Have you ever had such a tasty moist cupcake? Soooo yummy! I look forward to the Valkyries game because I treat myself to these delicious treats. Saturdays are the best time to go. They sell their 1-day, 2-day, sometimes 3-day cupcakes and you can't even tell the difference with their fresh ones. The only difference is they're less expensive. I got a fresh pre-game gluten-free salted caramel for $4.34 and at the end of the game I bought 4 day-old cupcakes for $12.00. Definitely worth waiting in line. They do sell out fast!

These are without a doubt the BEST Cupcakes in San Francisco! The perfect stop to reward yourself after mastering your 10,000 steps for the day. You have to go early for the best selection. Trust me waiting until 4pm will limit your selection. With 2 sizes and numerous flavors you will enjoy all of them but my favorites are the Warriors Chocolate on Chocolate and the Butterscotch Drizzle. Today, I picked up a 1 dozen selection to share with friends. The gluten free and vegan are also delicious! See the cute boxes they provide to secure these gems for the walk home.

These cupcakes are so good! I was surprised by how moist they were, especially for mini cupcakes (which can sometimes be dry). The flavors are great — rich but not overwhelming. Also, love that they have a section for day-old cupcakes at a discount. Perfect excuse to grab a few extra! Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet.

I work at the Chase Center and this afternoon Thursday, August 8th, I was gifted my choice from 4 Cupcakin Cupcakes 1 of the 4 choices was a stunning Key Lime cupcake which I selected. I can honestly say I have never had a cupcake this moist and delicious in my life. While making my rounds at the Chase Center I walk past Cupcakin several times a day. Now knowing how delicious their cupcakes are it is going to be difficult not to go in and sample more cupcakes especially the Key Lime again. Cupcakes I want to sample are; Red Velvet Carrot Strawberry Double Chocolate But honestly I want to sample them ALL! FYI: Pic not the cupcake I had. Shown for affect.

It’s a hidden jewel for a quick and flavorful desert on the back side of the Golden State Shop. Theeee best chocolate (cake) salted caramel cupcakes ! I had a couple of other flavors I can’t remember but that one … is my go to every time.

September 2023: Stopped by for a red velvet cupcake. I really enjoyed the moistness and flavor of the cupcake. Perfect balance of frosting and cake! Would definitely come back again for more delicious cupcakes.

If you like cream cheese, this frosting is for you! However, I was disappointed that about 5% of both my cupcakes were left stuck to the wrappers. Service was nonchalant.

Delicious! Both the red velvet and key lime cupcakes were amazing. Very moist. I believe they use cream cheese frosting. I love that they have the mini-cupcakes. They are the perfect size.

I was walking in the area on a Saturday afternoon with my wife when we were staying at a nearby hotel. We ordered a random variety of the $2 mini cupcakes and took them back to our hotel. These things taste so good, they make you want to slap your mama for not making cupcakes this good.

I took a chance on Cupcakin on DoorDash since my sweet tooth was callin'! I was looking for some cupcakes when Cupcakin' Bake Shop popped up with good reviews. I'm so glad I ordered from them because one bite into the Red Velvet cupcake and I was in sweet tooth heaven! It wasn't overly sweet, good enough to satisfy your sweet cravings, creamy cream cheese and doesnt make you feel full or icky afterwards. I also ordered the carrot, cookies & cream & key lime pie! Cant wait to try the rest later. Give Cupcakin Bake shop a try!

I came here because we were watching the Warriors play, and I had no expectations at all! My son and I were blown away by how good these cupcakes were-and just an hour before closing time!! We had the key lime pie and vanilla. Seriously, these were some of the best cupcakes we've ever had-we will definitely be back!!

I bought 5 cupcakes, vanilla, key lime and salted caramel flavors. We ate them in no time!! Absolutely delicious. The cake was moist and the icing was so good. The gentleman working was such a nice guy. The atmosphere was awesome with good music and a great location.

I checked online on their website and their door and yelp and it all says open daily from 12-6pm. I arrived today to grab a coworker a birthday treat and it was closed. If they are going to be closed it would be best to update their hours somewhere. Especially with things like cakes, it's used for special occasions and it said online that they don't do pick ups for this location so I was just going to go in and see their flavors of the day. Now is too late to pick up any cakes which is a huge bummer.

I decided to come here since i was craving for something sweet. Its cute little cupcake place, right ny chase center. Wasn't sure which flavor of cupcake, cake the worker there which flavor is popular. She mentioned key lime and strawberry were their popular flavors. I decided to get their key lime cupcake. Its very good. Has enough sweetness. It doesn't really have that acidity lime flavor to it. More flaky at the bottom. Its not super big but i feel that for $5.25 is kinda expressive for a cupcake for its size. But i will come again to try their other flavors

Stopped by this spot after the Sunday farmers market in thrive city. We actually got one 2 day old and one one day old cupcake due to the flavor choices. The cupcakes were still really moist even after a day old. The staff was nice and told us to take out time. It was only staffed by one person and looks like they truck in the items since no spot for. A kitchen in this kiosk style building but they had a nice big moving tray container for their stock. Guessing they will only really have 1 person here unless they know an event is happening and need more. Honestly the area is not that busy on a non event day. They had a couple of concert special cupcakes and they were really good. Price wise it's not bad especially for the day olds but they are reasonable enough for the quality and location. If looking for something sweet pre or post game this would be a good spot to stop.

