​If you’re at the Aventura Mall and want an incredible meal, CVI.CHE 105 is the place to go. The food is vibrant, fresh, and truly "out of this world." ​We decided on the Tetra de Ceviches, and it was the perfect choice. It allowed us to sample four different flavors, each one completely unique and absolutely amazing. It’s a fantastic way to experience the variety and skill that goes into their dishes. ​The atmosphere is modern and energetic, making it a great spot to take a break from shopping. Between the stunning presentation and the bold flavors, this was easily the highlight of our day!

I wanted to try some seafood — especially to get my picky kids to try something new — and this place exceeded all expectations. We ordered the ceviche dish our server recommended, and for the kids, a stir-fried rice with seafood (our server also suggested adding steak just in case they refused the seafood part — great idea!). When the ceviche arrived, our jaws literally dropped. The presentation was astonishing — absolutely beautiful. It came with a variety of sashimi, urchin sauce, crispy rice, octopus, oysters, and salads of raw fish, octopus, and shrimp. Incredibly unique and bursting with flavor. We were so happy with the dish we even high-fived! The stir-fried rice was also very tasty, and the kids actually enjoyed it. Our server, Dennis, was amazing — professional, friendly, and spot-on with his recommendations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at this Peruvian restaurant! We ordered the ceviche, lomo saltado with risotto, and anticuchos, and every dish was packed with incredible flavor and beautifully prepared. The key lime pie was the perfect way to end the meal—fresh, creamy, and not too sweet. A special shoutout to Sofía, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and so helpful with explaining the menu and making recommendations. Her warm service truly elevated the entire dining experience. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend! 🇵🇪✨

We had a phenomenal experience at this Peruvian restaurant! Rachel was incredibly patient with us, taking the time to explain the menu and even showing us photos on her personal phone to help us understand the dishes as newcomers to Peruvian cuisine. Her service was outstanding; she listened to our preferences and recommended the best dishes. The restaurant also offered a stand to hang our bags, which was a thoughtful touch. It was no surprise to see the outstanding reviews this restaurant has received, as everything tasted absolutely incredible!

We had an amazing experience at CVI.CHE 105, thanks in large part to our server Luisa. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. We started with the signature cocktail, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The ceviche trio was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with each ceviche offering something unique. We also ordered the fried rice, which was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Luisa made excellent recommendations and ensured everything came out just right without ever feeling rushed. Service like hers truly elevates the entire dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Luisa if you visit—she’s fantastic.

Rey was a phenomenal server. The food here is excellent. We got a trio of seafood with lobster that was delicious. Excellent service and phenomenal food. The atmosphere is lovely with great music that isn’t too loud! Excellent restaurant! I wish this restaurant was in Toronto because it’s that amazing!

Sofía was a great server, recommended us with the best options and they were delicious!! 10/10 We got the trío ceviche to sample and the pasta, great choices! Would definitely come again

First time going to Aventura location. Food was amazing from appetizers to main course. Service was excellent. I gave a four star to atmosphere due to women’s bathroom alike men’s bathroom not being clean and not having toiletries in stalls and paper towels to dry hands. However, overall experience was good. Hopefully they will improve in bathroom cleanliness. I will be returning due to food and service.
