Other reviews are correct. This is the best crate store in los Angeles. Had an excellent shopping experience with my family here. All the staff are respectful and helpful and the selection of items are great as well. The tall blonde female sales person (forgot her name) was the most helpful here but other staff were nice too.

Easiest and most enjoyable experience buying a sectional ever. Just ordered the Tidal RA Chaise Sectional with @RichardBoone and was able to purchase confidently and happily. Couldn’t have asked for someone kinder or with better knowledge of the item and process. He’s been designing for years too so is an expert at putting pieces together. When you’re at the C&B Topanga, ask for Richard and you will be in great care.

Love the store and purchase here all the time. However, the one time I tried to take a metal pizza peel that I had purchased for my husband (not realizing we had already had one), they accused me of having used it before and refused to refund me. 100% never used it. Not to mention that I would never even attempt something like that. Showed them that sticker would have been freaking burnt if I had but nope. I was upset but still purchased $400 worth of towels. When I walked out and looked at the other pizza peels at the store, they all looked the same!!! All of them had streaks on them. The older man sales person and female blonde manager were so disrespectful. I tried to find them to show them but those two completely disappeared or were hiding. So ridiculous.

Terrible, the most bad experience we have ever had in shopping. We loved the store and the items. But the employees….are nothing but people who are not helpful and discriminate. We were almost buying more than $20,000 furniture from them, and we promised by Shawn one of the managers that we pay no delivery fee, but when we went there with our money, the store manager called Ramon Romero almost shouted on me and with his terrible behavior made us to change our mind and not buy anything from them. First their behavior was like we are invisible. Don’t even try this store if you’re not white American.

I had a terrible experience at Crate & Barrel recently. I came in with my 4-year-old and a super heavy car seat I wanted to return -- it was a baby shower gift purchased online from their store. I was just a few days past the 30-day return window and was hoping for a little flexibility and understanding. Instead, I was met with two older white women at the counter who were incredibly rude, dismissive, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. They kept giving me attitude, rolling their eyes, and making it very obvious they didn't want to help me. There was zero compassion, especially considering I was struggling with a child and a bulky item -- not to mention I'm a new mom trying to navigate it all. Customer service like that is the reason people stop shopping in-store. If you're going to be that cold and unhelpful, at least don't make faces while doing it. Disappointing and honestly unnecessary.

I went to this store for a wedding registry. The store was clean and I sales person approached me with a kind greeting. She was able to complete my transaction and we had a pleasant conversation. She provided different items and selections that I can use. The value with some items are comparable to other store. The furniture is a little pricey but you pay for great quality.

My microwave if 25 years finally bit the dust! At first I thought I could live without one but little did I know reheating stuff in the oven takes a long time! I popped into Crate & Barrel and was assisted right away! They had an amazing selection of microwaves at affordable prices. (I researched and shopped around). I purchased the soft close Breville Microwave and I LOVE IT! It's quiet, compact and Crate & Barrel made it easy! This store has been my favorite going back to when I lived in Chicago and I still get excited when I walk in to one!!!

I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience at the Crate & Barrel in Woodland Hills on 3/11/25 was beyond frustrating and downright unacceptable. I went in around 6:30 PM to return two kitchen pastry slabs I had purchased on 2/27/25. After spending 20 minutes just trying to find parking in their nightmare of a lot, I had to carry in these two 30-pound slabs by myself--only to be met with the rudest customer service imaginable. I had forgotten my receipt at home, but I had the card I used for the purchase and even an account with them. You'd think that would be enough for a simple transaction, right? Wrong. The employees went back and forth, only to tell me they "couldn't find" the purchase and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. Fine. But then I asked if I could at least leave the heavy slabs there while I drove all the way back home to get my receipt, and their response? "No, it's your property." Seriously?! No apology, no offer to assist, just a cold, dismissive attitude as if I was asking for some insane favor. So, I drag those 60 pounds of trays back home, grab my receipt, and return just before closing at 7:30 PM. This time, a new employee, Nikki, helps me. As she processes the return, she giggles and makes a sarcastic remark about me being back. Excuse me? This isn't some joke--I'm literally just trying to complete a standard return. Then, to top it all off, right after handing me the return receipt, she smugly grabs her earpiece and announces to the entire staff, "Another return from Pasadena" like I was some kind of nuisance. That's when I turned around and told them exactly what they needed to hear: They need to chill. The way they carried themselves was unprofessional, condescending, and flat-out disturbing. This wasn't some high-end, complicated return--just a $140 transaction that should've been handled with basic decency. Instead, I was met with rudeness, judgment, and a complete lack of respect for my time and effort. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never shop at this location again, and I highly advise anyone else to think twice before stepping foot in this store.