I decided to give Cupcakin a try after hearing some coworkers talk about it. The cupcakes were aesthetically pleasing, with eyecatching colors and variations in their appearence. I'm pleased with the moisture of the cupcakes but had mixed opinions based on each flavor. Cookies & Cream (4.5/5) - perfect sweetness with Oreo that adds to the texture. Bourbon Peach Cobbler (3.5/5) - while delicious, it was very sticky and messy overall. A lot of the actual cake was stuck to the paper compared to the other 3 for some reason. Strawberry (3/5) - found this one to be slightly boring. A little strawberry jelly or even a slice of strawberry would have elevated this one a lot. Key Lime Pie (5/5) - definitely the winner. Delicious lime curd that was refreshing. At $5.25 each, these are quite expensive. While I can't see myself visiting frequently, I would probably stop by to pick these up as a mini gift for someone and would encourage you to give it a try. Tip: buy the day-olds for $1 less. I ate 2 of the cupcakes the next day with both retaining ample moisture.

Very cute bakery and very good cupcakes. You can't go wrong with any of the cupcake flavors. The vegan options are better than any other vegan cupcakes I've tried. My favorite was the key lime pie, which had a key lime curd in the middle.

My husband who works at UCSF brought me some killer cupcakes from this place a few times. My favorite is the Oreo flavor but I have tried the red velvet and pumpkin (also amazing). A+

First heard about Cupcakin in Berkeley and really loved their mini cupcakes. Was so excited to see that they opened a location in San Francisco! They had balloons right outside the shop to celebrate their grand opening and cute decors inside. The staff was also super friendly! I got a dozen assorted cupcakes and I gotta say that these are some of the best tasting cupcakes out there! I especially love the red velvet & the key lime pie! Will definitely try their birthday cake next time!

I stopped at your shop In Berkeley about three years ago and had a key lime pie and chocolate raspberry. They were the best cupcakes I've ever had in my life!! Today I got to order from your store in San Francisco. Three years later and you are still the best cupcake I have ever had.

Ordered mini cupcakes online for a birthday. The website says you can't do pick up at this address, but you can. The cupcakes were a hit! Many cool flavors and they're all well presented. It's our go-to local cupcake shop.

The cupcakes are "damn good"! Were they worth $6 each? Meh, maybe not. But hey when on the Warriors campus, why not?! This little shop is right outside the Chase Center and it's in a perfect a lot to lure you in! The person behind the counter was super friendly, and I appreciated the reggaeton music choice!

During an event at the Chase center, we had the opportunity to try this cupcake shop! We tried a double chocolate, and a salted caramel. Both were rich in flavor and extremely delicious. I definitely recommend this shop for a gourmet cupcake anytime.

I tried the carrot cake and key lime pie and I can tell the amount of care that they put into each of their ingredients In the carrot cake, could taste the toasted walnuts on the outside and inside. The textural difference was noticeable and appreciated. In the key lime pie, they put down a graham cracker crust at the bottom of the paper lining, then fill it with lime curd. I really love the extra efforts that they put inside the paper lining as opposed to just the top decoration. Needless to say, I think I found my favorite cupcake shop in the city!

Best cupcakes but you never know when it's going to be open and that is incredibly frustrating. I've made like 5 trips to this location on different open hours posted and it's been closed. If you know the area, parking can be hard sometimes so to look for parking, pay for parking and walk inside there only to see it closed is absolutely infuriating. They really need to get it together and make sure the hours posted on yelp and instagram are correct.

I usually cater cupcakes for work events from CupCakin Bake Shop and it's always a hit! I was so happy to found out there's a location right here in the Chase Center. It's a cute, intimate location and service was wonderful. I always go for the key lime pie or the chocolate raspberry cupcakes. I highly recommended CupCakin Bake shop for a sweet treat on the way back from home or for any work events!

The cupcakes are amazing but I will never have them delivered again. I placed an order previously through DoorDash and the delivery person on a bike. When I opened the sealed box the cupcakes were upside down. The store would not refund because they left the store in good condition. They did give me a 10% discount which doesn't fix the issue. Fast forward to this week when I used UberEats as suggested by the bakery because the driver is more likely to be in a car. It was assigned to someone on a bike and same issue. This was for an employee's birthday celebration which was ruined. At this point, they need to package their cupcakes better or block delivery persons who aren't in a car, especially if they aren't going to refund. And you would think they would want their cupcakes presented in a better light. Cupcakes taste amazing...but pickup only. After spending over $160 on this mess...it was very disappointing.

the peach and strawberry were the stars of my order. real fruit and stuff. chocolate was good. moist cake. the vanilla was ok. the taste was fine but the texture was off. peeled the paper and most of the cake was stuck. probably forgot to grease up the cup. cake was a little dry but the other flavors more than made up for it. i would definitely go back and get more
