Culver’s

This location is new. I am happy to promote outdoor window service. My first visit was a little off with colder temperatures and less than friendly service. I was happy to enjoy a recent lunch indoors. I think their crinkle cut fries are good. No where else serves fountain diet RB.

Service at this Culver’s is always terrible. Born and raised in WI and live in Chicago, never have I been turned away because “they are too backed up with DoorDash orders” like I was when trying to order a meal today. Always a case of too many cooks in the kitchen and never seem to be able to balance being busy. Not the first case of this either.

I’ve visited this Culver’s several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been quite disappointing. Each time, my order has been incorrect, which makes the visit frustrating. The staff seems inattentive, and the service could really benefit from improved training or better order verification processes. That said, I appreciate the quality of the food when it’s correct. I hope management can address these issues to enhance the overall experience for customers.

Ordered on Doordash tonight, December 12th, at 7:43pm for some friends. The total was around $100. After 20 minutes of the dasher at the store, they messaged me saying it would be longer, and that the restaurant hadn’t even started on it. After another 10 minutes, they un-assigned and we got a new dasher. The same issue with this dasher, they said the restaurant hadn’t started on it. After almost an hour after we ordered, Doordash called us saying that this restaurant then claimed they gave it to someone else andrefused to remake it and Doordash gave us a full refund. After being at this Culver’s in person previously, I genuinely believe the lazy employees just didn’t want to make it since it was a larger order. The employees here are rude, lazy, and clearly don’t like their job. The manager needs to get rid of everyone and start over, because this location being where it is has huge potential. It’s a shame the manager won’t train everyone or isn’t around enough to make sure everyone does their job right.

There's something that hits different about butter burgers and deep fried cheese curds. It's just ever so satisfying and comforting stuffing the perfect connection of greasy buttery fatty meat and cheese in your mouth. You know it's bad for you but it hurts so good. It's honestly nothing too special for me but the right amount of butter and fried cheese curds are great when you wanna change up the fast food game a little For a fast food place, service was so attentive and friendly so that was appreciated. I’m a lifelong culvers fan, and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. The workers are friendly but I’ve never had any of my orders provided correctly and many times they’re out of things. Once waited 30 minutes for a take out order ordered in advance. Gluten free here is a scam, they put any cheese on the bottom so it’s impossible to actually eat what you pay extra for. Management is honestly to blame, hope you figure it out before you’re solidified at 3 star reviews from the neighborhood. Good luck…

Every time I come here, I see about 10 employees, 3 of whom actually work, and the other 7 are fooling around. Customers are not greeted but ignored. When I come to pick up my mobile order, as scheduled in the app, it takes about 10 more minutes, even if there are only 2-3 customers at the restaurant. In the pick-up window outside, they tell you to go inside to pick up the order, while inside the restaurant, they tell you to go outside to the pick-up window. No straw with the drink last time, no utensilf with the salad the time before that. They are always too busy chatting and fooling around. What a stark contrast to every other Culver's I've been to in Chicago and everywhere else.

Literally every time I try to order from either of the local Culver’s locations they are over ten minutes late and forget something. Food we DO get is cold. Absolutely sick of it. And I have never gotten a response through their website, and they refuse refunds over the phone. A total joke. Avoid.

Relatively new the area, the Culver's is located below the Movement Climbing Gym building. Standard affair, but there is a lot of seating which is nice. The staff at the checkout were very friendly and attentive. Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Strips, a little salty but consistent with other Culver's.

First ever trip to Culver's! In my opinion it's not the best fast food but definitely in the top tier as far as quality goes. I enjoyed the burger a lot! Cheese curds were not my fav, but custard was 10/10. A bit pricey though for fast food. I think my meal was ~$17 with the single butter burger. The service was quick and there is a lot of seating at this location too! 4/5 stars in the fast food category.

This Culver's recently opened and they're off to a great start! I've been here twice and the service both times have just been lovely. This location is properly staffed, well managed, clean, and the food is consistent. Not much more you can ask for! Great addition to Wrigleyville!

Avoid at all costs. Placed a mobile order for pick up and food was still not ready 20 minutes after the pick up time, some leeway is expected but come on. Went to the register for a refund and was told "well the manager may or may not be able to refund you in like 10 minutes". I asked for him again to get a refund so I could get out of there, while waiting for refund food magically appeared. Coke, Coke Zero, root beer were all out at the soda machine. I've ordered here about 10 times previously and after this experience I will not come back.

This is the seventh location in the city. This is by the same owner as Ravenswood, Pullman and Bronzeville locations. I had a Veggie Burger meal and the Green Pepper Soup. Everything is fantastic. PS. Another one is going to open in the Austin community in Nov.

The counter crew is top notch in service and good attitudes, attentive and kept busy even though it was early..

Beyond grateful you opened! After being in the burbs and enjoying you, to relocating back in the city, I have missed you. My burger was a juicy indulgence of beefy bliss. I will not, however, be joining you on any game day, being that you are parked just across from Wrigley field! No thank you! (Feels sorry in advance for employees working those days)

I'm not a yelp person but i had such a FABULOUS experience I was inspired to share. The food-- amazing. The great culvers we all know and love, don't skip the cheese curds. The service, however took the experience to a whole other level. Major shout outs to Brenda and John and Kaori as well as the rest of the culvers crew! I finally understand the Taylor swift song Dear John as his shift ended before our experience was over, we loved the interactions we got to have with him. They even were passing out SAMPLES! What a treat! Only thing that would make this better would be a touch tunes-- but then I might never leave!!

My new favorite Culver's in the city. The staff are the nicest people on the planet and I've never had a problem with an order. Pups love the puppy cups here too. I'm so glad this place opened up and I appreciate every great experience I have coming here :)

I got the fish sandwich, what a major disappointment. It was one fish stick and fries for 14.00! Half of my sandwich was just bread, I left hungry. The fish was good there just wasn't much of it. Strongly suggest staying away from this extremely over priceed sandwich. I usually get the cheese burger basket single pattie fries and a drink 10.50. Pass this info on so others don't get ripped off.

Great and fast food always hot always good. I usually come for late lunch/ dinner and they are always so kind w their service.

Being from Wisconsin, Culver's is by far my favorite fast food place. But this was a very disappointing meal. Absolutely skimped on the toppings and stacked the patties like a Venn diagram. Gonna have to stick to the tenders from now on

I am so glad that Culver's is in my neighborhood, but in any time that I have visited a Culver's, the experience I had tonight was terrible. There was a line out the door for pick up orders and the line inside, short but took a while to order. I ordered a double butter burger with cheese/basket for inside to eat. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal, along with others that came and before me. When the meal arrived the burger was cold and so were the fries. What is going on? With the cost of prices to eat out, this was unacceptable. I mentioned to a server it was cold and all I got was a sorry and that there is a problem with staff and the kitchen. I won't be back until I hear things are better. So frustrating on the money I spent and poor quality.

Usually people at Culver's are nice and appear to be polite Not the case with Mimi she was very rude and looked high out of her mind also took 15 minutes for my order which is nuts. Yes guys do not deserve to have such a prime location I've been to slow Culver's before but this place takes it to the next level just plain laziness

Was there last week and waited over twenty minutes for a take-out order. And then when we got home we saw that the order was wrong. Two items were missing. The receipt had a way to connect to a survey and the last question was whether we wanted Culver's to contact us. We said "yes." There has been no contact. Seems Culver's doesn't care we got bad service and paid for things we never received.

The employees are always so nice and give the best service and the food is always good any time I go in
