Crema is an institution in this city, and the Downtown location is a real gem, complete with a large working space and a nicely sized wooden loft patio against the street. The drip coffee here is easily the smoothest on this list, and the specialty drinks are interesting and flavorful without masking the quality of the beans. One of them usually comes with some sort of tiny shortbread cookie as a bonus. "Rolling Mill Hill’s coffee mecca is serious about its business, making painstaking efforts to source its beans sustainably and offering various classes on the craft of coffee. And if you like an extra little pick-me-up with your morning cup, head over to the Crema embedded in Pinewood Social and order the cortado with Fernet. The logo is pretty cool and I'm betting that you can scoop up a shirt with the logo on it. This coffee shop is super cool, down-to-earth and focused on treating the producers of the fine coffees they serve ethically. They also make delicious beverages.
