"A year after launching Dacha 46 out of their Bed-Stuy apartment, chefs Jessica and Trina Quinn are looking to expand their popular Eastern European pop-up. "Dacha 46 used to run a weekend-only brunch series called “Banya Brunch” out of the former space of Meme’s Diner, which is now home to a project called Kit that provides limited-run dining concepts with a shared kitchen space.
