Had lunch here on a Friday, no baseball game at the stadium but the restaurant had many patrons. The inside is a wine lovers dream, very well designed with so many bottles. However, we took advantage of the outdoor seating. The Battery park where it is located is pedestrian friendly so we can people watch from the table. We had a charcuterie board, and then entrees. My friend had a champagne flight also. Even with the many tables of patrons, I am surprised that they had only one server/hostess for a Friday.. She obviously had a difficult time keeping up with everybody, but she was so professional and always checked on us. My only disappointment is that the parking in the deck is free for two hours only. So if you stay for a long lunch, you have to pay $10.

My wife and I decided to make this our spot on Friday night after a long week and they didn't disappoint. Nick was our server and was very attentive to our needs. He recommended dishes and wines and when they didn't have the bottles we chose, he was able to let us sample a couple to help us make a decision. He also told us about some really nice events Crú has that we will check out. The food came out quick and hot. I had the chicken and my wife had the salmon. Both were extremely flavorful. Kudos to the kitchen. The atmosphere was nice all night, all the servers and bartender were attentive and all around cool people. They made sure everyone in the building was having a good time. My wife and I appreciate that type of service because it's hard to find nowadays.

Stopped in before seeing the Savannah Bananas at Truist because it was the only place we could get a table in time to make the game. I’m super glad we did, because the wine was both excellent and fairly priced (pictured is the Spanish Reds Flight), the service was quick and outstanding, and the chicken fingers, fish, fries, and remoulade sauce were all incredibly delicious. We will definitely be back.

Google
Beautiful, sophisticated wine bar with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The charcuterie was delicious, especially the prosciutto. The hummus had a stronger nutter flavor than I prefer, likely due to more tahini, but still a great texture.

Google
Great atmosphere, very quaint. The waitress was knowledge any friendly. And what she did with my ice tea. It was incredible. BTW, yes, they serve non-alcoholic drinks.

Finally walked over here and tried this restaurant. The food was actually pretty good, which served as a pleasant surprise to accompany the service and atmosphere. The service was on-point, with courteous, attentive, prompt staff. The atmosphere inside an Atlanta Braves game day helped seal the deal. We are certainly amenable to re-visiting Crú. I am glad we decided to check it out.

I feel like I have food poisoning!!! Immediately after eating my stomach starting hurting. Been home on toilet for an hr…. The service was a 4/10. The server we had was the nicest staff member; other staff members seemed to cater to non POC customers in an obvious manner. The ambiance was really nice. Although I’m not a wine connoisseur, the selections looked nice. We tried the calmari appetizer. Soup & grilled cheese. The steak entree as well as the chicken entree.

Google
Nick! Was! Awesome! I had the best time with my mom here, we had the most relaxing lunch and he was the best person to recommend us the best things. I am not home very often, but this was one of my favorite lunches with my mom and Nick made it even better as our server! I definitely recommend coming here and having Nick!

Yelp
This place is the only place I go to in the Battery. In general, the Battery has great offerings but I tend to not like the overly crowded spots and lack of good parking. CRU is an excellent option (on non-game days) for after work happy hours. The wine selection is top notch. The bites they offer for food is good (not overly delicious or a meal portion but good to nibble on). Always appreciate the friendly service as well.

Yelp
I was happy to visit the area on a non-game day and find this place to be nice and quiet but, well staffed. Started off with a cheese plate consisting of Manchego, Jasper Hill Clothbound Cheddar from Vermont, and a local green hill double cream from Sweet Grass dairy in Georgia. These were paired with honeycomb, fig jam, pears, apples, and some rustic little slabs of bread lightly charred and perfumed with rosemary. The cheese board was delicious, albeit safe bets since the only cheese I had not previously tried was the local double cream. After the cheese flight we tackled a margherita pizza topped with wagyu meatballs. The toppings were tasty but the crust was thin, flimsy and a bit undercooked for my liking. If the dough was more evenly stretched, and cooked a smidge longer, it would have been a winner! Overall, I really enjoyed dining here and would return again!

