"Cuvée Wine and Piano Bar brings the Hill Country wine-tasting experience straight to Fredericksburg’s doorstep. Yes, you could just visit a local winery during your stay. But if you don’t want to spend a couple hours winding through the region in the Texas heat, Cuvée hits all the beats of a classic tasting, with live entertainment to keep the night pumping. If you don’t want a reservation, you can snag a table under Cuvée’s shaded patio after dinner, where you can enjoy a few local and international wines, as well as charcuterie or small plates, and nod along to the pianist’s Journey- and Elton John-inspired pop medleys.
