Fresh, hot, delicious. Received the BEST service any crawfish joint has ever given me. He steered me into getting the traditional Cajun for my first visit! Best trad Cajun I’ve tried this season so far. Side of garlic butter, 3lbs & majority was still small so I’ll definitely come back later in the season. & they have candied grapes?!

Ok, I know it looks unappetizing but here me out, best boudin ever 👌 I took a picture of the crispy end because that's the best part. YUM 🙌 I like my boudin skin crispy and not a lot of places prepare it this way, so, very satisfied. I will be ordering more from you guys soon!

Yakamein was delicious!! I would have preferred a different type of noodles. The broth was seasoned 2 perfection! Enjoyed all my food!

Man! Great food at a great price, especially for NOLA. After reading the reviews, I was kinda skeptical when we got our food, they didn't let me down. The wings were fried to perfection AND juicy on the inside. The flavor wasn't heavy at all. My wife & I really enjoyed the shrimp fried rice. The tables, floors and chairs were clean & free of trash & debris. The staff was very helpful and brought our order out with minimal wait. Definitely worth another visit.

Amazing food had a shrimp burger the loaded way they make it was amazing flavors were on point. Ordered some crawfish traditional style wow so good!!. To top it off the potato salad tasted so fresh! The biggest thing was there service employees there are so friendly even though I just met them today they made me feel like we have been friends for years. 🙌 just wow!!!!

Huge menu, great prices, helpful staff and polite! We ate in and the atmosphere was very welcoming and nice music not too loud and definitely a busy lunch spot. Definitely would recommend!

Love the food & service . This little place is gonna make it . Hope the Crawlins Seafood 2 is close to me . Beware they can and do run out of things on the menu so get there early but not before me .

My friend recommended this restaurant to me for their seafood boil. I'm a California native trying crawfish boil in NOLA for the first time. The service was excellent - came here 20 minutes to closing and Thai was so accommodating allowing us to dine in and stay past closing. I appreciate his friendliness and consideration. He checked on us frequently and encouraged us to take our time. The food was just the way I like it... garlic!! There was the option for traditional crawfish but I just had to have the garlic. Crawfish tasted fresh and flavor was excellent with a hint of spice. The flavor is all in the sauce! Next time I'll try traditional. Some quirks I thought it was interesting they didn't serve tap water. They closed at 7 on a Wednesday ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so check the hours before coming. Parking: plenty in parking lot and free I'll definitely be back and bring friends!

I was in town for the holidays was looking for a good Poboy and found Crawlins. Everything I ordered was fresh and tasted great seasoned very well service was friendly. Definitely will come back if I'm ever in the city again.

This was my 2nd time visiting this place and each time the food has been good and the service was good. This time though the service was exceptional. So my experience gets better with each visit. So far I've had their gumbo, po boys, crawfish, and boiled shrimps. As a Nola native I rarely like restaurant gumbo. I prefer homemade usually. But this gumbo was really good. I'm so glad I tried it. It's definitely on par with what I expect gumbo to taste like. Super flavorful with a kick. Their boiled seafood is also really good. We tried a few flavors (crawlins and viet Cajun) both were really good. I'll definitely be back (probably this weekend lol)

I stopped in this weekend to visit my parents for Easter. We were nearby at Oakwood mall when I came across reviews for this place, so I figured we'd check it out. We were NOT disappointed. Everything was fresh, made to order, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. (They even brought our food to our table.) There were a few tables for dining in and the place was kept very clean. I had a shrimp poboy and my wife had the fish platter, which she loved. My daughter had the seafood gumbo, and the boys had a mix of different sandwiches (and a wrap) which they were all very pleased with when asked. I'm lowkey sad that I didn't actually try the crawfish, corn, or potatoes but that just gives me an excuse to visit my parents more often, right?

Lol this place was so yummy!! It was so fresh and fast as well. I thought itd take about 15 mins but it came out within like 5! Super filling and good. Didnt get pics but we got boudins and they were delicious with the corn. Love everything about this place. It was seasoned so well too omg! Would definitely recommend if youre craving GOOD crawfish!!!

A few people told me about this place & how went on about how good the seafood was! I am glad that I went to visit! It's casual. The service was great. The Viet Cajun & Crawlins was so good! I cannot wait to return when crawfish season starts again!