Yelp
There's a few reasons why I'm giving this place to stars. It's not necessarily because of the drinks, some of the food didn't really live up to par. However, it's specifically the service we received from the manager. For starters, our direct server was amazing, she was helpful and accommodating. because on the website it promoted the bottomless mimosa brunch on certain days however, when we arrived, we learned that it is not bottomless mimosas on game days. The server was able to help us pivot and give us other options which resulted in us purchasing a few different bottles of champagne. At first, they mentioned that they didn't have any sort of orange juice or anything. But eventually, someone was able to retrieve some or shoes from the kitchen. That just put a sour taste in our mouth because it was my friends birthday and the plan was brunch and bottomless mimosas but we were able to turn it around and I'm happy about that! we made reservations for 11 AM and we got there a little bit early maybe about 5 to 10 minutes early and the doors to the restaurant was open. When we walked in the manager had what I felt like an unapproachable and unwelcoming persona. The way she looked at us when we walked in, didn't sit right with me. she did explain that the restaurant wasn't open and then immediately closed the doors however, her delivery when relaying that message wasn't really exhibiting great customer care in my opinion. She also brought a level of discomfort when we sat in the restaurant I felt as if again she wasn't inviting an approachable. As far as the food or appetizers were better than my meals. I got a pizza because I figured you can't go wrong with that however, the margarita pizza was probably the one of the worst I've ever had. not to say that it was terrible as some people may enjoy it, but I recommend getting something else. we did enjoy the calamari and the other appetizers that we got! Overall, I wouldn't recommend maybe this location because I've heard so many great things about this restaurant. With that, I would consider going to the other location in downtown!

Yelp
I thought I'd already reviewed this place but let's try this again. Cru is located inside the Battery. I went because a friend wanted to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with the basically everything - food, service, and ambiance. The goat cheese n honey appetizer is absolutely lovely. My food was hot n good and there was great service.

Yelp
We went for late lunch....party of 10. We were seated immediately. I was advised they had limited menus and could only give us 3. (Please invest in printable menus or a barcode to scan/this was inconvenient to say the least). Our waiter was nice and he did his best to keep check on us. We eventually ordered. Now....it took an hour to get food. I don't agree with the.." let's bring out all food together" when there is a large party. If it is coming out around the same time then there should be no problem. I've definitely been to restaurants who have a disclaimer that they bring food out as it is done. With that being said. A lot of our food was luke warm. We were all starving by this point so we ate it. One dish was incorrect as they requested no sausage (they did not eat that particular meat/dietary restriction) and it was sent back immediately. Our waiter came back about 15 mins later to say they had no more nachos. SMH. He cancelled his order and went without. Very inconvenient. Another person sent back food due to the bun being rock solid. Honestly my bun and another's were a bit on the "crispy" side but we ate it. I don't understand why cooks know they are this way but still decide to plate the food. Nevertheless, the food was okay. Maybe would've been better if it was hot. The nachos per 3 people stated they were "extremely " spicy. One was unable to finish their meal. And yes, they do like spicy food. We were initially advised prior we would have 1 check, which is outlandish these days bc just bc you are with a group doesn't mean we know each other...but that's another conversation. But...we were able to make separate payments. (Individually and some couples). I'm not sure I would be back but if I could get food a little quicker and hotter I may have a different outlook on the spot.

Yelp
We surprisingly had a pleasant experience at Cru. We stopped here for a quick bite before heading inside Truist Park. We arrived around 5:30 and there were still empty tables both inside and outside. We got wonderful service as soon as we walked in and were seated right away. Our server, Nick, was very attentive. It was our first time there and he told us the popular items to get. I asked for the happy hour menu but was told that's only available on non-game days. Both my husband and I ordered a glass of wine and shared the goat cheese beignets, shrimp and lobster potstickers, and wagyu meatballs. The beignets is a must get! It's filled with goat cheese and loved the cracked black pepper on the honey. The potstickers and meatballs were both recommended but the potstickers were a miss for me. It was topped with a sweet chili sauce but definitely on the spicier side. The meatballs only came with 2 but was a pretty decent size. It was a tad too salty for my taste when eating it alone, but tasted better when eating it with the bread. We were in and out of here in 45 mins. They also have quite a selection of wine and wine flights available. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time we're at the Battery!

