Food Rundown Build Your Own With half of the menu dedicated to building your preferred hash skillet, platter, or breakfast sandwich, these choices should embolden the picky person in your brunch crew to let loose. Start with base options, like seasoned roasted potatoes (our preference) or a flaky biscuit, before assembling your proteins (eight options including fish and vegan eggs), cheeses, vegetables, and sauces.
