The light is dim, the pastas and desserts are large and shareable, and the dishes are well-thought-out, including the slow-cooked meats that are what this place does best. Among them is a pork belly drenched in horseradish and apple sauce with glazed onion that’s so rich you’ll taste it hours after you leave this place—take it down with a glass from their cellar of over 250 bottles.