Yelp
They didn't have marshmallows when we were there, so they replaced it for the biscotti without letting us know first or asking us. I'd have rather getting more raspberries but we weren't given the option. When we were asked if we were enjoying the food, I said yes, and only communicated I would have appreciated being allowed to choose my replacement a next time. The waitress got visibly uncomfortable and began justifying explaining it was a kitchen decision and she had nothing to do with that. I reassured her it was alright and explained her it was just feedback. I joked about me being clumsy too and we exchanged a few laughs. The mood got better, but it was clear the management was not offering the staff the adequate training, since it shouldn't be the customer's obligation to either lie, or break a leg trying to lighten the mood. That being said, the manager also could benefit from learning people skill resources. He was talking to another guy from staff, standing still while looking at the tables, I called him lifting my hand, we made visual contact and he kept ignoring me. When my husband called him, however, he quickly answered. Maybe I just have the world's smallest arm? Anyway, I wouldn't come back. Prices are really good tho. Very cheap food.

Yelp
Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere, lovely outdoor dining space, attentive service. Great wine selection. Quiet at lunch time. Fabulous for brunch.

Celange M.

Yelp
Had a great time at Cru. The food was delicious and the server made a good recommendation for wine because the glass I wanted was out. It was a relaxing place to visit before the ballgame. We will definitely be back.

Chinwe K.

Yelp
I walked into Cru randomly on a Friday night and sat at the bar. Cru has a nice ambiance with great service. This was my first time coming here and I ordered the flights (Sweet Child O'Wine). The flights come with 3 glasses of pre-selected red or white wines. I also ordered the Fritto Misto and the Lobster and Shrimp Potstickers which were good. They also have outdoor dining as well for when the weathers nice. This place is nice if you want to try different wines or eat something light. I'll be adding to my list of wine bars.

Tim M.

Yelp
We visited Cru for Father's Day brunch. Upon entering you can't help but notice the aesthetic. It's a beautiful establishment. We came on Father's Day when they had a fixed menu which was ok. They could have had a little more variety but the food was good. The portions could have been a little bigger. The service however was not great. Our waiter seemed to not understand our drink or which was just a carafe of mimosa. He took forever to come back after bringing our food. It looked as though the kitchen cooked all entrees at the same time and all the desserts at the same time as we noticed everyone had eaten and were just sitting around waiting. Then all the desserts came out together. I watched how much of an inconvenience it was for the people that had tickets to the baseball game. Some just left and some were late. The operation in there needs some massive retooling.

Sarah B.

Yelp
So disappointing! We arrived at 7:30 and didn't get our food until 9 pm. The waitress forgot to put my dinner order in so I told her not to worry about it (ate off my husband's plate). She also forgot to bring one of the appetizers. The food was a B- at best. We got the truffle pizza which was bland and mostly crust. A big disappointment because we love the burst of flavor from the black truffle. The ambiance was nice but there wasn't a way for our entire party to sit together so we had to split up at two tables. Kind of a bummer since we went for someone's birthday.

Bill A.

Yelp
Nice experience. The total rating of 3.5 is a little low. This is a solid 4 star restaurant. The service was very good and waiter was attentive and knowledgeable on the food and wine menu. I had a few flights of wine and they were all very good. See photos for the wine. I had the pinot noir, spanish and the blend. In would favor the pinot blend that had robust flavors without being too sweet. The other flights were still very good. Went with the tuna tartare for an appetizer. Excellent flavor and paring with the guacamole. Kent with the trout for the main course. It was lightly fried and came with couscous. The fry on the fish was light and done very well. The couscous was also good. The atmosphere was perfectly laid back to chill with friends.

Car F.

Yelp
Service was great. Food was ... mediocre Ambience nice Pricey for food quality. I don't mind paying for great food - but the dinner for me was ordinary - not worth the price. Great wine selection.

Shani H.

