I had such an ameowzing time at this cat café! Every single cat was so sweet, friendly, and clearly well cared for. Some curled up in my lap, others came over for head bumps and snuggles—and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. The space itself is clean, cozy, and calming, and the staff clearly love what they do. If you’re a cat lover looking for some quality feline time, this is the perfect little escape. I’ll definitely be back for more kitty cuddles soon!

I took my mom here for us to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we had the BEST time. I’m already planning our next visit. The staff is wonderful, the interior is beautiful, the coffee is delicious, and the cats are extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!

Google
A nice spot to interact with the cats! There’s the option to get a Polaroid picture with the cats too and got two for my friend and I! Downside is finding parking as it’s located on a busy street and my group had to find one 5-6 minutes away from the location.

My sister and I went with the 30 minute experience and it was so worth it!! Tip: get one of their $3 cat treat bags. I had so many cute cats come and let me pet them. The café was so clean, the decorations were beautiful, and they had comfy seating areas and plenty of space to walk around. The staff was all super friendly and nice and you can tell they really take good care of the cats. They even go around taking pictures of each individual party with one of the cats and gave us a free Polaroid picture to commemorate our visit at the end of our time! 😊💛💛 I highly recommend this place. It was great! Plus, all the cats there are up for adoption! 😍

Came in today and had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and the cats were adorable. There were even cats hanging out in the bathroom because they’re scared were shy.

Love the cafe with all the kitties! My only critique is that in comparison to other cat cafes, you can really smell the litter boxes and they don’t seem to have as many things for the kitties to climb on. Maybe their lease inhibits them from nailing things into the walls but just have seen other cat cafes do a lot more.

Loved the place, 10/10 and such great service. Gave detail about cats and they do so much to care for them. So many cats to play with and rest with. They care for each and all and the guest service is amazing. Loved the lemonade they give and would go again 💕💕💕💕

When I lived in Los Angeles, my husband and I would frequently visit Crumbs & Whiskers. It is a wonderful little cafe with dozens of adoptable cats to visit with. If you're in the area and are in need of some kitty love, or if you're currently looking for a new friend to add to your family, this is the spot! I'm heartbroken we aren't able to visit any longer. To staff: thank you for all that you do!

Yelp
My daughter and I had the most purrfect time here at Crumbs and Whiskers! This is by far the cutest cat cafe I've ever seen! Their decor is very "IG-worthy." We made reservations online ahead of time which is recommended because sometimes they are fully booked and cannot take walk-ins. We did 70 min for $40. I'm glad we did the 70 min and not 30 min because even 70 min felt too short! When we went, they had 22 cats and most of them were up for adoption. All the cats were so cute and friendly!! A lot of them were sleeping and cuddly. I'm not even a cat person but this place pretty much converted me. Note: there are also cats in the bathroom so don't be alarmed. I got scared because there was a black cat right next to the toilet when I sat down! LOL! You can order coffee/tea and snacks like cookies here. I got the iced matcha latte and it was okay, not great and not bad. It seems like they go pick it up at a cafe nearby and then bring it over. Doesn't seem like it's made in-house because I saw the worker leave out the door and come back with our drinks. They also gave us a Polaroid picture of us at the end before we left! Such a sweet touch! I would definitely come back! Highly recommend if you're craving some cuddles, looking for something relaxing to do, or interested in adopting a kitten! Parking: meter/street

Yelp
Service is poor, host girls are rude! I came first time and they even didn't want to explain that you need to have a reservation. When I asked when they closed, girl at reception told me "we are fully booked". That's okay, I'm not gonna try to come inside I just asked you about the schedule and tried to go to the website. But they don't care. They just wanted me to go out. As I read other reviews, so people agreeing that 's the customer service is rude and they don't tell you that you need a reservation and you just waste your time. Thank you for bad experience

