Daily Sushi

I have been to Daily Sushi SO many times because it is THAT good. First - their food prices are incredibly low but they do not sacrifice on quality! I was skeptical of the low prices but when the sushi came out, I was so thrilled to see perfectly cooked rice, not too much rice, and lots of fish and large roll sizes. The fish was super fresh, and they make California rolls with kani/crab salad the way I like it. My favorite rolls are california roll, salmon avocado, and the spicy girl roll. My favorite special rolls are: Tokyo roll, Goldfish Roll, No 99 roll, Pink Lady, Rainbow roll...too many to name! It's worth mentioning that they have all-you-can eat option every day from 12-5pm. It's on a smaller menu that you order a la carte from, but it includes regular rolls, special rolls, appetizers, soups, desserts, and some Chinese entrees. It's $26 per person and such a fantastic value. We also enjoyed their Chinese food and have tried General Tso's chicken and crab rangoon (called crispy crab and shrimp wontons on the menu). Only thing we haven't liked here was the bibimbap (missing a bunch of vegetables and heavy on the rice). I am a little skeptical to try the Thai and Korean food options after the bibimbap. The gyoza and pork dumplings were good though. It is a casual unassuming sushi spot with plenty of seating inside. The service here is nice as well but you order food at the counter - the owner Cheng is SOOO nice! Miso soup has unlimited refills when you dine in. They also provide free spicy mayo with each sushi order. I cannot wait to try out the rest of their menu and will definitely be back often!

The food here was absolutely delicious. The portions were huge. We had Chinese and also sushi and were very satisfied with both. The service was excellent and friendly. There were tables to eat at. I definitely recommend this place. The food is fantastic.

Outside of the atmosphere which feels a bit mute to eat in the food was super delicious and most importantly FRESH. I dont think I have had eel as fresh and perfectly cook and I have eaten suhi all over baltimore county/city. If you want to have a nice roll or two this is my choice for sit in and get it right as its made. I hope thr chefs take pride in how great their skills and ingredients are!

I ordered some lunch specials and there was a slight snafu with the delivery. I called them and they quickly remade all my food and re delivered it to my house in less than half an hour. It was all hot and delicious! The sushi rolls were nicely made with a generous amount of fish and not too sweet. And the bento box was very tasty with a good amount of food. And the lunch special prices cannot be beat! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

Incredible sushi with fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked eel, and a variety of drink options including cold Thai Tea. The tapioca pearls don't taste like they have been frozen, and staff was incredibly professional and helpful when asked a question. Hidden gem.

My favorite! Sometimes portions could be slightly bigger but this is definitely my favorite Chinese food place in the area. Hands down! The owners are super friendly and nice and never give you a hard time if there was a mistake on your order 💯🙏🏾 I appreciate that

Stopped in for lunch when the family couldn't decide on a snack or lunch. We ended up with fried rice, hot tea and a collection of rolls and everything was yummy. Food came out quick. This is a simple but delicious Chinese/Sushi/bit of everything oriental dine-in or carry-out. We'll come back as they have a large selection.

This is my second favorite sushi spot! I usually stick to my go-to order: the Chesapeake Roll and Spicy Tuna. Depending on the day, I'll sometimes add a few more items to mix it up. The sushi is always fresh and delicious.The menu is pretty big, so there's a great variety to choose from. Overall, I really love this place and always look forward to coming back

Still the best sushi and Chinese takeout spot in the area. Can't be beat, their customer service is always friendly and consistent. Quality of the cuisine is also above average.

I really enjoy this place, especially the online ordering system, food quality and service. This is the only restaurant where my sushi was made exactly as I requested, with the right condiments. The sushi was fresh and tasted amazing. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

I was led by Yelp reviewers to try this unassuming sushi cafe in Parkville, and I was not disappointed. The service was nice, the menu extensive, and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back and sample other of their offerings.

On the recommendation of our children, we decided to try out Daily Sushi for lunch. We placed an order for 3 lunch specials ($7.99 each) and a quart of Wonton soup ($4.75) for carry out. Our order was ready when we arrived. The staff very friendly and polite. I tend to judge Chinese restaurants based on their Wonton soup. Theirs was loaded with wontons in a delicious broth. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Sesame Chicken that came with fried rice and a pork egg roll. I ordered the Shrimp with mixed vegetables also with fried rice and a pork egg roll. Unfortunately, I did not like the flavor in the fried rice and the shrimp were mealy tasting. The egg rolls were large, crisp and delicious. We also ordered a Cashew Shrimp with fried rice and a pork egg roll. The portions are generous. We had more than enough for our lunch and dinner. We did not even touch the Cashew Shrimp, and I still have another bowl of the Wonton soup to enjoy.

