So happy to have this amazing cafe close by! Amazing cappuccinos and VERY reasonable prices. A balanced flavor between steamed milk & espresso. I have been here twice in one week 🤩 I tried their initial Mano Cafe and saw it's owned by the same people in an article from the Block Club. It definitely gave me the push to try it! A note on the price, $4 for a third wave coffee cappuccino is a STEAL! I would much rather have these low prices and no "rewards" I need to keep track of.

Awesome little shop in Bridgeport. It's very quiet, cozy and peaceful. From the zen sand garden to the little newspapers they have around, everything just (quietly) screams of home. I had a caramel latte and not only was it tasty, it also looked very appealing. I'll definitely be back

A recent grand opening to Bridgeport right around the corner of Fat Peach Bakery. Wanted to show some neighborhood support, and very happy this coffee shop mixes up a decent Spanish latte. Their aesthetics and surround sound is stellar. The barista is kind and friendly, too. Will come by to try their Asian inspired pastries soon!

Yesterday's experience was so disappointing. I guess it's only good depending on the barista. We first tried Ctrl Z on 11/30, and the service and lattes were fantastic (different barista). But yesterday they were both abysmal. My husband walked in and smiled and said hello to the barista, and I stepped in behind, doing the same, and the barista just stared at us with no expression on her face and no hello back. Okay, whatever, at least the coffee will be good. Especially since there was no line and she had plenty of time to make it with care. But nope. My beloved pandan latte tasted like milk this time. No balance. My husband got an ube latte, and it had zero flavor. It was so bad that he just decided not to drink it, and we left for another cafe a few blocks away. We lost out on money, but the barista had such a bad attitude that we didn't even want to ask her to fix it. All of this sucks because we had quickly become big fans of ctrl z, even added it to my blog, but its inconsistency with baristas will keep us from returning.

I ordered a latte, and the coffee was strong and really good. It's a quiet place, making it great for studying or getting work done. The interior is pretty decent and comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a nice study area or a calm place to enjoy good coffee.

I usually never write reviews on google but I felt this cafe deserved it. I walked in, sun beaming on me and was greeted with a smile by the barista. I purchased the Spanish latte which came with condensed milk and it was delicious. I tried it hot but next time, I’m gonna try it cold!! The atmosphere was amazing and the music they played was right up my alley! This cafe definitely deserves recognition!! Also, the barista was so kind, patient, and understanding since I wasn’t sure what a Spanish latte was at first. Overall, you need to go!

Cool little spot in Bridgeport. Simple menu but the drinks are quite good. Espresso is smooth, Spanish latte was savory, and the cold brew was refreshing. We got the Spanish bread as an accompanying pastry, which was subtly sweet and the perfect compliment to coffee. Smooth hip hop soundtrack made for a morning vibe.

Ctrl Z is hands-down my new favorite coffee shop in Chicago. The cold brew with ube was incredibly refreshing — smooth, subtly sweet, and perfectly balanced.

Yelp
I'm so happy that theyr3 finally open! Use been monitoring the remodeling process in hope of trying them ASAP. Cutely decorated in a small but cozy space. Today I got to try it after my morning jog and I for the ube iced latte, it was one of the most delicious ube iced latte I've try. It doesn't have a strong syrup flavor like most coffee shop has. And it even have a roasted hint. The coffee was perfect pick me up! Can't wait to try the others!

Yelp
The barista here made me so uncomfortable that I decided not to even get coffee. Like insanely unfriendly - to us anyway.