Yelp
Ok so how do I start this review.... I was super surprised with this place !!! My daughter loves cats and ask me to bring her here , I had called them in the morning to get a little bit information after I got the information I let them know that I would come. On the phone she didn't mention that I need to make reservations even though I told her we would come today. I finally arrived there after a 50 minute drive and the girl in the front told me that we won't be able to come in without reservation. (I was surprise she didn't mention that on the phone) Then I thought this was a café so I would expect that they sold coffee there but they didn't they had to bring it from outside which that didn't make sense either. Because you can only get 15 minutes or 30 minutes which let me tell you it is so expensive!!!! 58$ I paid for 2 girls 30 minutes each and that doesn't include anything just to play with the cats. Two minutes before the 30 minutes was up she came and told my daughter it's time to go I would think after paying that much it would be OK to let them have a few extra minutes. Anyways the only reason I gave a 2 star is because I guess the money goes to help the cats ( I hope ) Sad to say but with the prices and service I don't think they will see me there anymore.

Yelp
A cat lovers paradise! My girlfriend loves cats so I decided to make a reservation at this place after doing some research. Upon completion, a waiver is required to be completed before your visit (online). We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, got checked in, and placed our coffee orders (which have to be done before the reservation!). The experience: Once it was our group's turn to enter the establishment, we were instructed to clean our hands with the hand sanitizer. We all sat down and were given the rundown of the place and what not to do. Then, we all took off our shoes and if we wanted, could wear the given booties. All of the cats are friendly and adoptable! The interior is cute and very picturesque. Merchandise neatly propped up on the walls, cushions on the floor to relax on, tables with a center part for cats to relax in, and cat trees. Treats can be purchased at the counter (small or large bag). You'll see them hiss and slap each other when surrounding you for treats (lol). During our experience they had just brought in a batch of kittens which made the experience more awesome. A polaroid photo is included for free! The staff was very friendly, and did not hesitate to help or answer anyone's questions. Metered parking is available on Melrose Ave., but you may get lucky like me and get one that someone had already paid for :). I believe there is parking in the neighborhood surrounding as well. Coffee wasn't bad. I had ordered a cold brew and my girlfriend got an iced vanilla latte. We received our order maybe 10 minutes into our experience.

Yelp
I had the best experience at Crumbs and Whiskers! The staff was so sweet and took polaroids of me petting the cats, and they definitely have sufficient safety and sanitation procedures to keep the cats and everyone safe. As a cat person this place was heaven; I just wanted to take all of them home! I need to go back soon for sure!

Yelp
Really the best, VERY healing. Cats are clean and well behaved, very well taken care of. Cafe at the time was closed, but not a problem because I came here after a meal and coffee anyway.

Yelp
This place was super cute and fun. We got there a few minutes late so I missed our coffee run, but we had fun playing with the kitties. It was nice to be able to support a company that helps animals.

Yelp
Amazing experience at this cat cafe. The workers clearly are enthusiastic about their job and the mission of this establishment. The cats are certainly more energetic the first few sessions of the day so I would keep that in mind. Did not try their beverages so can't speak to the quality but they don't allow outside food/drink! P.S. Booking an appointment online keeps things easy

Yelp
Never been to a cat cafe before so when my friend invited me to go with, as a birthday event, I couldn't say no. It's basically a big room where you can play with the cats, pet them and maybe feed them treats the staff gives you. There are strict rules to keep the cats safe like not picking the cats up and walking around with them and shoes come off to not transfer germs. There's also a waiver you sign when you arrive. I would say the 70 minute booking is the way to go. They call out times and 30 minutes is way too short of a time, drink and food doesn't come out fast here and I saw people getting their orders right when they had to leave. There are a handful of drink options and three snack options. The morning bun was delicious, like a sweet croissant shaped into a bun. They did mix up the drink orders of the birthday girl big yikes... But they did the best to remedy the situation. The food and drink ordering needs to be done more efficiently, but they aren't famous for their coffee but their kitties and that they do well. Animals are well treated here and the personality of each cat is perfect for a kitty cafe. They like socializing and didn't seem stressed to be in an environment where there is constant commotion from visiting people.