Daily Sushi is the best!!!!!!! I've been going here for years and there's a reason why people always come back! Great spot, always great quality sushi with amazing prices, and great customer service!!! Vicky is the sweetest and takes excellent care of her customers.

I have gone here several times and since my most recent visit this weekend- it has been some time... we went frequently when they first opened and offered all you can eat sushi everyday but since they've discontinued it we go every so often. We ordered a la carte and for what we got it was about $75 not including tip. We adjusted the cost slightly by doing the lunch specials with the sushi rolls which included a miso soup. So if you eat a lot that may be the better option for you! We also just tried the seafood yaki soba and not too bad. It was a little salty for my liking. The owner.. or I assume is the owner is always friendly and welcoming ! It doesn't seem like they've opened up indoor seating just yet but they offer carry out or delivery.

Egg roll, egg drop soup, and steamed pork dumplings were all good. General Taos chicken wasn't bad, but the sauce was slightly different than I'm used to. Prices were your typical carry out prices. Would order from here again!

First time today. Random Tuesday. 2 rolls. They were perfect. Exactly what I wanted, done well, packed perfectly to go. Will definitely be back.

I didn't have a full meal here because I have a habit of picking random sushi places to order one roll as an on the road snack. Most of the time, it's due to convenience and because I don't trust many random sushi establishments. So a snack is a fun and low commitment way to try out sushi restaurant This look of the building doesn't give you high hopes at all but my salmon roll was FRESH. I am always mentally prepared for raw fish that tastes...fishy or frozen (not what I want but I have to mentally prepare). This was not the case though! I'm excited to come back and try more because tbh maybe it was just that one roll was good. Will update this post next time I pop by! Update: I just went again a few days later from my Original post - got a speciality roll added on and WOW SO GOOD

Love the sushi here. Always great service and delivery. I stopped in for a cheat dayand ordered some sushi. I ordered my favorites, California roll, shrimp and crab roll, and shrimp tempura. Also I ordered 1 shrimp and 1 beef egg foo yung lunch special. Once hubby got home, we sat down for dinner. As soon as I opened the containers, the gravy was found separate from the meal which typically comes on top of most meals elsewhere. But once I tasted the gravy, I found out I really didn't like it. So I ended up throwing it away. I think I will stick to buying sushi only.

My friends and I were hanging out at the hookah bar next to Daily Sushi and grabbed carryout. We ordered chicken wings, fried rice, salt & pepper shrimp, and crab wontons. We were blown away by how good the food was. I have since ordered it through Uber Eats several more times. The service is fast and friendly. Familiar asian carryout vibes and aesthetics, and that's a good thing.

This has been consistently the best takeout sushi in the area. I have had disappointing sashimi from other places here, some even resulting in gastric distress, but never from Daily Sushi. Not only is their fish always fresh, but their portions are generous, and they allow you to modify the sides. I dislike ginger on my fish, and this is literally the only place I don't have to worry that a wonderful piece of salmon will be marred by the taste of ginger. The hours here are fantastic, as we often order after work which can be 9 or 10, and their Chinese options are super solid as well. This is now my go-to for sushi.

The looks of this place may be deceiving and I'll admit I was a little skeptical but the sushi was amazing. I placed an online delivery order so I've never been inside this establishment, only driven past it several times. They make the California rolls with the krab mix versus a krab stick which I am so grateful for. I also had a roll, the name escapes me, but there was real crab and shrimp inside the roll. That roll was packed with seafood and flavor. Can't wait to order from this place again. Cheers to a great time!

Don't get nothing with "real crab". The avocado roll was great. But the rest was not there.

Sushi wasn't bad but I've had better. Took my son and he liked the gyoza and some of the sushi. Descent prices for what you're getting. Service was order at the counter and they bring out your tray to your table. The place was old and outdated so it wasn't too fancy. It was ok if you wanted a quick bite to eat and sushi was on the menu.

I enjoy Daily Sushi. Pre-pandemic, I could walk in and order and get my food in under 15 minutes. Now I always order online or by phone. The food is always really hot and fresh, and the price is just right. I love the chicken and broccoli, General Tso's chicken, Kung Pao, and a few other things (including sushi ala carte). Staff is always very friendly.

