Daily Dose Old Town Bar & Grill

The food was flavorful & hearty. The scrambled eggs came out looking like an omelette but it was great. The bacon was big & cooked perfectly. I also got a steak bowl with an egg over easy on top. It looked like all the ingredients were cooked separately and tossed in the same bowl but it comes together very well with the egg. There is also a side of sauce that gives you an entirely different experience. Good prices too. Allison (server) was great & the manager (we thought he was) checked in as well. Didn’t love the water w cucumber but I didn’t ask for a substitute. I recommend.

I was staying at Hilton Garden Inn for business, my coworkers and I were looking for breakfast near the hotel within walking distance. My colleague came across Daily Dose from Google Search and they have gluten free options which was a must for one of my colleague. I ordered the Turkey Sausage & Polenta Bowl which tasted good but I didn't get the toast that was supposed to come with the bowl.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Food was delish and the atmosphere was great! I loved all the small details and decor as well. Their spikes coffee is highly recommended! Wait time was high when we went Saturday, but it was well worth it.

Very good did here. They gave my wife a free donut for her birthday. Yeah. We had quite the energy healing experience at this place. It was very awkward, but awesome. Truly have learned to appreciate the desert.

Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorite things in life! I don't know what they do to the scrambled eggs here (I suspect a dose of pancake batter to fluff them up) but they are amazing! The waffles were delicious with delicious maple syrup. I had chicken with my waffles that was seasoned perfectly. Hubs had the enchiladas that he seemed to enjoy. We had a bottle of bubbles with a bit of orange juice and a bacony peppery bloody mary. All with happy hour pricing. Our server was delightful, as was the manager who made sure we were being cared for on the patio. Breakfast for dinner at The Daily Dose was a lovely treat we must duplicate before we leave Scottsdale!

Didn't actually have time to eat here myself, but I stopped by quickly to chat with some family and heard from both them and the couple sitting next to us that the cinnamon role cakes (pancakes) were the best thing ever. The atmosphere and staff were also great. Great breakfast option within walking distance of The Saguaro.

Yum! Such a great meal. This is my favorite restaurant in Old Town. Awesome food and drinks. I love the protein pancakes and that is what I usually order. They have some new drinks too. I had.the Raspberry Lemon Drop. My friend had the Cold Brew Martini. Both were Delish!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love coming here for breakfast, we have probably been here a dozen times in the past three months. I love how customizable menu items are. My usual choice is the strawberry waffle breakfast with the seasonal squash hash and for a little lunch I like the caprese grilled cheese sandwich which is served with a side of fries. The also have available sweet potato fries, 🍠yum! They are also one of the few restaurants that make good black coffee ☕️that I don’t need to drown in cream to taste good. The only not so great about about the restaurant is the high noise population from the busy Scottsdale road traffic. It makes it really hard to enjoy the outdoor patio or even the inside seating close to the patio. Wish the restaurant was located on a quieter street. Noise aside it’s a solid choice if you are looking for a breakfast 🥞 or brunch restaurant in old town Scottsdale.

My husband and I have visited daily dose many, many times but todays visit was amazing. We had been turned away from another old town restaurant and feared that the wait might be really long since it's a Sunday and in old town, but it wasn't long at all! They sat us about 10 mins after arrival and kept us updated with how much longer till the table would be ready. Our server, Miguel, was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Our 13mo old wasn't having it but our server made sure to get to his level and interact with him as well. Miguel was quick and tentative to our table but didn't hover or rush us out. Will definitely be coming back to this location! Food came out quickly and HOT, which is always great. The restaurant was pretty mellow but definitely started to get busy towards the end of our visit.

Love love love Daily Dose! I've been going here for over 10 years and my experience is always consistently positive! Today I went back (Monday) if you go on the weekend I recommend going early since it's a popular place! My hubby and I were greeted very warmly and seated right away. Our server came right over to take our drink order. They have a new Matcha Latte on the menu that's KILLER! First they use REAL matcha not the fake stuff from Starbucks that's cut with tons of sugar. The Latte has some maple syrup and an oat milk foam. It's EXCELLENT!!!!! Highly recommend! I also ordered the Mushroom & Avocado Benedict with DD Hash, hello favor town!!! The hollandaise was warm, and the eggs were perfectly poached. The DD hash is something really special. My husband ordered the French Toast and enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend this spot! I always recommend it to friends!

