (2) because I had never been in a Crate and Barrel before. Loved all the contemporary furniture and fixtures. Didn't look at the prices, which is probably for the better. Only thing I found weird about being here was that I wasn't greeted/acknowledged/asked if I needed help. I expected at least a "Hello" from a store of this caliber.

Yelp
I love furniture shopping just as much as the next corpse. I had been researching media consoles for a few months, and nothing really checked all the boxes to fit my crappy starter home way out in the 'burbs. Ikea was great when I was broke, and Rooms-To-Blow can drive off a cliff. I was looking for solid wood with a simple design, and cost wasn't an issue if it is what I want, right? I drove all over this world looking for a specific type from West Elm, to Horizon Home, to Room and Board, and all their ilk. I wanted something that no place seemed to have, and I needed something sorta fast, but not tomorrow. I considered many of the craft furniture artisans around town, but most were at least a month out. Too damned slow. So here I was perusing Wayfair (yeah, it got that bad) and one of those pesky ads directed to to Crate and Barrel which I remember as a kid was stuff my parents bought. They happened to have something that looked simple, fit the sizing requirements, and wouldn't you know... they were having a one-day sale on media consoles. Sold! I called all the Atlanta locations, and only one had the version I wanted, so I zipped in, dropped the plastic and two days later I had what I wanted. The saleslady that helped me was awesome to the point of modelling next to the console which didn't help, but eased spending that much money. As a side note for people that want to pick up their furniture rather than have it shipped. Go to the Suwanee pick-up and save yourself the $100-odd so dollars and the guys will load it up for you. All-in-all, I will be back once I figure out what my style actually is, and if they sell anything that might fit said style once discovered.

Brad S.

Yelp
Yes, Crate and Barrel has great furniture, but what I really enjoy about shopping there is the staff. Whenever I go, the salespeople listen to my concerns and make valuable suggestions about what to buy. In the rare instance of a problem coming up, they work with you to get issues resolved. It's great to shop in a store where the employees are genuinely concerned about you and there are so many tempting buying options.

Yelp
My husband and I had to drive to Atlanta from Auburn to return ALL of our Crate and Barrel dishes from our wedding registry. It was really sad, because I loved the pattern, but it had a serious flaw, which was that the crackle glaze picked up stains from just about everything. For the price that our family and friends paid to get us these dishes, it was certainly not worth it. However, when we went to the Lenox Crate and Barrel, a little apprehensive about how things would go when we went to exchange over $600 worth of merchandise, we were treated extremely well and I left very happy with renewed faith in the company's customer service. The store manager assisted us in picking a new pattern and gave us tons of personal attention. We didn't really deal with an unfriendly customer service person in this store, which was important, because we were literally in the store for 2 and a half hour sorting things out!. The store itself is very large nice and nice, if not a tad crowded in its floor plan. This was my first visit to Lenox Square, and I was pretty amazed by how crowded the mall was for not really having anything too special. The "pick up" lane in the parking lot for Crate and Barrel is pretty annoying to have to deal with, since you have to wait behind all the people waiting to pick up passengers who need assistance. Good, redeeming experience-- customer service is not dead!

Yelp
I can't hate on Crate and Barrel too hard seeing as I worked here for a while back in the day. They have a lot of really high quality home furnishings, better than a lot of other places. But you're paying for it out the eyes for certain: I was always quite surprised at how much they'd charge for little knick-knacks. People seem to dig it though. The thing to know about C&B is that they will take back any damn thing you want to return. It can be 3 years old, covered in dust and cracked, and you can say you didn't like it and they'll take it back. No receipt will get you only store credit, but hey, why not? This location of Crate is particularly frenzied compared to others, being in Lenox Mall. It's about twice the size of most of the others I've seen: two stories. The furnture store alone is just a massive world of high end stuff. If you have they money and want to pay for the quality, come here. If you're on a budget, probably don't bother. They don't have sales. They don't have coupons. And Lenox Mall is a demon lair.

Yelp
Beautifully clean, simple, and modern designs at affordable prices, with respect to housewares. Crate & Barrel's high quality tableware is not much more expensive than that at Ikea. Some of Crate & Barrel's furniture and decor are expensive, with similar pricing as Room & Board. Despite the similar price range for the furniture, Room & Board seems to have a stronger aesthetic and more durable designs for the most part. While *some* of Crate & Barrel's wooden furniture is made of low-emission engineered wood, *all* of Room & Board's wooden furniture is made of solid maple, cherry, walnut, or oak - which are more durable materials than "engineered wood."

Yelp
This is quite a nice Crate & Barrel, and staff was nice and knowledgeable. The kitchen area is my favorite. Find quirky gadgets, Dutch pancake irons, utensils, cookbooks. Many of the items are made in Portugal and France exclusively for Crate & Barrel. I thought staff was friendlier here than at Williams&Sonoma. Furniture is quite nice and you can custom-design your kitchen and dining tables.

