We had an extraordinary dinner at CUT by Wolfgang to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The service was impeccable—extremely attentive and personalized to our needs. What truly stood out was the flexibility of the chefs to customize dishes, ensuring that every bite was perfect. The attention to detail in each dish was remarkable, from the exceptional quality of the complimentary bread to the delicate chocolate accents on our anniversary dessert. A special shout-out to Chester and Rjoy, whose warmth and attentiveness elevated our evening, making it even more memorable. Thank you for making our celebration truly special! Will definitely return for more.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Singapore is undoubtedly one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to. The steaks are perfectly cooked, and even the side dishes and appetizers, like the oysters, are absolutely delicious. Their wine selection is impressive, whether you’re ordering by the glass or opting for a full bottle — everything we tried was excellent. However, the service left something to be desired. Our server was quite slow, and we had to remind them multiple times for the same requests. Even settling the bill took longer than expected. Despite the slow service, the food and the overall ambiance were top-notch, which made for a memorable dining experience. I would definitely return for the food, but I hope the service improves next time to match the restaurant’s high standards in every other aspect.

Food is absolutely superb.. the steak is juicy, perfectly cooked and very tasty. Every dish that came was exceptional. Service was top notch and the place was full even on a weekday. If you are willing to pay the super high prices, this is worth it.

Visited this Michelin one star steak house during weekday night and the restaurant was still full house. Their complementary house bread was great and I do like their sweet onion bread with a small chuck of butter. Starter was also balance in taste, which served its purpose perfectly. Main dish took sometime to be served, which is the only drawback for me. Steak’s taste and quality was good but we have to order the side dishes separately. The attendants were very welcoming and polite. Great hospitality I would say. Price wise is pricy for me since this is a Michelin one star restaurant in MBS, so nothing much to say about it.

The only steakhouse in Singapore with a Michelin star and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We had the early cuts which was finely balanced in portion. The crab cake (for starters) is a must. Service was impeccable; staff really made you felt important yet at home at the same time. Pretty fine experience.

Perfect for special occasions like tonight: service was excellent (especially from Orman), and steaks were very high quality. There is something on the menu for everyone even if you don’t like beef. Prices obviously higher than other steakhouses given location and ambience.

Had dinner here with a couple of friends to celebrate a birthday. Have to say that steak wise (we had medium rare), it was okay but not amazing. Couldn’t put a finger to it, just didn’t find the food in general to be amazing. Service by the staff was excellent though.

you haven’t experienced extraordinary food and unreasonable hospitality till you’ve been to cut. first let me start with the food. when you first start, the onion foccacia bread with the french butter / wagyu fat butter will make you want more !!!! its the perfect balance of sweet and salty. if i could eat this everyday without gaining weight i would ! next, the steamed mussels in white wine was to die for. the sauce from the mussles with the baguette complemented each other so well. the mussels itself was so so fresh tasting. i had also ordered the steak tartare which was very clean tasting, and i had also ordered the crab cake which was super scrumptious. but if you ask me, the mussels is a MUST order when you go. for the sides, the pee wee potatoes were out of this world. the aioli and the potatoes paired so well together and the potatoes were crispy which contributed to an astonishing mouthfeel. the onion rings were okay, personally i wouldn’t order it again but it was a good try. not saying it wasn’t yummy but there are just other things on the menu that’s more worth it. the mac and cheese was okay too, it has a gritty texture which i was okay with but it might not be for everybody. flavour wise, i believe it can be improved on. now onto the mains. all the dishes i’m about to mention is a must order when you go to cut. the porterhouse, best steak i have ever tasted in my life. it’s soft, juicy, and melts in your mouth. it pairs very well with the grape mustard and sea salt (the other mustards were a bit too spicy for my liking). im running out of adjectives to use but the pork loin was so so so so so yummy and it paired so well with the jam. the lamb was absolutely lovely and the mint and cucumber raita paired with it was so refreshing. all the meats were extremely well cooked ! onto the desserts. the chocolate soufflé and the apple crumble were decadent and was a very nice finish to the meal. we also got a complimentary cheesecake for my brothers birthday and the CUT team even wrote a personalised happy birthday card for my brother which was given to him at the end of our meal. now onto the service. this kind of service should be a norm but isn’t. the staff were so unbelievably kind and professional and i can even say that they spoiled us like crazy. the entire experience felt very personalised and the whole team made the experience so unforgettable. even after saying all this, i feel like me describing the service isn’t doing the staff justice because they were out of this world. thank you to the chefs at cut for the hearty meal that you put on our table tonight. thank you vatsala, thiru, nickson, stevo, shan shan and the rest of the CUT team. you’ve made a huge impact on us and have made this night so memorable. keep doing what you’re doing ! **disclaimer: if you have money to spend, come here and try cut’s unique offerings and experience the amazing service. our bill came up to about $790+. it was a very worth it experience ◡̈
