Crate and Barrel

I love getting lost in this two-story mecca of homegoods. From cheese shredders to plates to wine bars to beds, this store has it ALL in every color, in every size. Buyer beware: you're going to pay the price for these high-end homegoods, so don't expect this to be like a trip to the Target homegoods section. Everyone is more than ready to help you find whatever you need (and lenient when what you need is to come in and sit on their couch for a minute). I always love a good stroll around C&B!

once i go in, it's hard to leave - at least not without purchasing more stuff than can fit in my apartment. everything i've bought there i've loved, from the book/winecase that completes my room to the marble cheese plate i've never used.

The tip here is very simple. When you're outside the store, look up and see the amazing reflective exterior above Crate & Barrel.

impossibly crowded, which is a precarious situation given all of the elaborate and fragile displays that attract your attention nonetheless towards inspiring your own decor.

CB is a seriously outstanding store, especially this one. The location is ultra convenient and it's two levels.