Yelp
Came here for dinner while at the battery. This is my second time at this location and I enjoy it because the dining menu is more upscale. We had a puppy with us and they are pet friendly which is a bonus. I ordered the halibut which was delicious and was apart of a special menu. My friend ordered a margarita pizza which was also good. They have a large wine menu which we didn't try but would be great for wine lovers.

Jeff C.

Yelp
Cru is a really good wine bar and one that is just solid all around. A good vibe and fun especially for a group. If you are new to wine or experienced it is a good way to try many different options without having to put much thought into it. I would recommend for a group or just those looking to have some good food and ever better wine

Mel N.

Yelp
Good food. Not worth the high costs they charge. I had the short ribs and it really tasted more like pot roast! Normally Short ribs that I've had in the past and make them at home, had more marbling but this one had no fat which would've been good if it wasn't so dry! The gravy on the short ribs was not that tasty , some kind of wine gravy mix. There were no vegetables, The pilaf was OK a little runny. My friend had the chicken that was raved about in previous reviews. At first I thought it was a Cornish hen because it was so small! The one thing I would rate high is the pressed coffee! I Probably will not return just for the pressed coffee even as good as it is! I constantly had to ask for the server to come over to give me things like bread or butter or condiments or water or ice. He and the other person from the restaurant stayed constantly in the corner watching their phones or talking to each other every. Only every now and then the server would come out and wait on us and the other couple that was in the corner. So I would not the rate the service is really great. Not at the top of my list as far as good food, good service or great ambience!

Adrienne l.

Yelp
Hats off to Greg Fallon....An outstanding server...knows his wine and made out evening a delight. Adrienn L

Dana M.

Yelp
Although Cru is a small chain, each one does a great job making it feel like an independent. This location is no exception. Beautifully appointed and exceptional food. The meatballs, Caesar salad and pizzas were all really terrific. Nice wine selection but only two beers. I would absolutely eat here again.

Ash C.

Yelp
On this visit Cru was out of a lot of menu items. I ended up ordering the short rib again and noticed the food portions have gotten smaller. Also the gravy on the short rib was very salty.

Rob R.

Yelp
I met up with a friend her for drinks and light meal. Very chill with friendly staff. The wine flight was good. I enjoyed the fritto misto especially the edible fried lemon pieces.

Harry B.

Yelp
Made reservations to have my New Years dinner here because they had several items on their menu that looks delicious. Online it gave me the option if I wanted to use their "New Years Menu" which was $75/person but had nothing on it that my date and I wanted. We declined the option, however, once arrived, they said we could only order off the "New Years Menu" and couldn't use the regular menu, which is opposite of what my reservation insinuated. We didn't want to waste $150 on food we didn't want so we opted to leave just to find that every other place was completely booked. Thanks for ruining my New Years dinner, Cru!

Aushiana R.

Yelp
Cru is a very cute bar at the battery. Our waitress Bri was great. We tried the alcohol flights. My favorite out of the flights was the copasaldo sparkling peach. The appetizers are amazing. Enough space to come mid day and work from cru with a glass of wine. Next time i will try a full meal.

Sheena G.

Yelp
Visited again this past week and our server Lacey was amazing! She really took personal accountability for our experience and ensured we had a great time despite a few hiccups. Food was DELICIOUSSSSS and we enjoyed the flights and half off champagne!

Michael W.

Yelp
Great wine flights. Cheese and cracker selection was great. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Phylicia H.

Yelp
Came in for their happy hour (4-6:30PM) and they don't have wine specials as advertised but they did have food on special. We got the margarita flatbread and mussels. The flatbread wasn't great, it didn't have enough cheese on it. The mussels were delicious, the sauce was amazing. We also got the flight #4 which was delicious. All the champagnes were good, my favorite was the sparkling peach, hers was the rose Prosecco. We tried to get a glass of each but their pour was so small, it was more economical to just get a bottle. The server was attentive and gave recommendations. The vibe is really cute, low lit and a great date atmosphere.

Camia M.