Yelp
If you're wondering what to get me for Christmas, a gift card to C & B would delight me beyond measure. I'm loving this store. Quality items for the kitchen are what ring my bell and C & B has what I need. The store is beautifully laid out and the employees are very helpful and nice. On this most recent visit, I bought two skillets and a glass bowl set. Now, these are not Wal-Mart prices, but the quality of the items are up to standards. C & B has what you need to decorate your whole place, including beds (yeah beds hommie). I can not stay away!

Yelp
There are some real bargains if you know where to look. I love their mad-scientist shot glasses, only $1.49, cunningly disguised as a small bud vase. I love that I can find an egg plate, that quintessential tableware of the South, for under $20. And little mise-en-place dishes, perhaps called small gratin dishes or small souffle dishes but also very useful for staying organized while cooking, are only a few bucks apiece. Of course, you can also overspend drastically. My advice: don't buy anything unless it's clear or plain white and you'll be fine.

Yelp
In my pursuit to furnish my new place in Atlanta, I was open to C&B for some home items. I was glad to see their product line evolve into better substance, more solid built, and great appeal for my taste. I was in the market to buy a dining table and chairs, bar set, bedroom set, and lamp set. I was fortunate enough to find most of the items on sale post the conclusion of the Holiday sale. My first few times in the store, the furniture staff was below par. They had no real interest in me, my money, or assisting me. Despite the back ordered bed, I opted to go home and see what I could find online. In lieu of buying in the store, I bought the bedroom (all but the chiffarobe) and dining room at C&B. My experience when I tried to buy in the store was the person had no interest to really assist me. One thing I can credit them, they have great customer service post. I bought a bar set in Chicago and the wheels broke while it was stationary, without any receipt, or question, the associate ordered new wheels, called to update me, and shipped them to my house at no cost. That is what made me buy the rest of my stuff from C&B. Unfortunately, the sales staff missed out on $7k of purchase, which I think would have been healthy commission, but the kitchen and all other areas really are very awesome staff.

Yelp
This location of Crate is the oldest and largest in Atlanta. The store is divided into two- one side is housewares, and the other (two-story area) is the furniture store. If you are looking for cheaper furniture you will have to assemble yourself, stick to the housewares side. If you want to buy a couch or some other high- quality piece, look for the folks on the two-story side and they will tell you everything you need to know. Crate also prides itself on its excellent customer service. And the company treats its employees very well, so happy employees= great customer service. I was one of the managers of this store for a few years and we really busted our butt to make people happy. I will give you a few warnings- if it takes forever for an employee to get something from the back, understand that they have to run down three flights of stairs to the stockroom, use a dumbwaiter to haul your stuff up, then run back up three flights of stairs. Also, the back-door pick up is at the end of valet. Park your car at the end of valet, look to your right, and you will see a sign hanging under the breezeway. Walk to it. Ring the bell. You will be helped. Also, Crate closes at 7 pm on Saturdays so don't roll up at 7:10 with a desperate need for a gift! The owner of the company believes the employees should spend time with their families instead of sitting at the mall until 9-10 pm. Why wouldn't you want to do business with a place like this?

Yelp
LOVE Crate & Barrel! If I die, my heaven will be C&B. This is a particularly nice store too! Its large and spacious and the people are very helpful.....well most of them. There was a guy who was at the register, who was obviously trying to make an upsell. I was waiting behind the man he was helping very patiently.......at first. After about ten minutes of not being helped.....and the sales guy not calling for help, I took matters into my own hands. The lady I found was very nice and friendly and apologetic that the guy at the register didn't even say a word to me, let alone find help. This was a big mistake for him because though I was only holding a single cup in my hand.....I was actually buying a whole kitchen full of things on my registry. Foolish man lost a sale because he over looked me.......haha. anyways, i still give them a 5 because once I was helped, my experience was great!

Yelp
The sales lady in the furniture department was way more interested in her tablet than any customers. She was very comfortable behind the sales desk. She just seemed very snarky when I was looking at a marked down chair. I decided to just walk out. I'm sure I can find a small orange fabric chair somewhere for $450 that would appreciate and maybe even enjoy my business.

Yelp
I love Crate and Barrel, and this is the store that I frequent. We went here to register for our wedding presents (even though neither of our hometowns have one...) and we were treated to complementary champagne flutes and a very impressive paring knife, just for registering. And when we came in to complete our registry, they patiently walked us through all the remaining items to match up what we didn't get and to point out that someone had bought us the wrong bowls, so the sets didn't match and we needed to exchange them. We just decided that we wanted to get some of the furniture, so I called the store to make sure that they had it in stock so that I could use the coupon I'd gotten in the mail. Unfortunately, they don't stock any of their furniture in house, but the associate told me that upfront. And he told me that he could order it through the store, and then we could pick it up in Suwannee, but that it's only $79 for delivery and assembly, and that's total - not for each piece, so it's probably easier for us to just order it online, and then it will arrive faster. I really appreciated the friendliness and honesty.

