Love, love ,love this place! Such a cute concept! Great bartenders and beer selection. Popcorn is TOPS! Movie theater style and so bomb. Omg! I want to come here all the time and just eat popcorn and drink beer. Love the vibe and 80s/90s era. Would recommend! Smaller space but very cute.

4/18/25 I love ❤ this Oregon City Brewing- Sour OR Belgium beer pint $5. Sipping on the BACK PATIO!! FREE shuffleboard! Excellent friendly, knowledgeable staff (spiritual hotties!), drinks, service, atmosphere.. a happy-time bar of locals chilling on this, my maiden voyage.. VISIT THIS GEM! They show movies 🎥📺🖥.. and I think sometimes on a bigger screen!

A cool 80s themed style bar with a sweet VHS tape collection as the backdrop of the bar. They had Prince, “Purple Rain” playing on the large tv/speakers while we were there.

Love the theme and vibe of this bar! The VHS wall is so cool, love that it has a movie on, and that there is so much space and a shuffleboard. I enjoyed my Paloma cocktail but my husband was disappointed with his Old Fashioned - that said there’s plenty of other options on the menu to enjoy.

Ok, the good sucks. Now that thats out of the way, this place is awesome! Sunday nights have a movie at 9pm (usually horror, or at least if we're lucky it is) as does the first Monday of the month and some random days. I wish they showed movies more (with the volume up) since thats the entire theme of the place. If you smoke, this is one of the best spots! Moatly enclosed and covered with TV ans music out there. The decor and posters bring it all together along with the smaller tvs and the BHS wall. Just wish it was closer to my house!

Fun place to start the night off. Prices were reasonable. Me and my crew had a lot of fun hanging out here. Got a few drinks on tap, had a pretzel which was good! Photobooth was a lot of fun! I love the vibes so much. The VHS wall is so cool. Definitely coming back here!

Food was good for bar food. The service was amazing and friendly you can tell the owner of the place loves what he is doing and loves making people happy. The atmosphere was how these younger kids say “was vibing” lol. But seriously though it was vibing great. They have a Photo Booth set up, they have a spot in the back of the bar designated for smokers(cigarette smokers lol) that opens up and during the winter they even have heaters so you can still sit out side and smoke but not get wet or cold that’s a plus. Lastly there movie selection was pretty on point and a wide variety of movies to pick from. The owner mentioned to us to make sure we come back during Halloween time and Christmas time they will be having some really cool themes, I’m not gonna expose them you will just have to wait and go check it out. Once I heard about a new bar that catered to the movie lover in me, I couldn't wait to see what the fuss was all about. I rounded up some friends and we first arrived on a busy Saturday night. Word got out quick and the place was pretty busy. They have 3 big size TV's showcasing various movies and even class wrestling. There is seating outside and even a patio in the back. My first impression was a little overwhelming so I wanted to come back on a different day for a more chill vibe. I'm glad I did since I often now go every other week or so. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I like to sit at the bar sometimes just to stare at the big VHS collection on the wall. Drinks and food are affordable and there is something for everyone. Shuffleboard is often played by various patrons and sometimes there are DJ's playing amazing music sets on certain evenings. Sundays they will showcase a movie and turn the volume on. It's a great way to end the weekend and they have great taste of movies that they show. I'm a fan and glad it is a great addition to the neighborhood, cheers!

Good Vibes, Bad Drinks... The ambience is fantastic, love the retro feel of the place. The Drinks on then other hand, not good. Both my beers on tap were warm and one was even flat. The old Fashioned was watered down and not good.

I saw this place online and thought it would be a cool spot to check out while visiting Portland. The neon lights and VHS bar wall were awesome, 90's themed decor and pictures everywhere, a few different TVs playing cult classics (it was Friday the 13th, so of course one of the Jason movies was on). There was a shuffleboard and an adult vending machine with surprise gifts. I think they also had a Photo Booth too. It wasn't too busy on Friday around 5pm. My friends and I ordered some drinks and food and hung out for a bit. I decided to try the Wild at Heart drink since it had mezcal. It was pretty good. We also ordered the super pretzel and a hot dog. The pretzel was good, the hot dog was decent. My friend ordered chicken strips with fries and that seemed to be the better food option. This is a definitely a unique spot. A whole 90's vibe!

Love the vibe of this place. If you are a horror movie fan I highly recommend. The people who work here are the sweetest and the food is good.

Bar has cool theming but that's where it ends. Came in on a weekday night which I guess is a mistake for this place even though other bars in the area seem happy to have the business. Walked in the bar 4 hours before closing excited by the neon lights and vhs player and the bartender didn't even offer a drink menu to which i thought "okay my bad maybe this isn't a cocktail bar?" so we awkwardly ordered whatever simple drink we could think of, were met with attitude, and then found out there is a whole cocktail menu? Definitely felt like the guy that was behind the bar just didn't want to have to make any drinks which is crazy because when we walked in there were 3 other people inside who all had drinks already. I don't know maybe this place is only cool on the weekends

Bartenders are very friendly and attentive. They have a ton of VHS movies from the 80s and 90s, and always have one playing on the flat screen TV behind the bar. They do have a food menu, including chicken strips, fries, corn dogs, etc. I ordered fries, and they were good. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be back!

I admit, I thought I would be walking into a gimmicky bar with novel names for food and cute names for drinks. But, being on the higher end of my forties the theme sounded cool. What we walked into was a hell of a cool bar with great music, a friendly bartender (owner) , fairly priced drinks and none of the pretend ambiance I was scared of. The VHS concept aside ( which is also amazing) it's a welcome addition to the bar scene that we hope stays around as long as their tape collection has.

First impression of this place was very unfortunate. I went on a weekday night and stood at the bar along side another couple while watching the bartender do anything but greet us or provide us with a menu. The bartender looked at me in the face with no words or gesture so I assumed he wanted my order. I asked him to make me a very simple drink to which he bawked "NOPE" and walked away. The couple finally asked "Can we like...get a menu?" To which he aggressively slid some at them and finally tossed one at me. The vibe was just not it after that. I could see this place being appealing with hosting very specific events and maybe that's all. I left quickly after one canned beverage and probably won't be back.

Second and last time coming here! Both times I had the same bartender, both times the bar was DEAD (Saturday night!) and I still had to stand there waiting for over 5 minutes just watching her load the dishwasher and perform tasks that anybody knows are meant to be done when there's nothing else to do. Both times I had to walk over to her, say excuse me to get her attention even though I know she was fully aware I was there and then get an attitude as if I was interrupting her. There are TONS of bars right in this neighborhood, and by the looks of it this place is on its last legs. I don't need or want to be best friends with the bartender. I just want to order my VERY EASY drink to make and drink it. Both times I still left a tip because it's standard and although she's rude, boring, bad at her job and inconsiderate I STILL manage to be polite. From what I've heard from friends, this is standard from her so I shouldn't take it personally, and I didn't and don't. But I'm sure I won't have to worry about it again because the place will be gone if I ever decided to give it one more chance, which I won't.
