This place is fantastic. Best wine selection I've seen anywhere. Beautiful wines to sip. Food looks great and tastes great. Live music, the whole complex is popping with fun. The decor is stylish, it's clean, clean, clean, bathrooms are nice, staff is excellent, and the customers are super friendly. Love it. Can't wait to be back!

GREAT WINE SELECTION EXCELLENT SERVICE WONDERFUL BUILDING My wife and I stopped here for a glass of wine and a snack. They have nice wine and snack selections. The staff was wonderful. Knowledgeable and attentive. The building is another historic building with great charme. The flooring is the original from when it was build - real charming. And all rooms have a great historic vibe to it. When visiting make sure to see the whole building inside. We enjoyed everything here. Definitely a place to visit.

The Burrata is absolutely amazing! My husband and I spent the evening walking around Main Street sampling different appetizers, and this one stood out as the best by far. It was so good, I had to go back for another one before we left the next day! The place itself is super cute, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making it a perfect little spot to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Cuvée was the perfect spot to stop in for a pre-dinner wine flight. It was quiet, our server Ben was attentive and it was nice to see bottles at a reasonable price. Would recommend stopping in if you’re on Main Street and looking for a great wine selection.

Great selection of wine tastings and a quirky, cozy atmosphere amidst a lovely historic building. Highly recommend. 10/10. Make sure you make your reservation in advance. Our group of 8 arrived too early to see the piano performance, but had a large sitting area all to ourselves. Our group would’ve loved to stay beyond our reservation window because it was the best group atmosphere in our private little living room. We didn’t want to leave. Im already planning to go back for a romantic date night and catch the piano portion.

We had such a good time enjoying the piano bar. The food and drinks were great! The piano playing was great and overall we just enjoyed our time. If it’s a weekend you definitely want a reservation

Cannot recommend this place enough! Comfy interior with a great piano bar. Booked for a party of 14 well in advance and we had a "private room" right off the main room with the piano. They offer various wine flights and light bites which were all delicious. Great service and a great atmosphere right off Main Street.

I hardly got any photos because of how intrigued I was with the places atmosphere and pianist. We had a large group reservation and they accommodated us in our own room that had cute seating and a cozy feel to it. They have a good variety of wine flights and single glass options. Their light bites were delicious. I highly recommend their flat bread. They are located right off Main Street so that before or after you can stroll and shop around the local shops.

Cute little spot off Main. We went in solely to find some non alcoholic wine for my hubby. They delivered! He got a glass and a bottle of wine he really enjoyed. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly. Would love to try some evening and relax there....

Came by Perspective Cellars after visiting a winery nearby with some friends. Located in downtown Fredericksburg, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Convenient street parking can be found nearby which is great! We didn't make a reservation. Had a smaller group of 4 and walked in and got seated pretty quickly. This is a very intimate and social space. It feels like a little cozy house, where you can enjoy wine and small bites with friends. I got to try the pink moscato and the group shared a charcuterie board (they have a great cheese selection). The staff was friendly and helpful with menu recommendations. This was a great end to our day in Fredericksburg!

A cute little wine bar that is located in an old house. They had a decent wine list and several flights to choose from. I chose the Texas local option which included a Viognier, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Viognier was natural and wasn't my favorite. I'm a fan of reds so it wasn't a surprise that I preferred the second two. I sat out on the patio since the weather was decent and I could people watch. The inside had a few rooms and they looked nice. It would be a good place to bring a group of girlfriends.

Fun tasting room right off the drag. Both indoor and outdoor seating. It was nice and slightly breezy, so we sat outside on the patio in 2 love seats, people watched, sipped on our wines, and enjoyed our cheese board with fig jam. My wife's Mendocino "Blanc de Blue" brut (~champagne) made with blueberry extract was excellent - 8/10. The blueberry extract gave it a very unique color and taste. My Lodi Orange Muscat was very light and refreshing- we both liked it. Stop here for some unique wines and to chill.

