Had the opportunity to tour the Culinary Arts Centre at Cincinnati State and was amazed by the great teaching spaces, the restaurant attached to the Centre; but above all was impressed by how knowledgeable and dedicated all of the faculty and staff were to their students and their craft.

My wife attended the pastry arts program. We are very disappointed in some instructors and advisors, teachers were late to class, left early, homework and tests had obviously wrong answers. Not the high standard of quality that I received in my engineering program I attended years ago. We wasted thousands of dollars on their pastry arts certificate and won't spend a dollar more. I recommend other institutions for culinary arts, the program here was not worth the cost.