On Sep 3, 2024, we went to the 6360 Topanga Crate&Barrel branch, as we have made a purchase few days before with this order number: 60254326756, but we decided to return and buy other similar products again. while shipping in that store, the person called Ramon Romero who introduced his self as store manager, had horrible and angry behavior, he had completely racist behavior and when we asked him why are you angry, He started redicule and bullying us and repeated the same disrespect, only this time with a smile on his face , that he was trying to say I'm not angry , and while he was snapping his fingers he walked away from us with indifference. Naturally, we left the store upset and went to another Crate&Barrel branch and made the purchase of fourteen thousand dollars. At the Beverly Hills branch, an Iranian gentleman and a French gentleman who were the managers there treated us very well and respectfully, and the purchase was completed finally. Therefore, we conveyed our discomfort and annoyance to the relevant department that we just notified Crate&Barrel's manager Ramon Romero instead of expressing regret or consolation on behalf of himself or the company, he had immediately sought revenge and made a plan in a childish way and took himself to the company's return warehouse and what he did was that he reported contradictory circumstance. He adjusted the items we have returned as damaged items and charged us as S&H delivery for $1372.15 and S/H CA for $130.35 so the total of $1502.50 while four Crate&Barrel employees received and picked up the goods perfectly in great condition as they delivered them, and also two of my friends also were there and witnessed the pickuping up furniture that time. On one side of the story is that this person had plan for us and mentioned something that was not true and the other side is that he could take over the facilities and power of a company and use it to harass their customers who do not match this person's personal racism standards. We are personally discouraged from pursuing the Crate&Barrel company to restore our rights as we had a lot of phone conversations with them and the supervisors even, therefore, by presenting the available documents and evidence, we will pursue our complaint both financially and emotionally, from both Ramon Romero and the Crate&Barrel company separately to the court. What a nice group of people working here. I had the pleasure of working with Marie for a design consultation and was blown away by her professionalism and her knowledge. What an asset to the company she is and we are so glad to have run into her. Very expensive furniture however the quality is definitely there.

Terrible customer service. The store manager called Ramon Romero was almost shouting on us just while we were buying more tham $15,000. The upstairs employees were really impolite. And the manager was so rude to us. From the first moment we walked there, it was like we were invisible. Don't buy anything there unless you're white American. They didn't seem happy at all with furniture that we were buying. It seemed that they got even jealous and mad that were did we brought all these money. Here is the person's card who treated us terribly which was our first bad experience in America.

As long as I keep my shopping downstairs, I typically have an ok experience at this location. However, the recent experience I had in trying to purchase a duvet cover warrants this review. I was browsing duvet covers online and decided to go in and feel the different options before settling on one. I went on Friday around 2 pm and the store was empty. Upstairs, there were a bunch of employees - no one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Finally I asked a guy at the register to help me locate a duvet cover. It showed one in stock but that didn't end up being true so I asked him to write the sku so I could order it online but he said it looked like it was being discontinued but wasn't sure. I asked if there were comparable duvets available that I could consider and at that point he handed me off to someone else. The person wasn't helpful at all, she didn't show me any options and just stood there. The guy walked away from the area we were in as if to get out of the situation asap. I had to ask again for the sku. At that point I decided these people didn't want business so I left. I understand that a $320+ duvet cover isn't the bread and butter if this store, but I was pretty shocked at how awful the service was considering it wasn't busy. I spend a lot of money on home decor at stores like this, not all at once but I will not be giving my business to this company or location. Shameful.