Nice little cafe in the old town district of Scottsdale, comfortable atmosphere, nice menu, and extremely friendly servers. Good luck finding parking, but once you get here you will be rewarded with a relaxing lunch, I enjoyed a great BLT with fries while my partner had a turkey sandwich converted to a wrap with plantine tots. Great servers and comfy seating. Recommend stopping here for a quick bite!

We usually sit at the bar. The staff are always friendly and we always enjoy what we eat here. This time I had the turkey sausage omelette which I enjoyed. And my partner had the wrap and he liked as well. The place is always clean and welcoming.

We had a delicious brunch. The tempeh burrito was delicious! They have a ton of creative boozy brunch drinks as well. The service was quick and friendly and we loved the atmosphere. They clearly mark the vegan, vegetarian and gluten free items on their menu which is great!

I love a good salad, a clean restaurant and friendly service. Daily dose covers all three. I went in to meet a coworker for lunch. I had the cobb salad with the blue cheese vinaigrette and a pomegranate tea, it was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back to this place.

I came with my dad on a Tuesday morning and we both loved this place! The menu has a wide selection of anything your heart desires! The service was great especially for it being pretty busy. There's plenty of tables and the decor is also cute. We will be coming back!

Ordered the sirloin omelette today with potatoes, fruit, and English muffin. My wife ordered the California veggie omelette with egg whites... both super delicious. Service was great and the Ambiance was super nice sitting outside and super clean. Highly recommend

Stopped by this place before going to the Giants stadium for spring training. They said it was a 20 minute wait but we were able to get seated sooner. It was busy when we went but the service was fast and we got served quickly. Their coffee is good and we got water as well. The food was really good too, lots of options to choose from and lots of drinks as well. Definitely a place to check out in Scottsdale.

Huge menu and great hours. It was a short walk from our hotel and open early on a Sunday. Sweet, savory, hearty and healthy. They have it all. I went with the chicken and waffles. I liked the creativity of the bacon strips in the waffles.

Service was attentive and friendly! I was taken care of for sure. Now, food was okay. My latte was the best part! I wasn't expecting a good latte from a non coffee shop.

Daily Dose is nicely located brunch spot in the old town Scottsdale. Due to its location it is almost always busy. Ambience is fairly generic typical of a sports bar with sizable bar area and TVs. Outdoor seating is somewhat cramped but more alike to resort restaurant. Wait area is super small so even 4-5 people in line will create an obstruction in entering the restaurant. Food is ok. Menu has lots of choices, but I cannot say that I was overly impressed. I had Eggs Benedict with poblano peppers which was about average. Coffee was so so and service was super slow.

Great food, reasonably priced food! Came fast and did not disappoint. Very nice service and chill ambiance, we sat outside on a gorgeous day.

Meh. I don't understand the high ratings - other than it's in the central part of Old Town and might be a "tourist trap." Nothing tasted like it was freshly made. Biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffle were both average at best. My chicken and waffle was so dry I practically choked on it. The sausage gravy looked promising (because it actually has color to it), but had a very odd taste to it that's indescribable. To top it all off: fruit wasn't ripe. They added cinnamon to the cappuccino without asking (my husband caught it / I was thinking it was chocolate and stirred it in).

Ambiance is a bit dark inside but love the patio area. Service was not the friendliest but attentive. The menu is great and varied but when the dishes and drinks arrived it just missed something. Fries & potatoes were lackluster. Crispy fries (as described on menu) not crispy. Hollandais sauce was weak. Bloody Mary tasted good but texture was too watery.