This was our first wine tasting stop, and we were blown away! Taylor made our visit so enjoyable! The service is top-notch, and the wines were an adventure! It was so fun hearing about all the info about the wines we tasted and the areas they were from! We also loved that there were many nice spots to sit at. We chose to sit at the room on the left, and it was so cozy and private! My friend did the "wonderful whites" flight, while i did the "velvet, silk, and jam" flight! We can't wait to visit again!!

Samantha was very great with customer service. I wanted a bottle of their Porto wine which they were out of. However, she was able to make up it up with a similar bottle at a discount price. Would 100% recommend for individuals who want to go for a flight or a glass with a chill vibe.

If you've ever been to Main Street in Fredericksburg, you know there are no shortages of places to drink wine. We arrived after dark on a chilly night looking for a little warmth and some wine, duh. We were greeted by our server and sad to learn they only had tables available outside but she assured us that she would seat us near a heater and provided us with blankets for our legs! It was PERFECT! The ambiance was something straight out of a Hallmark Christmas movie! With the flickering gas heater, plush blankets and delicious Malbec we were feeling the warmth in no time. There was an acoustic show inside and we were able to hear the music perfectly, without it being too loud. The service was exceptional, the server was friendly and attentive and there is good selection of wines for everyone's palate! If you're looking for a nice evening on Main Street, this is your place. PS: I returned the next day.

My husband and I were shopping with my mom and I was desperately in search of a charcuterie board. Yelp led me here and we're so happy it did! What a cute place this is. It was a dreary kinda rainy Saturday afternoon when we stopped in but we found places to sit easily in one of the rooms. We're not big drinkers so didn't order any wine but did get food. We got the flatbread pizza, a cheese board and the popcorn. Everything tasted great and the service was good. We definitely enjoyed our visit and will return the next time we're in Fredericksburg!

We were seated just before final call and the ladies working were beyond Amazing and welcoming. We were sat in the front room - 2 comfy chairs and a little table for drinks. There was another family of 3 on the large couch but for the close quarters we still couldn't hear each others conversations, which was nice. We were served promptly and they gave a great explanation of the wines we were sampling and the little snacks they provided to pair them with. They checked back on us as we worked through the flights and enjoyed some small talk. We walked away happy and with a couple of bottles. We'll save this place as a favorite to stop back the next time we visit Fredericksburg.

Cannot stress how much fun this place is! Our server was a real peach: was very knowledgeable about our tastings, and the charcuterie board was out of control! Right off the main strip, with a fantastic ambience of old New Orleans. Also: get the carrot cake!

We stopped by while strolling around Fredericksburg Main Street. Friendly service and yummy sangria. They have small rooms where you can gather and just relax while you sip or sit on the porch and watch the world go by.

First time in Fredericksburg & we stumbled on Perspective Cellars. We totally enjoyed our time. Abbey was FANTASTIC!!!

My husband and I drove to Fredericksburg for alittle getaway, the week after Thanksgiving!! Love all the wineries! This place is amazing!! We were greeted at the door by Dale, the general manager! His smile and personality are infectious! The decor is so cool in this older building that was the birthplace of Chester Nimitz, who became commander of the US pacific fleet in WWII. Love the Jazz and Jazz Christmas music playing in the background. The atmosphere is so relaxing. We both had a flight, my husband is not a huge wine drinker and went for on the the sweeter side flight and I tried the velvet touch - smooth red flight. My favorite on my flight was the Chateauneuf-du-pape, Alain jaume from rhone valley, France, my husband's favorite was the bracetto, bigaro from piedmont, Italy. Make sure you make this winery, one of your stops in Fredericksburg!! Also, the owner, Taylor, was amazing & came to visit us at our table and filled us in on the history of the winery and her story!! It was so interesting to hear! We will be back!!

