I tried this food truck for the first time tonight because they were at my apartment building. I got the curry combo with beef vindaloo and aloo Gobi and naan bread. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised and will be trying them again!

We were excited to try this food truck, but unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. We ordered the chicken masala, curry chicken, dahl over rice, and naan. Every dish tasted flat—under-seasoned and lacking the rich, complex flavors we expect from Indian cuisine. The sauces were bland with no depth, no thoughtful garnish, and nothing visually appealing about the presentation. The naan was especially underwhelming—no ghee, no char or toasting, just a warm piece of flatbread without flavor or texture. Honestly, I could make a more flavorful meal on my first try following a YouTube recipe. This cuisine deserves better treatment. Please step it up. There's potential here, but the current execution is not it.

The food was definitely worth the price, the team working was amazingly warm and funny. If they are at my job every night, I'll be there almost every night.

Fantastic food and even better service! I look forward to work when I know Barry is going to be downtown. Can't go wrong with anything but I like getting the combo to get a little mix of two options.

So excited to find Curry in a Hurry at the Powhatan Farmers Market. This truck has come to our neighborhood before and they always provide the finest curry. Will visit them again when they return to the Powhatan Farmers Market and when they will come back to our neighborhood. This truck is the BEST food truck we have visited. Everything we've tried has been delicious. Job well done.

This truck comes to my workplace periodically. I really enjoy the food. The owner, Barry, is super friendly and nice to chat with. I recommend the beef vindaloo but you can't go wrong with anything

Seems like it's impossible these days to find a food truck with 1. Good food 2. Good service 3. Reasonable prices But Curry in a Hurry has done it! Great experience, very pleasant business owner. Can't wait for him to come back to my office.

Curry in a Hurry is a magnificent British food truck serving Indian cuisine. They only use the finest chicken (you never get any fat or gristle) and the sauces and rice are cooked and seasoned to perfection. Tikka Masala is my favorite but I also enjoy every dish served.
