Queens Chipotle Workers Strike Over Lost Wages From Hurricane Ida Closure - Eater NY

"A year after launching Dacha 46 out of their Bed-Stuy apartment, chefs Jessica and Trina Quinn are looking to expand their popular Eastern European pop-up. A Kickstarter campaign launched by the couple seeks to raise $43,300 to secure a lease on a commercial kitchen space and turn their business into a full-scale catering and events company. “Our catering company would offer full service event catering, chefs tastings, intimate dinners, chef collaborations, cooking classes and weekly delivery services to all of NYC and the surrounding areas,” the fundraiser promises." - Luke Fortney

Dacha 46 Review - Brooklyn - New York - The Infatuation

"Dacha 46 used to run a weekend-only brunch series called “Banya Brunch” out of the former space of Meme’s Diner, which is now home to a project called Kit that provides limited-run dining concepts with a shared kitchen space. Now, this East European project is hosting pop-ups all across the city, serving a rotating menu of dishes like breakfast piroshki, pork-stuffed pelmeni, and a sweet dough pastry with cheese and sour cherries in the middle. We recommend placing your order online ahead of time, but they’ll also hold a limited amount of dishes every weekend for walk-ups. NYC Feature Dacha 46 Is A Queer Love Letter To Eastern European Cuisine" - Nikko Duren

closed to renovation... starving... please, reopen soon! Shashlik, Stuffed Blini, Beef stroganoff are the best, skip the Czar salad. Tongue and avocado salad is not very Russian but very good as well.