It is so hard to find a place to sit; every sitting area is so damn cute. The peach mimosa *muwah* delicious. The Malbec is scrumptious! I feel bad for the wildfires in California but Fire on the Mountain Reserve was spectacular!

This is my favorite place in Fredricksburg. Great wine selection and the charcuterie trays are fabulous. However, the star is the piano bar every Friday and Saturday evening. Andy (the owner) puts on a terrific show. He takes requests. A great, fun place. I can say with confidence that no trip to Fredricksburg is complete without a visit to Perspective Cellars.

What an amazing gem! Taylor and her piano playing husband are amazing!! We had been to this sweet tasting room on a previous trip and got a bottle of wine that sadly (due to our mistake) broke ...when Taylor heard the story replaced our bottle without a second thought. So genuine and so generous-we will be back on every trip! Truly-it meant more than she could have known can't wait for our next trip down!

Aime Nemec got me set up for this first stop and debut experience. I did not get to meet her but getting a spot was easy working with her. Her two staff members I spoke to during my Texas Red tasting flight were all-stars, Taryh and Shanae, both way cool gals you got to ask for if you come here, trust me on that. This rustic old house/cabin structure is a throwback to a previous era and I loved the vibe it gives off. Mellow, chill, relaxing, comforting, all in one place. I approve of all 3 wines I tried here but the big standout for me was the Hilmy Cellars Cab Sauvignon.

Tried coming for two days and planned to come first thing on Sunday before we left town. So worth the trip. The best tasting all weekend...variety, pairing w snacks, atmosphere. Very welcoming and cozy, great wines! Will return

We went in on a Wednesday afternoon and we were promptly greeted by the sweetest women. She sat us immediately. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The service was top notch! She was attentive without being over bearing. We did quite a few wine tasting over our stay and this one had the best and nicest service by far. The rooms were the most comfortable and offered the most relaxing experience we had. If I could give them a higher rating I would. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stop in Fredericksburg. We had a glass of wine on the patio, which was great. Good selection of wine and April was fun and soo accommodating. Great staff!!

Sara was an absolutely phenomenal host! We went for a bachelorette party on a Sunday and she made the experience so fun, inviting, exciting, and her knowledge was incredible. Not only was the service amazing, but the wine was PHENOMENAL! The atmosphere was so cute and relaxing. We had the cutest little private room.

10 words. This is the most enjoyable venue for a true experience. My group of 7 walked in and was seated in a comfortable living room space for flights of mimosa. Abby's personable countenance began our experience by accommodating us with comfortable seating and a friendly face. Dale took our orders and decorated our time at Perspective Cellars as one with laughter and expertise. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and a great spot for a group to casually hang out and relax. At the end of our first venture, Dale so graciously invited us to return the same evening for wine and a performance by Andy on the piano. My group made a reservation and left for the afternoon, but little did we know of the joyous occasion the evening, and Andy, would bring. We returned the same evening with our reservation and was seated and promptly taken care of. As the night went on, so did our hope. Andy is a true showman and performer. Andy took requests, he played his favorite covers, and he fed off of the crowds energy. That room of strangers became my closest friends. Thank you to Abby, Dale, and Andy for providing an experience we won't forget and long to relive!

Came during the day to check it out and they have the CUTEST rooms. Wine is great and they had a wonderful pianist the same night!! Taylor is the best!!!

Wow, we had the best experience with Abbe today! No matter what you like, you'll enjoy the fresh air outside or cozy ambiance inside this incredible spot. They'll take care of you whether you enjoy champagne, riojas, or anything in in between.

If you're looking for a place to try top rated reds, whites and bubbles, Perspective is ideal. The selection rivals all local wineries and the service from Abbe was second to none. The ambience of historic Fredericksburg along with the lively piano bar conveniently located on Main St will make any occasion worthwhile. Must visit.

Sarah and Dale are amazing! The wine and service is incredible. The organic wine is worth trying out but the ambiance is what it's about here. I've been here several times and I can feel the stress leave my body with every visit.