There are many fried seafood options to choose from. They also have corn, turkey necks, and other stuff on the "hot" line that is displayed at the ordering counter. Ambiance is casual. The guy at the register was super nice. We chose the 6' shrimp on french and an order of fries; paid around $12. We waited about 15 minutes. Their fries are similar to the ones at Popeyes. The person I was with said that their food was good, so I am sticking with their opinion!

I'm disappointed to have to leave this review, but the bug we found in our food (see photos) and the subsequent service warrants it. We have family in town for Mardi Gras and ordered Crawlins for lunch. We enjoyed the meal so we ordered even more the next day for dinner. While gleefully munching on the crab legs and sucking the crawfish heads of my Dungeness crab boil, I pulled out what I thought was some kind of vegetable. My stomach turned when I realized what it was: A fully cooked BIG bug. The verdict's out on what kind. One of my relatives insists that it's a cockroach. I showed the family and that was the end of dinner. We were disgusted. We tried calling Crawlins, but by this time they were closed. So on the day before Mardi Gras I had to rearrange our plans to present Crawlins with the bug, our huge uneaten meal, and the receipt. I got there as soon as they opened, explained what happened to the cashier. He was apologetic and thanked me for being so calm and reasonable because I could have "chewed [him] out." He asked if we wanted them to remake everything or get a refund. I requested the refund and he grabbed the manager. The manager came out with such hostility that I had to ask if he was okay. He apologized saying, "There's a lot going on." He had me explain again what happened. I showed him the photos and he said, "I'm sorry. This keeps happening. It's not the first time we've found bugs." He then calls someone and afterwards tells the cashier to refund me. By this time, I've been there at least 20 minutes. The cashier goes to run the refund and asks for the card. My relative picked it up and had paid with Apple Pay. He says we'll need her phone to run the refund which is weird because we know this is a transaction you don't need the phone to process. So now I have to wake her up on vacation, leave Crawlins, pick her up, and come back to Crawlins. We do all this (are now missing plans on our itinerary) only to get there and be told that the system will only allow a cash refund and if they give us the refund they might not have enough cash for the customers the rest of the day. We'll have to wait for the general manger to come and process the Apple Pay refund. She wasn't there, but she might be in 30 minutes. Why couldn't the general manager bring them more change instead of having polite customers who found a bug in their food wait even longer for a refund??? Why after you told them to leave would you have them leave and return again? I'll never know. I had to send other family members whose plans were more flexible BACK to Crawlins to get it processed. It was such an ordeal. If they had done what they could to minimize the harm, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. But this was egregious. TL;DR Found a huge bug in our food. Manager says it's happened more than once. Getting a refund was hard.

Good solid food. Soft shell crab was perfectly fried. Poor boys delicious. All around preparation and flavors were spot on.

Best crawfish in New Orleans! I love all three flavors of crawfish that they offer but my favorite would have to be the traditional. Make sure you add potatoes and corn too!! Extremely good price too

Loveeeee this place! My husband and i were visiting from NC. Food was AMAZING. Staff super cool and welcoming. If we are ever back in NOLA we will be sure to come back. Love a fellow Asian owned business

It's okay. I really blame myself because I went to a seafood spot and didn't get seafood. I stopped in here for lunch and the staff was great. I got the Monday special- red beans and rice with sausage and it came with cornbread. The red beans were okay and the sausage was fine. Nothing to write home about and, again, it's a seafood place. Everyone else was getting crawfish. The cornbread: honey, I don't know what this is, but it isn't corn bread. It was like this oddly sweet cake. I think of cornbread as something more on the savory side with a little sweetness. This tasted like it was coated in sugar. I'll go back and just get seafood and keep my cornbread thoughts to myself.

Love the staff and food here. I had gotten roughly 12-20 pounds three to four times of crawfish each time. The crawfish is never over cooked and it slides out the shell easy. IT TASTES GREAT. Doesn't need any fixing, seasoned perfectly. Bathroom was clean. Staff respectful. All in all, it was delicious. I go here to order large orders for family nights. Gumbo is good, I ask for rice separately though. Shrimp po boy is . Beautiful shrimps in those po boys. Crawfish is CLEANED. I never have grit or dirt any of the times I've ordered there. It's good. Just go get you some.