I love how a rug can just change the whole room. New rug new life . Now we need a different couch and a different mirror. Completely fresh vibe. The driver was on time and super sweet! He even walked up three flights of stairs.

I picked up an online order this week. I have shopped at Crate and Barrel for a long time and this store is a favorite because of the size and it includes furniture upstairs. The staff are always pleasant and it's usually busy but never crowded. Items are easy to find and well displayed. The store has a lot of Covid protections from mask requirements to hand sanitizers near the doors and registers to plastic glass in front of the cashier. Most guests were practicing social distancing guidelines.

We love this Crate! Lupita is a treasure and she's always so helpful when we need good recommendations on items to purchase for our home. We've only had one very awkward experience there with an older female employee who almost suggested to us that we had taken silverware that she swore she put out for display. I thought I was just blowing it all out of proportion until my wife mentioned to me that she also thought what the woman was saying was very suggestive. Other than that, best Crate ever and we are always happy to give them our business.

On 3/8/24, purchased cutting board (Grey Wash Face Grain 16x16x.75). On 7/3/24 (3 months from purchase), I found that the board had warped. I immediately took the board to the store and spoke with Camila (Manager) and she said after 90 days there is absolutely nothing she could do; no credit, replacement or exchange. The board is regularly wiped and mineral block oil used to maintain it. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied that Crate & Barrel can do nothing to maintain customer satisfaction. My only recourse is to throw board away and not return to Crate & Barrel for future purchases.

I had a fantastic experience with my purchase yesterday. I called the store while looking for parking, which there was none at 2:15pm on a Wednesday. The extremely kind & friendly woman who answered the phone answered my questions. She then had my two pans waiting for me at the cashier counter when I came inside the store. The gentleman who greeted me as I stepped foot inside the store was also exceptional. I was greeted immediately with such warmth & efficiency & he walked me to the counter where my pans were waiting. He immediately rang me up & beautifully packed up my pans & I was out the door in a minute. I was very impressed with the excellent service from my call and then to my walking inside the store. The selection in this store is very impressive. The store looks beautiful. I came to this store because I was searching on line for good pans and Crate&Barrel popped up. The price was fantastic. I bought two of the same pan. I rarely walk into stores these days, but this amazing experience renews my faith in shopping in person. Thanks to the two exceptional employees of this store that I was lucky enough to do my business with. Thank you Crate&Barrel on Topanga Canyon Blvd in Woodland Hills. I was on their website live messaging agent. I had a problem with their shopping cart, it gave me an error message trying to pay for a Pan via PayPal. The live agent rep she communicated like a Robot, no common sense giving me strictly generic answers again and again. Than I thought I will go to the store, but I called over the phone before going there (I guess it was their call center) asking the rep this time what is the type of material this fry pan was made of. He said he had no idea... So I gave up and went to Sure La Table and purchased the Pan I wanted.

This location is 2 stories big. I like that there's parking right outside of the store. The store is spaced out enough where you don't feel like you are going to bump into anything. As you know, Crate & Barrel has a lot of fragile items and they are not cheap.

I give one star for the associates who work in the store they are efficient and pleasant . Crate and barrels return policy is ridiculous . I had a microwave and they had to test it to take it back because it was used . How am I supposed to know if it works well without using it ? So instead of taking my word it was an hour ordeal . Never ever again . The manager was abrupt and rude .

