Family Christmas brisket and an additional upsale purchase of brisket burger pucks purchased on 12/02/25 with my personally selected delivery date of 12/18/25. I was under the impression this was an upstanding highly precise company with great products and easy online ordering. I ordered more than 2 weeks in advance. Received notification from FedEx yesterday, 12/17/25, package to be delivered 12/19/25!! Called customer service, spoke with Courtney, to be told "Sorry for the inconvenience, we've had some delays." My order is #143080 and I'm pissed. I need the brisket the day I selected and not a day late. Especially when ZERO notifications ahead of time occurred. I was told that it's basically an oops on their end, and they "hope" I return in the future. WTF kind of service is that?! Paying exceptionally high prices for what was supposed to be premium products and service to receive neither. I could run to Costco or any other food chain to buy a half priced brisket with no bullshit hassle. The amount of money I spent isn't chump change to hard working blue collar families. Over $300 in a single order to be handled like this is absurd. I will ensure that all the smoking competitions I attend will hear exactly how this was handled. Terrible customer satisfaction handling. I hope they reach out to me to resolve something. I paid my end in full and didn't even get what I wanted when I NEEDED it. That's only correctly handled on one side. Can you imagine how they'd behave if, as a customer, I didn't pay exactly when I was supposed to?! I paid and order with their system to get screwed. If I wanted my order on the 19th, I would have selected it. Also, why give customers a choice if you're going to send it whenever you feel like it. Delay or not. I want my fucking money back. Unreal.