Don't recommend this place lol I used to work here and they don't clean their crawfish pot they use the same crawfish water from days ago .... & sometimes night shifts will leave the back door unlocked when they on a rush and the owner and the other workers are so fake lmaooo don't let them fool y'all to return here etc . Their cheap with the food too so basically people that ordered food wouldn't know they ripped them off

One of my favorite spots to get wings! They are always super friendly and customer service is great! Food is always fresh and hot when served. I get the fried chicken wings with the fried rice and it's SO good. the best fried rice i have ever tasted in the city and the wings are just as good. i haven't tasted the seafood yet but i've heard it's really good. i've only had a small sample of their crawfish and it was good and seasoned! that's what i'm going to try next.

Crawlins is the best new seafood spot in town! Before trying Crawlins, I have no idea where I would tell people to go if they asked about boiled seafood in NOLA! Their fried chicken wings with crack sauce is amazing. The crack sauce is one of the best sauces Ive ever had with chicken. It also goes good with the boiled seafood as well! They also have delicious poboys. Their friend shrimp and surf n turf po boys are really well made and have great flavor. Now, let's talk about the boiled seafood. Some of the best I've ever had. ESPECIALLY the crawfish. They crawfish comes in this reply good garlic sauce and it makes eating crawfish worth getting your hands dirty!! Their boiled crab and shrimp are also amazing!! They also have seafood boiled eggs and I was skeptical at first, but they are so much better than regular boiled eggs. A lot more flavor!!

The food was delicious and the service was great. Ty explained and recommended meals to us and he hit the nail on the head.

Ok ok crawlins I see y'all!! I swung to the westbank to grab a poboy and gumbo bcos the two pairings just make perfect sense for a Louisiana lunch! They did NOT come to play y'all! This establishment is right off of terry pkwy so SLOW YA ROLL bcos you will miss it. However, they do have their own parking so just whip your car into one of those slots! What I got? Shrimp poboy and gumbo ( also some heart burn and the food coma) Shrimp poboy? OVER STUFFED, SEASONED, work of art! Shrimps colossal size. Chicken sausage shrimp gumbo? Made me re think why I couldn't just swallow a whole gallon. Perfect blend of seasoning and a nice little kick. I'm coming again :) 10/10 worth it to go to the westbank!!

Okay WB !! I seen three people advertising this new seafood place & it's good. I just wish it was bit spicier. I have to try again. The restaurant is really clean the food was stocked & the crawfish had just came out .

Boiled crawfish, turkey necks, Cajun pig feet, delicious seafood gumbo, blue crabs, fried rice, poboys of various types, chee-weez, big shot soda, Zapps chips and many other New Orleans favorites! Need I say more? Probably not, but I will anyway :) the turkey necks are boiled until tender in Cajun spices and they are absolutely delectable! The seafood gumbo is made in true Cajun style with no okra and tons of seafood and flavor! The Chee-weez are a steal at $1.29 a bag! If you've never tried chee-weez and you're not from Louisiana grab a case when you're there because you'll crave them when you get home! Think Cheetos with the texture of cheese puffs and that's what you have. There's several flavors to choose from. The oyster poboy was magnificent and I wish I had ordered the large. I don't know what it is about the poboys in Louisiana and crawlins in particular but they are unmatched by anyone anywhere! Y'all stop in and grab some lunch or dinner!

Definitely the best surf n turf poboy I've ever had. I love the bold, slightly acidic flavor of the gravy. Idk if that's the right word I want to use but it's so good. Their shrimp are huge and flaky and the roast beef is sliced and not mashed which I absolutely love. The poboy is best eaten right away because how saucy it is. We also ordered the crawfish pies which come out spanking hot. The seafood platter was amazing. If you love a lot of seasoning on your fried fish, it's for you! I wasn't a fan of the seasoning as I felt like it was overpowering the fish but I know a lot of people like it that way. Super crispy and fresh. Something about their fried rice.. def the best "fast food" fried rice I've ever had. I was expecting mediocre fried rice, but it was actually pretty good and fluffy. Really great service at the front, super clean inside and clean bathrooms. Ton of old throwback jams on the speakers.

The best kept secret on the Westbank! The fried shrimp are to die for and the crawfish etoufee tastes homemade. I love the garlic butter they serve with the crawfish and crabs.

First time visiting here. I had the gumbo,potato salad,grilled cheese and fried fish ...I must say the food was fresh and delicious the staff was nice. I will definitely be back to try there crawfish when there in season along with they other boiled seafood options.

The crawfish were seasoned and boiled to perfection. Also had the Boudin, they Grill it and give it a nice crust without drying the link out. I also tried the viet garlic seasoning on the crawfish. Love the spice levels. The messiness was more than I can handle, and left the crawfish someone soggy. But phenomenons taste .