Yelp
I hate shopping, hate it. I'd rather gouge my eyes out with spoons, but I decided not to this time. We had a gift card from our wedding to use so we made our way over during the holiday shopping season, on a Sunday. Admittedly, I didn't know a lot about C&B. I've never shopped there before, even online. I had no idea what to expect. They have a selection of everything...gourmet type foods/spreads/breads, kitchen ware, furniture, nic-naks, home stuff, etc. I'm into cooking and food so it was able to keep my interest enough to walk around the whole store. Our reason for going was to buy xmas gifts and we cleaned house! I actually started to have a good time and we found a good variety of stuff (see list above) to suit our families needs/wants for xmas. I was excited to get everything done at one store. The staff was so incredibly friendly, offering advice on what snacks tasted good, how durable some items were...they also offered free gift wrapping, which I though was awesome because I hate wrapping presents. Yep, i was impressed! Great staff with friendly service and pretty decent prices made me a happy man. I still hate shopping but I'll swing by here again!

Yelp
Hello, I just wanted to file a complaint about my experience at the lenox store in Atlanta. A friend of mine and I went to look at rugs and decided to take some samples home to test them, an employee named Todd helped us with them and he was very nice, the problem was when we went to pay for them, one of the cashiers , her name was Michele basically yelled at another employee to come and help us check out (I did not get his name but it was a male associate) he looked as he was already helping other customers, and he did say so, then she turned around and tell us that we are going to have to wait, we did not mind but me and the other customers looked at each other and were ready to leave. I did not care about the wait but it was more about the way she talked to the other employee and how rude and loud she was. I prefer this location since it is close to my home but next time I will rather visit the one in Alpharetta.

Yelp
This is one of places where I'd like to hide in the bathroom until after closing and then come out when the store is empty and pretend like I live there. Creepy, I know... but really... I would love to play house in this store. I want everything in here. This store is filled with things I want, things I need, and things I think I can't live without. They have all the best furniture, kitchen gadgets, dishes, rugs, everything! The staff here have always been super helpful and friendly and they are very good at showing you that special item that wasn't on your list. On my last visit, I was introduced to a garlic press. Until now, I thought my normal way of slicing garlic was sufficient... now, I don't know how I ever lived without a garlic press! I have to say, this new location (outside of Lenox Mall) is very welcoming and accessible. I have been here many more times than I would have if the store was still inside the mall. Sometimes, you just don't want to deal with the mall crowd and Crate and Barrel has a nice parking lot so you can be in and out!

Yelp
I have only bought a few things from Crate & Barrel and mostly this location. The customer service is great and I highly recommend this place! Last year I bought a wine cooler online and got it shipped free to this store. One of their sales guys helped get it into my car. Parking is great at this location....right in front of the store! Today I went there to purchase a planter that was no longer available online and only available in store. Unfortunately this store did not have it. There was one salesperson who helped me look for it on the floor and another sales person who searched the warehouse for it. Then they called to Avalon store which had it and I was able to reserve it with my credit card on the phone. I was very pleasantly surprised by the customer service today because there were a lot of folks in the store given that it was Saturday around noon. Later that afternoon I drove to Alpharetta to pick it up. Though the Avalon store is very nice and helpful, the parking situation stinks.

Yelp
Nice store right near Lenox but without the crazy parking chaos of Lenox Square. Nice showroom with friendly staff. Definitely check out the marked down/discount section in the back. Some great deals there!

Yelp
Rude associate insisted that they don't prince match other retailers (brick/mortar or online) despite their website saying otherwise.

Yelp
Called in to see if they had a certain espresso machine that I saw online, and they were able to tell me how many they had in store over the phone. The customer service over the phone was awesome, which made me hurry in my car and drive over to Lenox (as the store is right next to the mall). Crate & Barrel has a seperate parking lot from the Mall, which is great because you can stay out of the hustle and bustle of it all. It also makes for easy going and coming. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by Gloria, who is the sweetest. She was able to get the espresso machine I wanted, and box it up for me with tissue paper (it was a gift), and have me out of the store in less than fifteen minutes. She also managed to sign me up for the Crate & Barrel email list so I can receive coupons in the future. I do not shop in Crate & Barrel often, but with quality customer service like I experienced, I know I'll be back.

Yelp
This and CB2 are my favorite stores for furniture and little nicknacks. Very contemporary and with a Euro minimalist feel to the design.

Yelp
This store has nearly single-handedly helped furnish my house. Kim, Connie, Alan, Joe and Todd are all over on the furniture side. They have worked very hard for us to help identify items that may be low in stock or discontinued. Likewise, they have contacted me at home to notify me of sales, or of a particular item that may interest us. I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are! If you need moderately priced, quality furniture and excellent service, this is the place to come! I prefer this location over the other furniture store location at North Point.

Yelp
The manager Jonetta is very rude and curt! She didn't know anything about products at the store and was more interested chatting with her friends across the store.

Yelp
Terrible delivery time. We purchased a piece of furniture and a week later we received an email stating "ready for pick up". But it was just one box of the two. When we complained the answer was at least two more weeks for delivery of the other box. So it will be at least a total of 3 weeks and not the ten days they originally stated. We waisted our time driving to the store thinking the order was ready. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Recommendation if your product is not in stock don't believe delivery times, they could be double or more.