Been shopping at C&B for a while both online and in store. We sometimes return items and exchange them but never had any issues. Until today. I walked in there with a shopping cart because I had a few items I wanted to return. I was greeted by a gentleman at the front and I think he name was Josh. He notified me immediately that shipping cards are not allowed but said he would help me unload my stuff at the register which he did but when he saw the rug he said a manager has to come and approve it. The manager, Rashida, didn't even look at the rug. She said no we can't return it because it's outside of the 30 day return policy. I said no it's not. She said why are are returning it and I said because it sheds and our 2 month old infant son got pieces of it stuck in his nose and couldn't breath. She said: whoever sold it to you should have told you it's not a kids rug. I said we bought it online and on the website it SPECIFICALLY said it's a kids rug. She said if you bought it online we definitely cannot return in the store, AND "you should have known that it's a wool rug and wool rugs shed, everyone knows that. She repeated that 3 more times and after the 3rd time, I finally confessed, I'm stupid and don't know that wool rugs shed. She immediately walked it back and walked away. She was completely unwilling to help, rude and condescending. After she left Josh came back with another employee. He opened up the rug, rerolled it perfectly, took out all of my items and returned them promptly. While he was doing that, he explained clearly how I could return the rug and what I need to do in the future to avoid this issue. Long story short, if it was not because of Josh, this review would have been a 0 star. Josh saved the day. Rashida should be fired and Josh needs to be promoted. He was great.

Dishonest and unethical response from the part of the store manager at Woodland Hills location, CA, on Monday the 18th of July 2022 by 6:00 pm. I brought to the store a defective product for return and she declined it with a very deamining and sarcastic/opportunistic attitude. The defective item was a tea kettle that was mechanically not functional. She declined the return saying that I washed the item, and actually it is highly recommended by manufacturer to wash it right after use. I only gave one use and on top of that how could I know it was defective if I don't try it even once, duh!!! ‍ Two days before, another employee in the same store over the phone asked me to bring it back. She said that there was no man working there, like if I was lying. Why this manager acts in such bad faith and with such a lack of ethics??? See the product in the picture and don't buy it if you don't want the unethical manager to take advantage of you. Also make sure to read the small text at the back of the invoice, seems that's the trick they use to void returns. I suggest before purchasing anything with this business to go and check the reviews, looks like I'm not the only one complaining...

From the moment I walked in I knew my savings account was being put at risk i believe it all started with the smell of the store. It was like magic, as I walked through the doors, I remembered (more like I was slapped in the face) all the things I didn't know I needed. Not quite sure how it happened but this little adventure ended with me putting a breville espresso machine in "my cart" ‍ What a beautiful store...just be ready to buy the things you never knew you needed!!!

I am going to save everyone a headache. DO NOT ORDER FOR STORE PICK UP HERE!!!!! Go to NORDSTROM they will have anything ready in a hour. Order HERE it will say it will be ready today, but that's a lie. It will be ready two days later. Or even three. Never the next day or that day. Their excuse is they have lots of orders. DUH! It's the holidays! I ordered a candle and a diffuser. It took me 4 days to get it. It was supposed to be ready that day but they never even called to say it wouldn't be. I had to call 5 hours later and they said," yeah that won't be ready today." And you can't show up. They won't do nothing. They will get mad at you. Even if the products are in front of their faces you can't grab them. You have to wait for them to get it ready in order to pick it up. Another thing. When I came to pick up my products - one of them was wrong!!!! I had to wait even more for them to take it in the back figure it out and give me the right one. YOU HAD 4 DAYS to get TWO THINGS! Again. Save time and don't order your gifts here. They will not be ready for pick up.

What a shame. I found a table and scheduled delivery. The delivery never happened so I had to order a refund. Scheduled for Sep 25 I asked them to call when it arrived They called 1/2 hour after the truck left. They said they'd redeliver Oct 6 Get email to call them. They say there's nothing scheduled October 6 and offer me the 14th. I could tell talking to them this isn't unusual this is how they do business. Fortunately I could schedule a refund

I love that I ordered my Lafayette Mist Upholstered King Bed on Apr. 24, 2021! TOOK THE DAY OFF TO RECEIVE MY ITEM AND THEY WERE A NO SHOW! NO COURTESY CALL, NO EMAIL, absolutely NOTHING! I did however receive an email the following day giving me a new estimated date... I have been through this 3 TIMES, DELAYED THREE TIMES! I GOT AN EMAIL "Estimated Early September" I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO WALMART OR A SWAP MEET FOR MUCH BETTER SERVICE, MY PREGNANT WIFE AND I ARE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. I would never ever shop here again, this place literally held on to my $2,000 for 5 consecutive months, and I got nothing! If you are so "backed up" due to covid, why TF are you selling furniture ? :) No Photos of furniture to attach since I do not have it. Crate and Barrel failed miserably !