Yelp
Came here with 2 friends on a Sunday for brunch. The was only 1 server for the entire restaurant. This led to very delayed service. Everything took 3x as long from ordering to getting refills, the check, etc. The food and drinks were good but they ran out of one of the ingredients for their blood orange bellini so that was a little disappointing. The venue is very cute though. It's small and intimate.

Christian A.

Yelp
Delicious food and portions. Excellent service, even without reservations. Cozy, warm atmosphere.

Kam M.

Yelp
Trying to be semi normal in the current world is hard but decided to have a Monday evening out and my friend suggested Cru Food & Wine Bar. Located in the Battery Park at the Braves Stadium right off of 285. There is a parking deck conveniently located near the restaurant and parking is free for the first 3 hours in the red deck. The decor is normal wine bar decor but upscale. We decided to sit outside on the patio so we can enjoy the summer air and people watch. I had the Rose Flight which had 3 Rose wines. Figuiere 19 Cotes De Provence, France which was light, airy with a berry and fruit flavor. Chateau Gassier Esprit 19 Provence, France which was peachy and fruit flavor. Cooper Mountain Rose 18 Williamette, Oregon which was which was honey suckle, sweet pea, hibiscus, honey My favorite was the Chateau but they were all delicious. I also had the goat cheese beignet which had goat cheese and honey delicious. The only negative is they have a very small menu and very limited options for me as i am vegetarian.

Emmanuel C.

Yelp
Really great experience at Cru. Started with a wine flight and paired it with a cheese board. The Cabernet flight was amazing. I enjoyed all the wines a lot. I also had the potstickers as an appetizer it was really delicious too. The place is very nice in the inside and a great experience. For my entree I had the mushroom pizza it was good but I expected it to be different/saucier. Still was delicious though. I will definitely go back again.

Jordan D.

Yelp
This place used to be awesome. Came for brunch Sunday and pretty sure this is where I got food poisoning from. Won't be coming back. See the review a few days before mine. Exact same experience. Inedible food. Terrible service. Bummer.

Michelle W.

Yelp
Visited with friends early on a Saturday when the place was still pretty empty. Wait staff was helpful and attentive. Pinot noir wine flight was excellent. The seafood fettuccine special was a sizable portion had an incredible amount of meat, but unfortunately was way over-seasoned. That and the fact that it came covered in wax-like grocery store Parmesan was disappointing for a $42 entree. The prime rib orders medium rare was closer to medium; however, was still tasty.

Katherine S.

Yelp
Not a bad option for dining at The Battery. A friend and I were worried about it getting busy on a night when there was a concert, so we stopped in to ask the host and he put our name down on the waitlist and noted the time we wanted to come in. When we came back, it was only half full, so we got in without a problem after all. We wanted to drink wine, which was why we decided to try Cru. We decided to split a truffle pizza since nothing else was really calling out to us and we weren't super hungry. We also didn't want to spend $30+ on the other entrees. The prices are a bit high, but they are going for a more upscale vibe, and I'm sure The Battery's rent is high.

Francie H.

Yelp
Amazing service and amazing selection of wines. Got recommended the goat cheese beignets and grilled cheese and tomato soup and it absolutely delivered. We also got the salmon and meatballs which were both phenomenal. The wine flights are so fun for whatever mood you're in and they give you a card with them that explains the origin and flavor profile. Service was timely and friendly even post Braves game which can be a hectic time. We'll definitely be back for more.

Lorre G.

Yelp
We had a group of six and were very happy we made a reservation because the place was packed. The wine flight names are hilarious and we all had different flights. We also ordered the charcuterie board and the cheese fondue. I wish they were a bit more substantial, but the flavor was good. Next time I think we will try the pizza. They also have a cider on tap and a few drinks for non-wine lovers which is nice.

Amy G.

Yelp
This beautiful new restaurant is licateed in the Battery district which means its near the baseball park. I am from out of town & if this was near my teams ballpark I would be here before every gAme The food is outstanding. I had the halibut perfectly cook and paired with a lovely light Spanish Albanaroo wine. My Colleague had short ribs that were out of this world. The wine and food were surprisingly affordable considering the food was so delicious it could have been expensive. Their tiramisu was outstanding as if my grandmother made it. Wonderful selection of wine can even please the most seasoned wine enthusiast The decor is very beautiful, as a hip, warehouse, industrial feel combined modern elegant touches. It was worth the drive from Buckhead. We walked over next door to the bowling alley after dinner for a team building game.

