"The Colony Square development, including the Politan Row food hall, has more food options than an all you can eat buffet. The only thing missing was a baked dessert spot offering sweet treats to cap off a meal. Cupcakin’ Bake Shop is filling that void with a variety of cupcake flavors like red velvet, cookies and cream (topped with an Oreo), and vanilla salted caramel. Standard size and mini cupcakes with decorative swirls of icing stand at the ready atop cake pedestals inside this bake shop. And one bite into the spongy interior reveals a Willy Wonka-like burst of sweetness that goes just to the edge and stops before hitting unpalatable.
