"Daigo’s original location is inside of Dekalb Market Hall, but their Carroll Street outpost in Park Slope is secretly the best one. It helps that this sushi restaurant is not in a subterranean food hall (hello, windows), but we also like the particularly quiet street. The sushi rolls at Daigo are shorter and wider than you’ll find at your typical Japanese spot, which means slightly more rice, but more importantly, more filling.
