Cuchi Cuchi - Review - Cambridge - Boston - The Infatuation
"We’ve never been to a 1920s era underground casino (because time travel is impossible, not because we don’t want to go), but we imagine they’d look a lot like Cuchi Cuchi in Central Square. With curtains on the windows, stained glass behind the bar, and a bunch of those old-fashioned tassel lamps, Cuchi Cuchi would be the perfect place to put on a fedora, give a secret password at the door, and play some blackjack against a guy named Snakes. Unfortunately they don’t actually have any table games, but they do have a large menu of small plates and good cocktails. The drinks are better than the food, so your best play is to use it as bar hang-out." - Dan Secatore
When you walk in, you're transported into another time, with unique decor and staff in costumes.
Went on a Friday night and it was fairly busy, but we didn't wait too long for a table for two.
Food was out of this world. So good. Very eclectic menu with food and drinks spanning a variety of cultures.
The plates are shareable and well composed. I look forward to coming back soon.

Love the Chicken Kiev. I found this place about 10 years ago and went often early on. I came here this time for my birthday and the Chicken Kiev tasted as I remembered it. So yummy but the banana bread dessert wasn't as good as I remembered. The banana bread was not very tasty and the ice cream was bland😔. Very cool atmosphere here and the drinks are creative. They even have some great non-alcoholic concoctions!

This was one of the more memorable dining experiences I have had in the past few years, and the absolute perfect spot for my family dinner.
Everyone loved it, from my 13-year-old daughter to my 82-year-old dad. The impressively dressed service staff were all amazing, the cocktails outstanding, the atmosphere charming and whimsical, and every single food item was delicious.
I don’t often post reviews, but this place was so good I want to make sure they get as much business as possible so they stay around for at least another 18 years!

The food an service was simply FANTASTIC, I can't give it 5 stars because I went for good food and a romantic evening with my wife, but the place was so loud I had problems listening to my wife the wait staff and vice versa. A MUST GO FOR GOOD FOOD! Will go again soon to try the multiplicity of dishes.

Cute little place with nice cocktail options and some great small plates. Cuisine is pretty global when it comes to the food; covering small plates options from Morocco, India, Spain, Italy, France.
We had several plates, some of our favorites were: sizzling garlic shrimp, Gobi Manchurian, Thai Mussels, potato croquettes. Must try if you are from the Boston area.

The ambiance here is incredible, I'm obsessed with it! Not to mention the drinks here are crafted so well. The bartender is really know what they're doing back there. Great place to come with a group of people and share some great cocktails!

My favorite place for cocktails. Their menu is very innovative and the whole place has an interesting vibe. Dont forget to try the Tsukune if you are there. Lot of options for vegetarians as well. It is very busy on the weekends, make sure to get a reservation.

I love the whole concept, and the menu has something for everyone. Cocktails were quite satisfying. But the three dishes I sampled were just "okay" and the noise level made it difficult to enjoy the experience.