What a great little locally owned breakfast spot! We were visiting from the Bay Area and this place was personally recommended by a cousin of mine who grew up in Arizona. We were looking for a spot to grab a bite before a game at Scottsdale Stadium (Go Giants!), and this popped up on the list of places within walking distance. We arrived around 9:30am on a Sunday, to a light crowd. We put our names on the list, and received a text within about 5 minutes of stepping outside. Our server, Jordan, was super friendly, patient, and made our experience even better! *DRINKS* Specialty Coffee Drinks ($6.25): ~White Cinnamon Sugar Bean (White Chocolate Sauce + Brown Sugar Cinnamon + Vanilla Bean) ~Bee Keeper (Wild Flower Honey + Almond Roca + Vanilla Bean) These drinks come with a double espresso shot, with the option to add an additional double shot for only $1! You can choose from Whole, Oat, or Almond milk for no additional charge (amazing!), as well as various Ghirardelli sauces and Torani syrups. We were taking a break from adult beverages, however they do have an extensive menu of Specialty Cocktails, Bloody Mary's, and Bubbles. *FOOD* ~Southwest Flannel Hash - (Our shredded corned beef hash cooked with jalapeños, tomatillos, potatoes & red onion, served with two eggs over medium + biscuit & gravy) - $13.75 ~Southwest Wrap - (Pork chorizo, red onion, two scrambled eggs, avocado & mozzarella in a chipotle tortilla, served with pico de gallo, herb potato & fresh fruit) - $13.75 ~Chorizo Patty (2) - $3.75 Everything was VERY tasty! The Wrap, which was basically a breakfast burrito with the potatoes on the side, was BOMB! I specifically liked that the potatoes were on the side, as I like to order them extra crispy, and they tend to be mushy inside the burrito. This also allows for more filling of the delicious eggs, chorizo, and avocado! The potatoes were tasty, and I loved that they included a side of fruit! This was legit one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! The Hash was also very flavorful. The eggs were cooked as requested and the meat was tender and delicious. We had never seen chorizo served in the form of a patty, so we had to try it! It was grilled perfectly and juicy in the middle. The biscuit tasted freshly made, and the gravy was popping with flavor! Overall we had an exceptional experience at Daily Dose! The service was great, and the food was amazing! We did notice a large amount of people waiting for tables as we left to walk to the stadium, so expect a wait if you come after 10am on a weekend. Came here for a brunch with my girlfriends. Ordered then juevos rancheros. They were ok. My biggest issue was that I ordered a regular coffee and asked for some sugar free syrup on the side. Waitress gave me 1/4 of a 1/2 ramekin of it. Enough for 1 cup basically. When I got my bill the coffee was $3.75. Then 75c for sugar free syrup and another $1.50 for sugar free vanilla. I'm like I think I got charged twice for my syrup. She asked her manager about it and he said that's how it is when u order just regular coffee. That's how it is for a n ounce. Which I didn't even get anywhere near one ounce ! When my friends literally ordered fancy coffee drinks that were cheaper. Poor waitress went back n forth with two managers to ask and they didn't even take it off. So I paid $6 for a basic coffee.

This was a great breakfast location. We were visiting our daughters and all decided to try this delicious spot.

From the greeting to the service to the food was great. We came in a little after the breakfast rush so seated rather quickly. Server was nice took our drink order and came back just in time to take our order. He was professional and courteous. Crabby omelette - perfection! 2 eggs and cakes- perfectly cooked over easy eggs and fluffy pancakes . Oatmilk latte was delicious . Ambiance is inviting and cozy. This place is great for breakfast and I'd definitely come back for lunch seeing big burgers being taken to other tables ! We will return !

We stopped at Daily Dose the morning we landed in Arizona. It was early, not a lot was open downtown, so we tried it out. Service was fast, we got a nice outdoor table, and the food was good. Portions were just right, not huge like a lot of places, but a perfectly normal serving. I like to try avocado toast whenever I go to a new breakfast place and this one was pretty good, the egg bread was soft and flavorful and the hard boiled eggs and bacon were a welcome addition. Also the cold brew coffee was flavorful and refreshing.

Out of a surprising number of breakfast spots, we chose Daily Dose, and are very happy we did. We had the steak and potato bowl and the banana bread French toast with a spiked Arnold Palmer and one of the cold brew cocktails. Food was delicious and the cocktails were great. Service was on point with multiple people checking on us throughout the meal. Overall ambiance was inviting with regular tables, booths, high tops, and bar seating. Would definitely recommend!

This is my first visit and I had the tempeh burrito, which was delicious. I love that there are healthy choices on the menu. The service was also outstanding. I will definitely come back

Took a Tuesday morning stroll down Scottsdale craving some pancakes immediately after we woke up. Got seated right away, not too busy on a Tuesday. The host was very attentive and our server was speedy to come over and offer us something to drink. The table water is a carafe of cucumber water which was so refreshing and a nice touch. We each ordered from the specialty coffee list. Definitely recommend the honey bee or the choc-o-nut. Very sweet coffees so beware but yet, delicious and hit the caffeine craving we both desperately needed. We spilt the Banana Bread French Toast and OMG it's a MUST try. Definitely glad we spilt it because so filling but ugh I couldn't stop. We also spilt the hangover sandwich was exactly was it sounds like..perfect hangover food. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon, definitely not bustling but I could see how this place would be very busy on the weekends. Daily Dose gives off like sports bar indoor-outdoor vibes but definitely a cute brunch spot I'd recommend! Check it out!