Let me start by saying that I do find the products that I purchased from Crate and Barrel to be of decent quality. A bit higher in price but the choices of home goods seem to be the style my wife and I enjoy. I purchased a Verge Live Edge 80" Dining Table in May 2021 and it was delivered in September 2021. It's a wood stained (black) dinning table that works well with our decor. I've had the table for six months and have used it twice. It's been covered in plastic due to some home improvement projects in the past months and I noticed two small sections, of which, it seemed as if the color stain was coming up. I know that we've wiped the table with a dry cloth both times but this last time the spots became more prevalent. We called Crate & Barrel customer service and to our dismay, they said it was due to our improper care of the table and they would not be able to help us with the color stain issues. So -- if you do buy from Crate & Barrel, make sure you ask about any defects policies and or issues before putting down your hard earned income. I now know to make sure I get something in writing that Crate & Barrel stands behind it's products.

This store is huge, two stories, beautiful displays and organized. The color combinations presented are quite coordinated, from the glasses and plates to the table runners and napkins, everything looks as though its right out of a magazine shoot. I had ordered a gift which required pick up, so as I waited I was able to use the time to browse. Don't get me wrong, my item was ready for me within minutes, for which I was grateful, it was a good opportunity to check things out. The person behind the counter was helpful and friendly. Since this store is adjacent to the Village, I was especially appreciative of the parking out front set aside specifically for Crate and Barrel.

Good selection of houseware design products from a highly reputable store chain. This is a good two story location and I usually find exactly what I need although it helps to familiarize yourself with their catalog of products before stepping foot inside as it could prove overwhelming otherwise. Easy parking in/out with reserved marked spots in The Village. Friendly, helpful and informed sales people and prices tend to be a bit steep for some products and in line with others.

I stopped in at this location in the Woodland Hills mall (wow: it's changed a lot in a decade) to replace a glass shattered in transit. They had one only left and I snatched it up! Nice parking lot (due to COVID, there's no valet) so it's very easy and right off the 101. I wasn't shopping for anything but the service was excellent. A great location.

I just have to write and say that we are so enjoying our new furniture from Crate & Barrel. We worked with Edwin Calderon, who has been wonderful. Helpful but also laidback and not too pushy. We ordered several items for our new house over the summer and they have been arriving slowly over time. The supply chain issues are frustrating. For each piece, though, I have been happy I waited and got exactly what I wanted. Especially love the Infiniti couch and the Spoke coffee table!

I waited months for a rug from them to be delivered. When it finally arrived, it was perfect. Unfortunately not too long after the delivery man left, I lifted up the edge and discovered that there was a big cut in it that couldn't be seen when it was flat on the ground. It took months for this to be delivered and it came straight from Creighton barrel. I have no doubt they simply unloaded the last damaged goods, hoping that no one would notice. I know that to be the case because when I asked for a replacement, they could not do it. I've dealt with them for years like I have many other people such as DWR and Room And Board, etc. some have maintained standards. Others have gone down into the gutter. Crate & Barrel is one of the latter. It's been a giant hassle a waste of my time $1000 of my money held up for months and now I'm back to square one. A curse on crate and barrel.

I have always loved Crate & Barrel. I registered for my wedding here & own many beautiful items. I have waited almost a year for a hutch for my dining room. I had special ordered this and it took months to arrive and finally came damaged. I was told I could order a different one & it will come much quicker. I'm still waiting months and have not received it and I've been charged full price. My emails keep saying global supply disruption. However, I was told this would not take a long time to arrive. The ETA continues to be extended. I understand there are issues with shipping worldwide, but Crate Barrel needs more transparency & honesty. I will never order furniture from Crate & Barrel again. I am very disappointed.