Yelp
A fun afternoon with kitties. The time goes by quickly, so try to make the most of it. Staff is very nice and provides treats to lure some cats to you. Everything is very clean, but just know that you will be asked to remove your shoes and leave them in the back, so bring socks if you're wearing flip flops! Food and beverage is not made on site. Instead you give your order and one of the employees runs down the street to grab it! There are no tables, so you'll have to take your food and drink around on the couches or floor for playtime.

Yelp
This is a long overdue review but Crumbs & Whiskers is PAWSOME! Came here years ago and made a visit recently. If it wasn't for this cute cafe, I never would have adopted my cat (I never had prior and was always scared to interact with them until my visit here). Our first visit was a birthday celebration for my sister which included 5 family members. The staff was so welcoming, encouraging, gave us all the details of how their organization came to be. The decor was fun and stylish; yet, very comfy and lavish for all of the kitties! They took our drink orders and we got pastries as well. Everything was really good! I would like to add that my uncle came with us for the visit and he was recovering from a stroke 8 months earlier. It was so therapeutic to see him with the cats as he was smiling and interacting for the first time in a while! To have this in the community is such an important thing. I really hope you give it a try and tell your friends. This place is a gem!

Yelp
I went to Crumbs & Whiskers cafe a few years ago, and to this day I still remember it! Definitely 5 stars, I thought it was an awesome experience. First, the decoration inside is soooo cute!! I love the neon lights and all the cats seem very content. Second, the coffee was pretty good! And third, so many of the cats were so cuddly. They would have these baskets that they'd plop the cat in and then put the cat in your lap. I LOVED this, and the baskets provided a sense of safety for the cats! It was such a cute concept, I haven't seen that before at other cat cafes. I feel like it helped the cats grow out of their comfort zone and sit on humans wills till being cozy. The service was great because the reason most people were there were for the cats, lol. And at the end they gave you a Polaroid if you and the cats!! By far one of the best cat cafes I've been to!

Yelp
A great cat cafe with so many cute and friendly cats, and it was clean with plentiful, comfortable seating. I had a positive experience here overall. A couple less positive things, but nothing unexpected: - They're pretty strict about timing. - It takes a while to get the food, so it may not be worth it if you only have a 30 min reservation. - The drink options are meh, though I can't speak for the pastries because I didn't try any. The drinks are also not customizable like a regular cafe, since they source their drinks from another place.

Yelp
This cafe is incredibly adorable and totally Instagram worthy... but the cats are the best part! You can just tell the staff loves on them dearly and they all roam around like they run the place. It's the best! You can tell the cats are all comfortable there. Amber is phenomenal. She was super knowledgeable about everything and so kind! I am not sure what some people are on about when it comes to adoptions, but the process is not that difficult. The rescue that Crumbs & Whiskers works with is Kitten Rescue Los Angeles (they have it posted all around and the staff mention it often when you visit). All you need to do is apply on the KR website and whichever foster originally cared for the kitty you fell in love with will handle the adoption process until the end. The process may seem "long" but really they just want to make sure these babies are going to families who deserve them and will treat them with love and care. If you don't have patience for the adoption process I question whether you have patience for a cat at all! The ONLY downside I notice is the parking. I wish they offered more than the street parking in front but hey, what can you do. It's West Hollywood!

Yelp
My lady loves cats, so why not surprise her with a trip to the cat cafe? I did a little research and realized this place was not too far from the popular shops situated at Fairfax. I made a reservation online and chose from three timed choices. I went for the max, 70 mins with the cats for $40. The ladies that were working were very punctual. We arrived at the location at 3:20 pm, and our reservation was for 4:20 pm. We asked the woman in front to see if we can go in ahead of schedule, but she politely asked us to come back around 4:05 pm after checking to see if there were any no-shows on her schedule. At 4:05 pm we came back, and were asked by the woman if we would like to order any drinks (all non-alcoholic, mainly coffee-based) before proceeding inside. When it was time for our turn to go inside, another young woman came to the front, gave a little introduction of the cats and instructions, and proceeded to guide us to the back of the cafe where there were shoe racks for us and disposable socks for those who didn't have any. We were told that all the cats were all under or around the age of one. Most were sleepy, but all were comfortable around many strange humans and their peculiar obsessions with petting them. There were over a dozen cats to play with, all with different colors, sizes, and personalities. Plenty of photos were taken of the cute cats. When we were finished, we put on our shoes and proceeded to the front, where the staff had photos from polaroids that they took of us and the cat and a complimentary sticker. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. I've never been to a specialty cafe like this before, and would certainly like to come back with more cat lovers the next time anyone is interested. I recommend drinking an antihistamine before coming if you have an allergy to fur or anything similar.