Fabulous service and delicious food. My family ordered burgers with fries and they were very happy with the quality. When I asked our waiter about gluten-free options, he recommended the Cinnamon Roll Cakes (pancakes) and they were to-die-for...I would come back to Scottsdale just for this decadent dish.

Breakfast on the patio was delicious! I had the seasonal pumpkin pancake special. It was amazing!! I would like to have it everyday!! Husband had the lox which he has had in quite a few breakfast but places. He loves Daily Dose version. He said their lox were really fresh!! Coffee from Passport Coffee is always great!!

Daily Dose is a good neighborhood nook to catch a game and nurse the hangover from the night before. I got the southwest breakfast wrap and subbed French fries instead of the herbed breakfast potatoes. The breakfast burrito sits just in the average range. Nothing quite remarkable about it, but satisfied my craving for a breakfast burrito. The pancake is massive and perfectly light and fluffy.

They do dinner now!!!!! We were walking by and were shocked that our favorite breakfast place was still open. We were staring at the menu when one of the wait staff came out and showed us both the meal and drink menus. SOLD!!! And I'm glad we were.... The food came out hot and was super fast, the service was great and we enjoyed a meal outside people watching all of old town Scottsdale. Great location. We have eaten breakfast here before but will now add it in for other meals on occasion. Best part? They still had the breakfast on the menu so you can have a cinnamon roll pancake on the side.

When I'm Old Town Scottsdale, make sure you have brunch at Daily Dose. The atmosphere is fun and they make great cocktails.

Best breakfast I've had in a long time. With all the great food Scottsdale has this stood out to everyone in our group. Worth the wait.

Nice little spot in Old Town Scottsdale we are visiting family from California. We were seated right away the gentleman was polite and nice. He came back a minute later to take out drink order. We ordered the bottle sparkling wine and juices I'm not a big fan of Brut but add enough Juice and Walla. My better half ordered the Salmon eggs ben Benedict we ordered egg Benedict which she enjoyed. I ordered the Steak eggs Benedict with a side of Chorizo Patties. Tender thin sliced the eggs cook just right and the muffin was lightly toasted easy to cut through. We also ordered the cinnamon roll pancake for our Dessert which was delicious light and airy with a crispy edge reminded me of Cinnabon. The service was just right not to fast not to slow very friendly and informative. I would recommend this diner for breakfast

I'm in love with this salad! There are so many amazing flavors that are perfect together. I've eaten here many times for breakfast and lunch. Always delicious and they have a wonderful staff.

We were there for late breakfast before a spring training game. We were seated immediately and had menus in our hands right away. Lots of options to choose from, including good choices for gluten free. We both had two eggs, two strips of bacon and two pancakes ( regular for her and gf for me). Food came quickly, eggs were cooked perfectly and the pancakes were delicious (both kinds). Only complaint was the coffee-our first cups tasted a bit bitter and our second cups tasted a little burnt/scorched in the carafe. That's the only reason this place lost a star in our rating. Would definitely go again (and hope for tastier coffee).

We were looking to get brunch with the family and could not go to our go to place since they had not opened for brunch on Presidents' Day. What a disappointment. I should have been wary that it could be a tourist trap but decided to give it a try based on the reviews. First: We sat on the patio because we had our puppy with us. To our dismay, the floor was disgusting, with cigarette ash all across the floor. I had to call the service staff to clean up the floor - I just couldn't imagine my puppy lying on the dirty floor. Second: the food was mediocre. Two of us ordered Omelettes, a third ordered Bagels with Lox, and the fourth had Huevos Rancheros. The portions were small and frankly it as so evident everything was just out of a can heated up. The omelettes were small and could not have been 3 eggs. And the food came out cold. Third; The service was probably the only redeeming quality. Our server was friendly, but the food and the filthy facilities did not make up for it. Sorry, we will not be back.

Brought my mother n law here to try it out and we were both very impressed with how attentive our server Robert was and our Cobb salad was great! If you haven't tried this place before you might want to.

Pleasant surprise! I've walked past this restaurant so many times but didn't bother to stop in. I am so glad I did. Really good breakfast food and good service.

Park was easy to find on the side of the building. Lucky, beside sometimes in the area it is hard to find parking close by. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and got seated. It is a little nosy but had plenty of TV of games to keep the bf complaining he was brunching. Our server and server in training were awesome. We breakfast was very good and fast. Big portions.