Went here on my bachelorette and had a lovely time. The piano bar was a blast and it has a great ambiance.

We stopped in, hoping to have some different wines to purchase. Also, we wanted a place to relax while we waited to have dinner later in the evening. We were told to sit wherever we could find open. Initially, a man, someone that worked there, told us a table was open near the musician. My husband said it was too loud, we found a table in a room. Others were there too. The same man came by, looked in the room and kept walking. We decide to move to a table that opened up in the main room, not so close to the musician. My husband nodded to the same man. He turned his head to him. I smiled at the woman with the boot on her foot, she nodded, never came to us. I then smiled at the man, he turned his head to me as well. We waited, watched the both of them help other people. We waited, and we're continued to be ignored while others walked in and were greeted. We decided to leave, having never been helped, and went somewhere else.

We love this place. Dale and Sarah are amazing. We arrived on a Saturday morning in June. It was warm but breezy thankfully. We went inside and found a very comfortable room to sit in. We had a flight of champagne but they have a wonderful selection of reds and whites. Dale is very knowledgeable about all types of wines and champagne's. We love this place because it's very casual and they have a wonderful selection of wines from all regions of the globe. Stop in and give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

These folks are serving incredible wines and providing incredible service. I had two of the most delicious reds I've ever tasted here. Staff was incredibly attentive and informative about the wines. Plus they brought me a fan for outside so I could people watch. :) Great location in a historical building. This should be on your list of places to try!

I visited over the weekend. Even though they are closed right now on the inside, (due to the pandemic) they still offer a great amount of curbside options. We tried their blood orange mimosa and it was great! I highly recommend dropping by. I look forward to visiting again when the inside is open.

Loved our wine tasting experience at Perspective Cellars! The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all things wine. Their tasting walks you through 3 wines of a certain varietal. There is 1 Texas wine and 2 others from a different region. It's so much fun to compare the differences between each region. Very helpful if you want to learn more about wine! Also, their space is beautiful and so cozy. I could have sat there for hours drinking wine. They also offer wines by the glass and bottle. We will definitely be back on a future trip.

Really nice wines. Loved the separate rooms where you could sit quietly and enjoy the tasting. Cool historic building where Admiral Nimitz was born! Very nice and knowledgeable sommelier.

Wow what a nice place, set in a 150 year old building. Excellent service from a sommelier who knew her stuff, and great wines. They had flights, and the Spain flight was great. Highly recommend.

Had a fun wine tasting here. Did the Texas white flight-favorite was the Roussane, a varietal I'd never tasted before. They give you seasoned macadamia bits, white chocolate, and pistachios to taste with the wine. Our server was friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely blast here. Taylor was extremely accommodating and made our experience beyond amazing. Her husband plays the piano and He really knows how to put on a great show! We will definitely be back!!!!

We were recommended this place by winery owners- and figured we would give it a try. The interior looked really nice and cozy and the concept of trying three different wines from Texas , new world and old world was very intriguing. However we were pretty disappointed. A man doing the tasting had us sit down and explained the options - after we picked the grape varietal we wanted he got up and prepared it with a little tray of "pairings" aka 5 stale almonds/jerky/figs. Then he realized he got us the wrong flight of wines! Making us feel flustered and like we had to accept that one instead of the one we wanted. It was awkward. He then prepared the correct flight and has us taste them while he sat across from us with his laptop and a huge jug of water and his left over whattaburger lunch. The wine was mediocre at best - almost tasted as tho it had been sitting out and "breathing" just a little too long The kicker on this whole experience was that his friends came in the middle! Walked in and started chatting - and then right in front of us the man goes - oh I accenditely poured the wrong wines why don't you guys take these?!" Saw this as moderately rude considering the flights were pricey for a tiny taste and the establishment was trying to pull off a classy vibe. Very biazzare. It wasn't our fault he poured the wrong flight but to offer it your buddies right in front us just put an even worse taste in our palates.