Robleh I.

Yelp
Amazing expletive to say the least!!! I always see Cru when i go to the Avalon in Alpharetta and always wanted to try it, so me and my girlfriend just happen to be in the Battery Atlanta right by the new Braves stadium and we just had to try Cru!!! We went for brunch and the food was just delicious!!! The ambience and service was amazing as well!!! Just an overall very satisfying, pleasant experience!!! We will definitely be back, and next time we want to try dinner!!! Highly recommend!

Britt. O.

Yelp
By far one of the best experiences I've had at my first and only visit to a wine bar . The serving was amazing , she was attentive, knowledgeable of the wines and menus and personably .Talk about a way to cater to your guests . My wine choice was a Merlot , I'm not a huge wine connoisseur so this is definitely not my area of expertise. I can say that my selection of wine was recommended by my server according to my taste preference. My food order was the appetizers of lobster and shrimp potstickers . My friends ordered the grill cheese sandwiches and meatballs with toast . My dinner was an order of the prime rib over a bed of something similar to grits . Quite tasty. Overall everything was exceptional from the service , food , atmosphere, wine and more . I almost absolutely love the music selection too!!! Take your time and visit this wonderful establishment, it's well worth your while .

Max B.

Yelp
If you like the idea of liking wine then you'll love Cru. Cru features everything you would expect from a wine bar: cool colored decor, a cheese selection, art placards in cursive writing, and male waiters with graying hair. Moreover, Cru is a largely unitimedating establishment, as you will not be greeted by a sommelier and won't have the opportunity to test-or expand on- your wine knowledge in front of your date. Nonetheless, my favorite part about Cru is that Cru offers a wine flight-which is very corky and unique. I wish other restaurants would do the same, as it allows you a chance to do the pepsi challenge without embarrassment or pressure. Like Cru itself, the food portion of my wine bar experience was largely underwhelming. I ordered the short rib which wasn't necessarily bad, but did taste wholesale manufactured. My girlfriend ordered the chicken picatta which was "plain but good." I probably will not come back to Cru- the unitemdating experience turns insipid pretty quickly; but I don't regret trying it.  While munching on our heirloom and burrata salad with strobe lights from across the street flashing, my girlfriend reminded me how nice it is to sit outside and enjoy a fresh salad. And she's right.

Misty G.

Yelp
Wine flights and beignets The perfect combination! I had no idea what I was in for. It was an unexpected surprise. That's why I didn't get a picture of the beignets before I started eating them. Ella our server was the best! So cute and knowledgeable.

Mindy D.

Yelp
Great wine selection but the food is just okay. We had truffle pizza and shrimp Scampi and both lacked flavor. We also had potstickers that we slathered with too much sauce

Cindy T.

Yelp
Cool wine bar. Cool atmosphere. Gorgeous interior. Love The Battery area! Parking was a breeze and free up to 4 hours in the Green Deck. Came here with a girlfriend for a weekend lunch and we had the strangest experience. First our server could NOT stop saying, "YASS GIRL YASS," to whatever comment we made. I think we counted her saying it at least 5 times. Maybe she was trying to appear "hip" to us. Maybe we looked like very young Millennials (which we are not, thank you very much). I loved the idea of wine flights. Great way to try samples of wine. I went with the Notorious Reds and found them all to be nice, full bodied wines. Our server shined in her knowledge of the wines. I really enjoyed that. Wished there was a flight that had variety of Reds and Whites. And thank God for the wine because our food took FOREVER. I think we waited atleast 30 minutes until our "appetizer" arrived which was actually the pizza entree my friend ordered. We corrected them and they tried to take it back? But then we told them to go ahead and serve her and I would just wait for my salad. About 15 minutes later, I was brought a Salmon salad. I had actually ordered the Herb Crusted Tuna salad and I had to correct our server again. Another 15 minutes passes and I received an Ahi Tuna salad. At this point, I was starving and just ate it. I don't think either of us was amazed by our meal or the delay in service for our food without an explanation. There was about 3 other tables so they weren't super busy. Who knows but there was definitely something odd with all the errors that were made. I would come here for the wine flights. Stick to sitting at the bar. Eat somewhere else especially if you are hungry.