These guys are getting a 5-star review from me because kindness goes a long way! We picked up some friends from a nearby hotel for a quick hello and lunch while they were passing through AZ. Daily Dose has a solid score, was near the hotel, and has convenient parking nearby, so I decided to give them a shot. One of our friends has been blessed with a very long and adventurous life, but he's not terribly adventurous when it comes to food. He was hoping to have a salad for lunch, but he noticed that the salad dressing choices did not include his favorite. We asked our server if they might be able to accommodate him and she immediately set off to see what she could find out in the kitchen. Sadly, they did not have what he was looking for, but she asked us to hang on while while she checked on something. She came back, smiling and said she was able to get the ingredients together herself and he mixed up his ingredients and made exactly what he wanted. That is kindness and excellent service. The rest if the food was great too. We didn't order one, but I saw the most magnificent pancake go by...gives me another reason to go back! Soon. Thank you DD for outstanding service in a world that needs more kindness.

Great menu with healthy, tasty selections. Great location in Scottsdale with a great, friendly, and attentive staff. One of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots in all of Phoenix metro!

Three times I've visited DD and 3 ive been very impressed. GREAT service, GREAT food, friendly staff, homemade jelly, food arrives fresh & hot. This is definitely a great spot. Simple menu items, good balance of healthy choices & splurges. Will be back!

We got into Phoenix early for a long weekend visit and so we. Walked from our hotel and landed on this location. Nice vibe, friendly staff, good food and really Quick! Meant to take photos but we were so hungry. Next time!

You get a decent meal for a decent price. There's a little bit of everything on the menu. I highly recommend sharing plates to taste more since it's large portions. The breakfast nachos with chorizo was our favorite. It was drenched in liquid cheese which is always best when having nachos. The cinnamon roll was alright. It was a little on the drier side but with syrup it made it better. Highly recommend the nachos it won't disappoint. Enjoy!

Awesome hospitality, food, vibe. With so many options in Old Town we still chose to come to DD 2 mornings in a row. Prepare to have a brunch vibe on a weekday morning. Drink menu alone was so hard to choose from. A couple of vegan options as well. Definitely making my way back here next time.

Cute little brunch spot in old town Scottsdale. I was in town for a bachelorette party and I arrived really early so I figured I would to get some brunch. I'd heard good things about this place so I thought I'd check it out myself. It was so early that I knew I wanted coffee, but also a fun brunch drink so my server recommended the boozy cold brew and it was pretty darn good! I ordered the veggie omelet to eat and you get toast with the option of fruit and potatoes. The omelet was nice and light and the portions aren't too large so I was able to eat the toast and other sides as well. If I'm back in town I will definitely come back and eat here again. They also have some pretty solid beer choices and seasonal drinks/food that I want to try. If it's not too hot I would recommend sittin on the patio.

The product tastes similar to coffee and it was pretty good. However, customer service is everything. I've made several attempts to contact them because they charged me for two orders. I was very cordial with my first email as I recognized the mistake was mine. I was editing my next order but it made two orders instead. I contacted them immediately before they shipped it. Then they shipped it anyway. So, I contacted them again to let them know I didn't want both orders and let them know the additional charge bounced my account. Still nothing. For the third time, at this point I'm so disgusted with the lack of response and blatant disregard that I'm doing a show for them on my YouTube channel. Gotta get the word out! One more thing that may bother some folks is the fact that they use Bovine by products in their mix. Stella's knife obsession

This was such a cute restaurant and the food and lattes were perfect! (mellow bean latte was my favorite) We were happily welcomed by a couple of people and quickly sat. The server came right over and gave suggestions on the most popular food items and beverages. I got the southwest flannel hash and a side of biscuits and gravy and my guest got the French toast with bacon and oatmeal. Everything was so flavorful! I literally couldn't stop eating it all! I would highly recommend these dishes! The restaurant was very refreshing, welcoming & everything looked new and clean!

Amazing. Probably the most delicious breakfast comfort food I've ever had. Every item has unique flavors that makes this place more than a simple stop for bacon and eggs. Service was great and friendly and prices were very reasonable for a touristy location. I was surprised the bill wasn't more considering we all ordered multiple items or added pancakes. The food reflected that the owners are chefs and crafted this menu themselves. It's so unique and all I want is cinnamon swirl pancakes forever! Gluten free too which is unheard of for delicious pancakes and the initial reason I selected Daily Dose. Will be back and can't recommend it enough. I even stopped a father/daughter combo browsing a nearby restaurant menu and pointed them here. This place is a slam dunk for families and kids!