The best gumbo and crawfish around. I love the garlic sauce and everything that they have. Don't waste your money at Fiery Crab. Go to Crawlins!

Came after opening but wanted to wait until I got a taste of their crawfish to get the full experience. The gumbo was AMAZING. Full of flavor and my parents loved it. The meat and crawfish pies were good. We got five pounds of each flavor. The viet cajun was the absolute best and I definitely recommend. It definitely had that mix of viet and cajun flavors you expect while not being too heavy to where you feel like you're gonna have a heart attack. The traditional was kind of like what you expect from an at home boil with your family. The garlic butter was good too. Kind of wished the corn and potatoes had some of the flavor from the crawfish boil because I like my corn spicy. All in all I think I found my new go to crawfish spot!

I drove pass this place and notice a line outside, i decided to stop by and see what's going on. Yes I'm that curious!!! Good thing I did, because this is by far the best crawfish I have ever tasted. I'm not talking about garlic butter, I'm talking about tradition ,New Orleans ,Cajun ,most flavorful salty spicy style crawfish ever!!!!! Like I was literally trying to dissect the head to suck out the flavor. I ain't even trying hype this place up. MUST TRY AND STAY TYPE OF PLACE! Very reasonable prices, great staff, food came out at a reasonable time. I'll give this place 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Nice new spot in Terrytown. I love crawfish, and this place was heard about and was a must try. The place is new and very clean. The crawfish had great flavor, but could have used just a tad bit more spice. I like really spicy. They were definitely juicy and were a nice size! I I think they had D&D smoked sausage. The staff were friendly, and I will be going back!!!

The crawfish tossed in "Viet Cajun" sauce is a must try. Definitely my go to spot for crawfish. Great customer service!

Came here for some poboys and ordered the soft shell crab and roast beef with gravy. The portions like most food in Nola is massive. I had to split my sandwich to two meals. I'm docking one star in my review because even though the ingredients were fresh, the seasoning for both crab and roast beef were extremely salty. The shop was clean and organized, saw a few people other batches of seafood.

Food was good! The catfish was cooked just right and the shrimp were delightful! I'd definitely hit up this spot again...

We were craving seafood and this place did not disappoint! The traditional-cajun seasoned crawfish was the best! I absolutely also loved the crawfish boudin! The customer service was excellent--the staff was friendly and very attentive. And the place was clean and nicely decorated. I am already craving it and can't wait to come back for more!

After a gator tour in the bayou outside New Orleans, we were famished. Stopped in for a late lunch. The counter gal was so nice and helped us figure out which delicious southern meal we wanted to try. We settled on the spicy shrimp po'boy and a cup of gumbo. The gumbo was absolutely divine. I'm fact there's was so much of it, we couldn't finish it but took them gumbo to go and finished it for dinner. The service, food and atmosphere would keep us coming back for more. Definitely worth a try.

We were recommended this new crawfish place by a friend and it is by far the best crawfish we've ever eaten!! Had to come back a second time during our 4 day trip to New Orleans. Very close to the city center so make sure to stop by! We got 3 different flavors of crawfish: traditional Cajun, garlic butter, and Viet Cajun! The favorite at the table was the Viet Cajun crawfish, a bit buttery and flavorful and cooked with tamarind. We also tried the shrimp Po boy, sausage Po boy, turkey neck, a pig foot, and gumbo. The gumbo was AMAZING and the best out of 3 other restaurants we visited during our trip!! It's a must try when coming here! The owner Jimmy was super kind and all of the staff made sure our food was good. There is also a large selection of drinks to pick from. Don't miss out during your visit! The best crawfish flavors I've tasted and we'll be back here next time we come to the area!

Visited Crawlins and absolutely loved the food, I ordered a hot sausage on french bread with the boil bags! Corey our cashier was amazing! Called to see what time the kitchen closes and the kitchen staff called back when I was on the way to ask if I wanted to order ahead and do pick up. Beautiful and clean restaurant. Definitely going back to try other menu items

Went to get a shrimp poboy that did not disappoint. Overstuffed and very flavorful! Also got the boiled eggs that were a pleasant surprise. Service was very nice and quick, and the store was very clean.

Crawfish done in the most flavorful, easy to peel style I've ever had. And being a coonass from avoyelles, this isn't my first crawfish rodeo. Good people, good food. I highly recommend.
