I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but the service from the host completely ruined the start of my visit. Despite there only being about four tables occupied in the whole restaurant, the female host in the red shirt and glasses didn’t acknowledge me a single time. I sat patiently for 14 minutes, closest table to the host stand, and she never came by to take my drink or food order, or even offer a simple “I’ll be right with you.” Two other guests who arrived after me were seated and served before I finally had to go up to the bar myself to place my order. Even after that, she didn’t check in, bring water, or ask if I needed anything. I can only imagine how many people get overlooked when it’s actually busy, like on Braves game nights.
That said, once I made my way to the bar, the experience got better. The staff at the bar were kind and helpful, and the food itself was great. I had the vegan brunchadilla and it was flavorful and well-prepared. The bar host went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciated that.
Great food and cool concept, but unless they get a host who actually pays attention, a lot of customers are going to walk out before they ever get to try it.
