"Four hulking breakfast sandwiches crowd the menu alongside Union Square Hospitality Group cafe Daily Provisions’ famous crullers. But there’s no going wrong with a classic BEC, which is served here with thick-cut Berkshire bacon and American cheese." - Eater Staff
"The breakfast menu at this multi-branch institution may not have a ton of variety, but with the handful of options, it’s impossible to go wrong. Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches arrive hot and melty on pillowy brioche buns and the cafe’s legendary crullers are refreshed often with seasonal flavors: maple and cookies-and-cream are favorites." - Melissa McCart
"The newest outpost from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group is opening in Jersey City with a Jersey-only menu item: a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with crispy potatoes; breakfast sandwiches run between $7 and $13.50. The sandwich shows off the 'only-in-Jersey Spam-like substance that's the state staple' and it's the only one of the locations to have it — 'Northern NJ residents call it "Taylor ham" as opposed to "pork roll" as it's referred farther south in the state.' This is the first location in New Jersey — and the first one outside of NYC — and will debut at 132 Bay Street, at Warren Street, in the Arts + Powerhouse Building. It's one of nine locations around the area, rolling out shortly after the Brookfield Place (225 Liberty Street, at West Street) location that debuted in February. Other menu items will include crullers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and items like roast chicken or salmon with seasonal sides." - Melissa McCart
"Imagine the best plate of thick-cut bacon and fried eggs you’ve ever had. There’s a crunch in every bite of crispy pork, and the yolk is still runny when you cut into it. Now envision that topped with a blanket of melted cheese and served on a freshly-baked poppy seed roll. That's the BEC at Daily Provisions. It’s a perfectly-executed breakfast sandwich that you’ll probably finish in just a few bites." - team infatuation
"Daily Provisions’ hot chocolate is a hidden gem on its breakfast and lunch menu. It’s made-to-order from a house mix of dark chocolate added to milk and cream and a few secret ingredients. The result is a warm, thick hot chocolate with a hint of caramel–and can be customized with dairy-free milks as well. Multiple locations." - John Tsung