Crate & Barrel exhibits predatory lending practices by insisting that their employees push the Crate Credit Card to every person that walks in the door. This is their driving goal and how you advance through the company. They also treat their employees like wind up toys insisting that they keep moving constantly throughout the store causing injury/fatigue and offering no commission and a low 15/hr pay rate. I ask that you join me and boycott Crate & Barrel and other like stores who don't care about the environment, the consumer or their employees. Thank you.

Have you ever thought to yourself, Gee I really want expensive furniture and I just want the most difficult time in getting it delivered without anyone providing any sort of update or information on the items that I just bought and spent a ton of money on. Crate And Barrel is just the place for you with guarantee of headache, hiccups, and a world wind of nobody letting you know that your items are discontinued, not arriving in your shipment or just straight damaged. My wife and I had been searching for furniture and we really did not want to come to crate and barrel to begin with because we know that it's pricey just for the name brand and weren't too sure about the quality. We decided to give it a chance. The staff seem nice and are willing to help, but once you've given them your credit card and slid that bad boy through their machine, that is where everything goes down the drain. Unless you call them about when and where your items are, you won't get an update, you will not be notified about your items being ready to ship as was promised by the individual who helped us. They make it seem they will keep you notified every step of the way. Wrong! We were told that our bed frame would be in stock early July and delivered around that time. In addition to bed frame we ordered a bench for the end of the bed and some counter top stools. Nobody called me when early July came so I gave them a call. Come to find out, ohhhh btw your counter top stools were discontinued and sorry bruh but we don't have them. Also oh yea that bed frame you wanted, actually is going to be delivered end of July. So only reason I found out about anything was because I called and nobody kept me up to date as promised. We were a bit sad that we didn't get those stools but quickly found an even better option at Lamps Plus(so much better) which actually shipped on time and Not damaged. We were ok with the minor delay in the bed frame, night stands, and bench that we ordered. July 30th rolls around, we are excited to finally not sleep on the floor and had an email saying all our items were going to be there on that date. The delivery people came and they tell me, "sorry bro your bench isn't available, it wasn't even in the warehouse, don't know what to tell you, it will come later". Ok fine, no problem. Let's get that bed frame going. They open the box and guess what, the bed frame is completely damaged, the metal parts were bent and unable to be used to put it together. Ok fine, stuff happens. They tell me they will call me and arrange for another date. I called the store and I let one of the managers know about how upset we are with the whole process and the minimal contact, hiccups, and just all around terrible buyers experience. The manager sympathized and told me they would rush the item and compensate us when everything is done to have us as a returning customer, blah blah blah. They call us to arrange another date. They tell us the best they can do is 2 and a half weeks. That's what they call " rush". They have the item in stock but we gotta wait half a month. Not only wait half a month they tried to charge us another delivery fee after they effed up. That ended up being waved because I complained about it. At this point I lost it. Nothing they say is true, they are unreliable. Hands down worst experience. This seems to be THE Crate and Barrel experience. Amidst all the craze with furniture, minimal supplies, high demand of delivery, this has been the worst experience. All the other furniture stores we have gone to have not had all these issues. We have always got our items on time, without delay or any damage, always informed. Do yourself a favor go to LA furniture store, Italy 2000, allamoda, Lamps Plus, or modani. They all provide wayyyyy better service, quality of items, and are reliable. Anywhere but here!!! Update: they finally delivered our bed frame, but guess what?!?!? Still had a missing item. The foot bench we ordered was not there lol. Not only did it not come it got delayed until end of august. Still waiting to be compensated after all the nonsense.

