I've read the reviews and it seem horrible but I was willing to give it a try. Wiattress was a lovely person.. recommendation was great. I had half a chicken with an amazing onion soap. Talk about wow delicious. Mom had salmon with the Apple tart. Again we can't complain. We had great service and food was great.

We ate here just because we had to have some food and this was the first place that we found. Good prefixed menu for kids. The food was good. A okay experience when you have to grab a lunch. A bit pricy for $$, but considering the area, the prices were reasonable.

3.3 stars seems a little harsh to me. Not sure what people are expecting. This place isn't bad at all. Two ways to go - dine in with table service. Take out and use one of the tables in the concourse area. Downside to latter: not a ton of tables, and you might strike out. Food is good, albeit pricey. Sandwich options, panini style. There's also a steam table with entrees - usually lasgna and other baked pasta choices. Generous salad bar, but again - $. There's also a grab/go ready-made cooler in the back. This place is best for a morning cup and pastry. The baked goods are very very good. NYC visitors - if you're out and about in/near Rockefeller Center, this is a great option for a respite from cold or inclement weather.

Good food but a tad expensive compared to the amt. But the quality is good. The service is very warm as well. Considering the location, you may want to pay a little extra. Try their hanger steak and cumin crusted salmon. While you are there, explore other places as well. They have a wide range of options in the menu, ranging from really expensive restaurants to moderately expensive ones. Dont miss out on the various paintings all around the building.

Great place located right down stairs at 30 Rock. The food is well made, tastes fresh and the menu has lots of options for breakfast and lunch. The service is extremely fast and staff is friendly and helpful. Great option if you are in the area for a quick bite or takeout.

Decent and hearty salad; the shrimps could be a bit more flavorful though

I would give them no stars if I could!!! I booked a table over a month ago for this Friday, Dec 6 for 5 people. My granddaughters are 6 and 10 and we are taking a train into the city to take them to their first Christmas Spectacular show and they had the nerve to call me yesterday and cancel my reservation! 6 day before we were to arrive!!! We had the day planned out and wanted to have a late lunch/ early dinner where we can see the skaters and the tree. They said they have a private event. Disgusting what they did! No wonder they are closing! I have to scramble to find another place that will take a 4:15pm reservation and I doubt we will be able to see the tree and skaters while we dine. Unforgivable! They ruined it for me and two little girls Who would have been thrilled. Good riddance.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience here. First the three tables next to us got served before us even though we had placed our order BEFORE those 3 tables were even seated. Second our water and iced tea were NEVER refreshed even though the other tables near us were refreshed several times. The orders were good though. To many restaurants near there to go back though.