Yelp
HANDS DOWN BEST CAFE EVER!! 10/10 experience here at Crumbs & Whiskers. Today was my second visit and I just cry from happiness every time. According to staff, today there were a total of 27 cats at the cafe for adoption! I recommend booking the 11am appointment time and definitely go for the 70 minute experience. We noticed that by the end of our 11am experience, many of the cats had wandered to the back behind the curtain or were sleeping, whereas in the beginning, nearly ALL the cats were out and about. Each group gets a complimentary polaroid taken and the staff will try to get a cat to sit with you in the photo! The place is VERY clean and all the staff are extra attentive and friendly. They clearly know all about each individual cat and will share some cute personality traits with a cat that they see you playing with. Definitely adds some charm. Since it is a cafe, you can order drinks along with your experience. The coffee is average, but I found it hard to even take any sips with so many cats to play with :) Definitely will be returning here, and you should give it a try!

Yelp
I love the concept and helping adopt cats. I recently lost my cat to cancer so this was a good opportunity to just be around cats and they have a variety of them. Many are sleeping but there was a few active ones and they talk about each cat and they offer beverages before your appointment. The staff is friendly the building is kinda small but I love what they are doing and wish more rescues were around like this one so people can interact with the cats and they can roam with being in a small cage.

Tati M.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my experience at Crumbs & Whiskers! The staff were amazing, helpful & super friendly. The drinks and food were great. It is very clean and the perfect environment for the cats and to be able to play with them. If you are looking to adopt a cat.. please visit this place! I will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Yelp
I have so many positive things to say about this cat café. I took my significant other here as a birthday gift, as he is a cat guy. The employees are super friendly and informative. There are cats freely roaming the area, giving plenty of options for play, pets, and maybe even cuddles. You do have the option to get some drinks or snacks brought to you during the visit, just be careful since the cats will still be around you. The only downside: - Be prepared to find parking on the street, but this is pretty typical of L.A.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Super cute cat cafe!! Had no issues with my reservation and felt like the cost was worth the time. My friend and I didn't really enjoy the drinks so I would skip on that but the pastries weren't bad! We liked how they let us take a Polaroid with the cat and there were many toys you could use to play with them. Amazing experience and would do again :)
google avatar

Jenny E.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance to see the cats in a relaxed environment and get to see them around other people. It's the perfect place to adopt your next companion, please come and see for yourself this is the perfect setting in case you are thinking of adopting cats. I would 100% recommend adopting from here and I would be back when I'm also ready to adopt.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't have a cat of my own (yet) so it's great to be able to hang out with so many cats in person. Best to book online to guarantee a spot. The space is kept fairly clean but is quite small.
google avatar

Allison A.

Yelp
Best first experience to a cat cafe ever!! It was very clean inside and the cats are so well loved. The staff were very nice and loved to talk about the cats. The drinks were nice and refreshing (matcha latte & ice tea), the food was good as well! ( muffin & carrot cake) will definitely come back many more times!