Yelp
Cru food and wine bar is located within The Battery near Truist Park where the Atlanta Braves play (Insert Tomahawk here). It's super cute for tapas and a flight of wines to try. Me and two other girlfriends went here to brunch on a Sunday about a week ago and it was still as cute and cozy as I remembered. I love me a good salmon and capers so that was my entree of choice as the same for my another friend. One friend tried the Fig & Gorgonzola Bruschetta which she said was different and very tasty. We got to enjoy the mimosa drink specials until cut off time (forgot what time the cut off happened). We tried just about all the Mimosas and Bellinis that had to offer. We also threw in a glass of Moscato and Prosecco, all were pretty good. The service could have been a bit better. There was only one girl serving everyone and making drinks which became noticeably overwhelming for her but this was my first time experiencing that here. However, we'll be back for sure as the weather warms up more in GA. Hopefully they'll have enough staff to handle us the next go round.

Yelp
The wine selection was awesome for great prices. The environment was so welcoming and enjoyable. Lacy was amazing and very knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
I've gone here a few times after work for a quick happy hour. Elegant speak easy interior vibe - without the music. A lot of wine to choose from. Upscale appetizers for an experience palette. No chicken fingers here, honey! Lol

Yelp
I loved the brunch. So disappointed in myself that I never knew about it. I had the omelet with black truffle mushrooms, goat cheese, and spinach. It was pretty big but very fresh and piping hot. That was one of the best omelets I've had! Plus the mimosas are $3! COVID-19: they have plenty of patio seating but you can also dine inside. All of the servers wore masks correctly. I took off one star because they let some folks inside without masks on. Tisk tisk. Masks should be enforced yall.

Yelp
The Battery is one of my all time favorite places to go and just hang out on a whim. Been meaning to try out Cru and finally had the chance with a brunch date. We were under the impression that the bottomless mimosas were on Saturday but it's only offered on Sunday's. No worries because they have plenty to choose from. First off, parking for the first 3 hours are free so use that to your advantage. Cru is somewhat centrally located when it comes to the restaurants in The Battery. We of course opted for their beautiful outdoor seating due to COVID and was comfortable even in the Georgia heat. For drinks, I started with the Rose flight and he opted for one of the Red Wine flights. What I loved most about the flights is that Cru brings you informational cards to go along with each flight; detailing name, cost, origin, etc. Since this is heavily tapas spot, we decided on the Lobster Dumplings and Goat Cheese Beignets..both were DELICIOUS!!! Goat cheese and beignets doesn't sound good together but LISTEN, You will be disappointed if you don't try it! Can't wait to give their Sunday brunch a try.

Yelp
Stopped by Cru just to check it out on my way out of the battery. I sat at the bar and ordered a red wine flight. The team was lovely, and other patrons joined for a meal which would be fun to return to one day. They have flights, daily specials, events and more! The space was a little small but cozy.

Yelp
Beautiful little restaurant with outdoor seating! Right in the heart of all the action at the Battery. I went for a girls night out with my former district manager and friend. I had the ahi tuna tartar and she chose a cheese and fruit plate as an appetizer. Everything was so good and beautifully presented. We both had the salmon for our entrees and sparkling water. The salmon was a little too salty for both of us but we still enjoyed it. Everything was great except Th e service was very slow. Our server was super friendly but she must have been overwhelmed with tables. We are very understanding of this but still felt a bit left behind once the place got busy. All in all I would definitely recommend Cru! Upscale but casual and they catered to my diet restrictions which was nice (just let yourself server know of any allergies or preferences). We walked around the Battery after and it's definitely a very lively place!
