Exceptional and extraordinary cooking from Dan and his chefs. I can’t really put into words our experience because it was just on another level, the best food we have ever eaten. Ingenious dishes with incredible vegetables, some of which we had never seen or eaten before. The depth of flavor was intense, we were trying to pick out what was giving the sensational taste. The dessert was soooo good, very creative and we could have carried on with a few more bowls. The bread and butter was delicious. The whole experience was just wonderful and we did not want it to end. The staff are welcoming, the vibe is chill, nice touch with vinyl, sheep fleeces and the hand made pottery plates. Dan so deserves his Michelin star and this is one chef to follow. Congratulations Dan and see you again. Corin, Sam and Jesse xxxx