Yelp
Work and life has you stressed out? This place is for you!!!! I came during a Sunday and we were actually headed towards a bar until a friend brought up that there was a kitty cafe nearby and without hesitation we went. They have walk ins but I think it would be better for a reservation. Luckily there were space for walk ins and we did the 15 minutes stay which was fine for us we were just happy to be inside! The service was amazing the workers were very educated in the kittens and explained to us how their collars differing in color mean different things and how some are dependent on other cats. The cats are super playful and friendly! At least the ones I experienced and saw. Some were napping of course I can bet they were tired after spending a day with humans. It was so nice too that a couple adopted a cat right before we were walking in and was able to see a happy kitten go off to his or her new home !
google avatar

Yelp
Kitties to play with. Kitties to pet. Kitties to snuggle. Kitties to adopt. Need I say more?
google avatar

Risa Y.

Yelp
My daughter and I had so much fun at Crumbs and Whiskers in Melrose yesterday. She's been wanting a cat for a while so I am looking into some adopting options. For her birthday she sold her paintings and donated $300 to the Pasadena Humane Society where she got to meet cats and kittens for the first time. She didn't get to pet them all that much there, but here at Crumbs and Whiskers you can meet the cats that are up for adoption and really get to connect with them. You can make a 30 minute (or full hour) reservation online. At first I thought $25 a person was a bit expensive but it was definitely worth it. Very clean, very organized and not too crowded. Lots of instsgram-able photo ops!
google avatar

Joceline N.

Yelp
i love crumbs and whiskers! you can definitely tell that those that work here are very attentive to the cats and make sure that the cats are always comfortable even with human activity. the cats are adorable and playful! i would recommend coming earlier before their afternoon sleepytime to get the most play with them. this place also offers a drink menu! i personally did not order a drink, but noticed that those that ordered at the beginning of the 30 minute session received their drink near the last 5 minutes, so there's a pretty long wait time. i'm also in love with this cat she's the sweetest HAHA
google avatar

Alejandra G.

Yelp
i went there twice and both time were amazing experiences. everything was clean and the staff were beyond friendly. the staff took polaroid pictures of you during the experience & it was such a great time. def recommend if you're in the area

Yelp
My kid had been wanting to visit a cat cafe even though we have two cats at home. Initially we weren't coming to this location but the other place was close. The staff was very accommodating and friendly even after coming right before closing time on a Friday night. Having cats ourselves, I can tell you that they keep this place clean, no odors, all the kitties are healthy, playful, and they have their safe space if they don't want to interact with people. Cats were playful, staff was friendly, and I really liked my Polaroid picture they give you at the end of the session which I keep in the dash of my car now.
google avatar

Aracely B.

Yelp
If you are a cat lover then you need to check it out. Crumbs & whiskers is a foster home for the cats until they find their forever home. Make sure to come on time because you want every minute you can to pet all the cats. Tons of seating and toys that you can play with the kittens. Check this spit out!
google avatar

Victoria S.

Yelp
Where do I start? Thank goodness for these types of establishments that save these kitties from being euthanized. The only downside is that there can be no time limit when being with these precious angels. Time flew by. It felt like we were only there for five minutes but like they say, time flies when you're having fun!!! The place is kept very clean, the workers are very sweet and knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience!!!
google avatar

Christi E.

Yelp
Best place to relax with the kitties! Everyone is so nice! Easy to book online. We even adopted a cat! Coffee and snacks are great too! We always go for the 70 min time block-it's not long enough. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Ty B.

Yelp
Super cute cat cafe! Lots of cute cats and kitties to pet and play with! I also love that this place also doubles as a cat shelter The staff present were sooo sweet and seemed to truly want the best for all the lil babies present. I had a fun experience there and would definitely visit again :)
google avatar

A. Z.

Yelp
Not a cat person but my girlfriend is. Place is very clean. The hosts are very nice and spend time describing the history of each cat. They do a great job of limiting the number of people in at once as well. I'd spend more time here if my cat allergies didn't act up.
google avatar

Hawnii S.

