Unprofessional. I dropped off my clothes for wash and fold on Sunday morning for pickup on Monday afternoon. I ended up picking up the next day instead, Tuesday evening and to my surprise my clothes were unpacked sitting in a cart. The attendant or owner gave me some excuses that it was raining so they did not have time to pack even though the clothes were already dry sitting in the cart. Mind you, it had not been raining constantly for the past 3 days, just in the evening. Technically the clothes had been sitting all day Tuesday and no one thought of completing the job of wrapping and packing it even though the pickup was scheduled for the day before. To top the lack of work ethic, there was no apology (only excuses made) and no offer to help me wrap and pack my clothes, nor a gesture to partially refund since the job was not completed. Also, I find it frustrating that they take down phone numbers but don't contacts customers when there's an issue; my order was obviously not ready on Monday and they did not notify or do anything about it; a text takes a few minutes to send. This is just another business catering supposedly to the public but has absolutely no care about customer satisfaction, nor understanding of what customer service entails. Wash and fold your own clothes on the premises but do not have expectations about the drop-off/pickup service. There are other better options in the neighborhood.