Worst furniture store ever. Do not purchase anything from Crate and Barrel you're better off going across the way and shopping at a store that knows what they're doing. Salesperson was a straight liar. He said that the couch we wanted was not a custom build so it would only take 4 weeks to deliver which we confirmed with him 3 times before making the purchase. Then we come to find out that it's a custom order and it can take up to 12 weeks. The couch ended up arriving at 8 weeks. 8 weeks later guess what? The sofa ends up getting delivered with mismatching color legs. What does Crate and Barrel say "Sorry we'll send some out" well 6 weeks later someone calls to confirm and they say they only work weekdays and only during the day. So now we have to take time off work to fix the problem that Crate and Barrel created. When we tell them we can take Friday off to meet them he say's "no there is too much traffic on fridays" WTF I mean seriously how is a company doing business like this??? Crate and Barrel look nice and pretty from the outside but once they get your money they could care less about you. Complete shame, next time we need to buy anything for our house we know to avoid Crate and Barrel at all cost. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Unless you're just looking to buy some chopsticks, I'm sure they can't mess that up.

This is not the biggest Crate and Barrel I have ever been to but it generally has everything you need. The clearance section is clutch. I have got some great finds (simple human trash cans, various decor items, and beautiful table cloths). I always make sure I alway check it out when I am at the mall. We got all of our wedding dinnerware here. It's elegant but also stands up to everyday use. Customer service is excellent. You always feel like there is someone around if you need assistance but at the same time they are not in your face. They also have a few dedicated parking spots right in front of the door so it's easy to get in and out. Also, you don't have to walk far if you are carrying heavy bags. Only negative I have to say is that the last two times I ordered ceramic baking trays online....they arrived in pieces. They always replace them but it's just annoying that they don't do a better job wrapping delicate items. They also have a 10% military discount!

Whether I'm looking for a gift for a special occasion or inspiration on home design... this place never fails me. Crate & Barrel has contemporary style furniture and decor designed to fit seamlessly into traditional and modern home styles. It's not too traditional, but not too forward thinking either. C&B also tends to be a bit more expensive especially when it comes to upholstery and case goods such as tables, shelving, etc. This particular location is our go to place. Huge, two stories, beautiful displays and organized. Situated next to The Westfield Village in Woodland Hills near the US-101 Freeway, this store provides outdoor living accessories, furniture items, including living room, dining room, kids and other household products. Attempted to schedule an in home design consultation. The website isn't an accurate reflection of availability despite it sending you a confirmation. A representative (Michael) called me asking which slot I would like on the day I got the confirmation for. When I called back less than an hour later, he was gone for the day and the person I spoke with said I was confirmed for the date and time I had picked. Less than 24 hours later I got an email from someone at the store (Camila) changing my appointment time (to a time I couldn't do) and stated that since they hadn't heard from me they had to change it. I emailed back explaining the issue and said they were looking into it. Despite claiming they would get back to me within 24 hours, it took over 48 hours despite emails and messages left at the store. When they finally got back to me, they offered me appointments the following week - appointments more than two weeks after my original confirmation of appointment. If that's how they treat their customers even before they're customers, I can't imagine what would happen if I actually purchased a product from them. Not sure if it's a Crate and Barrel thing or limited to this store, but it's horrible customer service.

Great displays, very clean and kept up so nicely. Of course-prices are very high, and it is hard because many similar items are right in the costco across the street-but Parking at this mall is a nightmare; they do have their own lot and if there is a spot, I will shop here...but if not, I will leave rather than go into that awful parking structure. Friendly service and unique items. But sooo expensive on many items that can be purchased anywhere else at a fraction. A good place for unique gifts though.

It is a nice store, things are organized and staff are very helpful. I especially appreciate the help from Norma L. She patiently explained the fabric for our sofa purchase and very responsive when we have question about the delivery and other questions.

This store showroom is always stunning I needed several lighting choices to help complete a design. I met sales associate Gayle, her knowledge patients brilliant suggestions helped me tremendously although it took two days for me to actually decide, she was right there on deck waiting to assist. She supplied me, phone number email and explain to me that sleep on the ideas envision them in my mind and she's there any time via email or phone and naturally face-to-face to assist. And truth that was I made the decision came in and she help me complete an order which is also in need of patients due to items having to Arrive different times of the month but it worked out where I'll be able to retrieve them and I'm completely satisfied.