Yelp
It's a really cute place with nice staff. They always keep their masks on and they sanitize after every session. They start you off with orientation, explaining all the house rules and which cats are adoptable. The cats aren't hostile but you have to go to them to pet them because they're not gonna come up to you. There're toys on the ground to try and get their attention and play with them so be proactive with your time! The thing that ruined my experience was that there were a lot of little kids when I went and they were running all over the place, trying to get the attention of every cat around regardless of who was around them. It made it really hard for me to interact with the cats when they would come in front of me and start playing with the cat I was playing with. And I kept having to watch out for them running into things and me. I thought it was unfair since I was also a customer but I couldn't play with the cats very much so I was pretty disappointed :( Not all the kids were running round but I think if they had more rules for kids and staff regulated them, then it would be better. The 30 min and hour sessions come with a Polaroid pic the staff take of you during your time. I highly highly recommend you make a reservation because it's always busy but they'll be squeeze you in for at least a 15 min session if you're a walk-in. Parking is a little hard since it's a busy street so good luck !
google avatar

Emma N.

Yelp
Very nice staff who were very helpful with my little sister as well. The cafe itself is so pretty and we got to take home a couple of Polaroids and stickers to remember our trip

Yelp
One of the most fun experiences i've ever had ! the hosts were the kindest people ever and you could tell they love and care about their job and the cats. They really encourage you to meet every cat there and will talk to you and inform you about them too. They make it really easy to get comfortable in the cafe :) All the cats were so well behaved and friendly and had their own fun personalities. This is definitely a place i'll continue to support and come back to and recommend to others
google avatar

Yelp
Have 1 cat at home we adopted during the pandemic for therapy. Absolutely love him, I am not sure we can adopt more, but this is a wonderful way to give much love and attention to others. When my son heard about the cafe, he was definitely interested. Thank you for the opportunity. We'll be back!
google avatar

Julie G.

Yelp
Love this place so much! We rented the space for a bachelorette party and it was the dose of happiness we all needed! The place is covered in comfy couches and cats, so it is indeed relaxing. All cats are adoptable and it was so hard not to leave with 5 more cats! The staff was friendly and took our coffee and tea orders. Highly recommend visiting this spot and supporting their cause!

Yelp
If you are a cat lover, and love to take pictures- this is a must in you're in the area. The staff is very friendly, there's plenty of comfy places to sit, with all kinds of toys you can use, lots of friendly cats, and kittens- and they even sell sweet treats to enjoy! Parking is a little tough because it's in a busy shopping area in Melrose, and it' is a little pricey. We did $25 for 30 mins per person but I'm sure they use the money to help foster the animals and to keep the place running. Nice experience - they also give a complimentary Polaroid pic to take home! Oh and if you forget to bring a mask, you can ask and they'll give you one- since they're required for now.

Yelp
Loved coming here for a visit! I had never been to a cat cafe, and haven't had much interaction at all with cats in general. The cats were all super sweet and playful, and a few were cuddly as well. The space is extremely clean and well-maintained, and it's a bright and welcoming environment. There are lots of pillows and couches and toys to use to play with the cats. You can also ask about the cats and find out more information if you're interested in adoption. Will definitely come back again when I'm in LA!

Yelp
I took my boys age 10 & 16 here and we had the best time hanging out with the kitties and staff. The employees are friendly, fun and knowledgeable. The cats are ADORABLE with a mix of playful, sleepy, sassy and sweet there are personalities for ALL! Most if not all of these cuddly cuties are adoptable...so if you are in the market for a new furry companion this would be an excellent place to go and if you just need a little bit of snuggle and playtime therapy this is also the place for you!!!! They finish the session with a keepsake Polaroid with your favorite cat ...we will be back and we recommend you give it a try as well!

Yelp
I absolutely adore this place. It's clean and spacious, the staff are very kind, and the cats are incredibly well cared for and loved. The food and drink are good, although things can get a bit mixed up if it's too busy, but they are very accommodating in fixing any issues. It's definitely not the focus, so don't expect a huge menu. If you want something complicated, hit up your local regular cafe first or on the way home. But the proceeds are all going towards caring for and homing the cats, so it is absolutely worth it. I have 2 13 year old cats and a 10 year old dog, so I can't adopt. But going still helps socialize the cats, and, again, the proceeds go to the rescue efforts. It is an amazing experience, and a fantastic cause. I cannot recommend it enough. The cats are adorable and surprisingly outgoing, so be prepared for cuddles and play! It's wonderful!!

Yelp
What a cute experience, went here last Saturday with my husband to play with kittens and have coffee together. Our experience was mostly positive! The kittens and cats were incredibly funny and most were playful, while i didn't expect to have a super bonding experience with all the cats i wish staff would've given guests a heads up about the cats who tend to be biters. We have a cat at home and we know that cats will not give affection or play on your time but rather theirs, but you are going on a time limit, so to make the most of your experience you try your best to engage with the cats that are ready for play. Well unfortunately i was met with one particular cat who tried twice to snap at me, at greatly different intervals . So I do think staff should warn guests about cats that are a little more sassy. Second we were promised coffee/tea maybe even a pastry? I have seen pictures of this on their yelp page and even in their liability release form there's a mention about arriving 5-10 minutes early to place a drink order. Coffee/tea or any beverage was never mentioned, I expected to pay for my beverage and this wasn't a pricing issue the issue was that in the whole hour that my husband and I were there we didn't get asked, nor did any of the guests have coffee or were served drinks. Overall the place was cute, and I can recommend it, but i would not advertise it as a cafe, essentially you pay to hang with some cats. I also wouldn't consider a 1 hr play again unless I've got my heart set on adoption.

Yelp
This cafe is so adorable and all the cats are so beyond sweet and playful! The coffee is overpriced and not worth it in my opinion but it didn't matter so much to me because I was surrounded by the cutest most loving cats for 70 minutes! I definitely wish this place was adult only though or at least like 16+ because some parents really just do not know how to teach their children how to behave in public and towards other adults. Regardless though, this place is the best and the girls running it are very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Had a great time playing with cats at the care cafe on melrose. Really friendly staff, cute kittens and a great cause.

Yelp
1. Their website doesn't accept any gift certificates because it sucks. ( we had a gift card but were not able to use it at this time.) 2. I made a reservation for my wife and kids to go, and when they showed up, they had no record of the reservation, they admitted it was their fault due to being disorganized. 3. my family tried to order food, and then realized the cafe down the street that Crumbs and Whiskers relies on for food and drink was out of everything... so no "crumbs" at all. 4. When my family inquired about adopting some of the cute kittens that they fell in love with, Crumbs and Whiskers admitted that they had nothing to do with the adoption process, so if you're hoping of going there and adopting a cat you're out of luck. 5. They tell you to go to their website to adopt the cats you saw, but their website takes you to the WRONG cat adoption site. After we called them directly, they took us to the correct adoption site but guess what... the cats my family fell in love with were not on that site either. 6. After we called them directly and pleaded with them to help us adopt these cats, they said they'd call us back, and never did. 7. After all of this drama and disappointment, my daughters told me they didn't even want to adopt a cat anymore, it was just not worth is with these guys.

Yelp
the staff was super accommodating with changing our reservation time due to car issues which we appreciated. however, i do think the prices were pretty steep for what the experience was. the cafe (coffee would have been an additional separate charge) was closed when we arrived for our appointment, so it was pretty much just a visit with the cats. the cats were all sleeping 99% of the time & not super playful which meant it was just petting them in their beds which is no one's fault of course but i expected the place to be more lively. as mentioned in other reviews, the cat to people ratio was pretty low. we only had one other group in our reservation slot so maybe that also contributed to the vibe being extra low energy. the setup was very cute and there was an employee who was very talkative & gave us lots of fun information about the cats. i'm glad we went but i would not spend my money again for what we got.

Yelp
OBSESSED OBSESSED OBSESSED! My partner is allergic to cats so I was SO happy to see Crumbs & Whiskers open up a few years ago. Reservations were super easy and reasonably priced. The place is super cute and instaworthy- plus the KITTENS! I really loved the vibes here and who couldn't love a place full of felines? I'd be here weekly if I lived nearby.