I think this place must be really good for sushi. When I walked in to pick up my take out order, the chefs were busy preparing sushi, probably for other to go orders, though there were not a lot of customers eating in. However, my husband and I had a taste for Chinese food, read the great reviews of Daily Sushi, and ordered kung pao chicken (I know, Chinese food for Americans), egg rolls, and pork dumplings. The kung pao was sort of OK (though they don't give you much rice), but not delicious. The dumplings (gummy, overcooked) and egg roll (the inside s just mush) verged on inedible, and the dipping sauce for the dumplings had way too much vinegar. After spending twenty-some dollars on an unpleasant meal, especially after the good reviews, we were disappointed My husband and I moved here from Houston, Texas where there are large East Asian communities and good Chinese restaurants. We have not found one decent Chinese restaurant, so our hunt for just decent Chinese food will have to continue. Bottom line of this overly-long review: If you want good sushi, this may be the place in northeast Baltimore to go, but if you want good or even decent Chinese food, this is not your best bet.

Daily Sushi is my fiancé and I's go-to local sushi/Chinese carry-out restaurant. Their food and sushi is affordable. When you order their food through Uber Eats, they staple/tie the bags tightly.

Friendly and fast service. The shrimp tempura is reliably good and the house fried rice never disappoints.

We ordered chicken teriyaki, house fried rice, and two sushi rolls. Our food was delicious and fresh. Our first time ordering.

Look, stick to the sushi. They got a whole lot-a other things you can get, but if you do, it's mediocre at best. Thai food? Seriously lacking heat, Korean fried rice? Under seasoned. Chinese food, meh. Now the sushi, most of the basic stuff, it's pretty good. Rolls are appropriate size or bigger. They don't over load on rice or filler except for the spicy rolls. Seems like they use scrape, it's texture isn't my favorite. Good news is that they always seem busy, so the seafood turns over fast, and it's tastes fresh. The one or two fancy rolls we've ordered were also pretty good. Like the name says, you can feel like you can eat here daily vs the more expensive spots around town. Bottom line, better than any grocery store sushi, but not as good as some of the other spots. Price point is great though.

This is a little hole in the wall (in an international strip off of Joppa). take out sushi place that does an enormous volume with high quality product. Love the rolls. Huge variety. Rainbow is good. Red Dragon is awesome . Philly roll is beloved by my kiddo. Great service too. Really better than the nearby fancier places by a LOT!!!

3.5 stars. I'd say a 3 overall, but a 4 for this area, where I haven't found an abundance of decent Sushi places. Daily Sushi has solid, fresh sushi with lots of menu items. Definitely Americanized in style. I got delivery and it was fast, also have done takeout which was ready ahead of schedule. Good spicy tuna rolls, salmon avocado rolls, yellowtail scallion, etc. Did not care for their California roll, I found it fairly flavorless and ended up just putting a bunch of spicy sauce on it. I've also had their tempura appetizer, which I thought was good albeit not the usual tempura you would expect; instead of a dipping sauce it had several sauces already drizzled on the shrimp (2 in the app) and vegetables. Prices are good, service is fast and friendly, sushi is fresh. Will definitely return!

If you are looking for a place to sit and talk eating some special sushi than this might be your destination. A lot of place to sit. Specials chinese foods with sushi option. Not only for eat in, this is place where they do super fast delivery in my point of view. I ordered food from here last week despite of being busy in weekends they delivered my food faster than 15 minutes time frame. So if you dont want to come and sit in than i would suggest you to have sushi at your bed like what I usually do.

Good basic sushi. Definitely a go to when having a craving, it's a few minutes from my house.

The sushi is soooooo fresh here omg! I had zero faith in this place, but took a risk since I was in the area and I'm so glad I did. The people are also super nice and the prices can't be beat. I would suggest any roll off the menu because it is just that good!

Sushi is not bad for the price. Chinese stir fry dishes are decent. Thai dish was one of the worst. The lady at the cashier is always nice and friendly. The lunch combos seem to be a pretty good deal. Most people get carry out orders but you can dine in if you would like.

If you're looking for delish sushi at a great price, you've got to head to Daily Sushi! Husband heard from a coworker about the $20 all you can eat sushi special, so we headed up to Parkville with empty bellies on date night. The pricing is extremely reasonable across the board- special rolls are $10, regular rolls are $6, all the nigiri is $4 for two pieces. SO. If you're going to do the all you can eat, do it right and go straight for the special rolls. Was surprised and happy to see lobster and real crab meat on the menu. We ended up getting six rolls- one with lobster salad, Golden Dragon rolls (shrimp tempura with mango), a New York roll (eel and crab meat), eel avocado, Ocean roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail), and a special off menu roll the lady at the counter recommended with tempura topped with tuna, avocado, and more of that delicious mango! Next time we are going to leave the ordering up to her, as her recommendation was the best. There was a steady stream of carry out and deliver orders which kept the staff busy. We were the only dine in on a Wednesday night. They are a newish restaurant (opened in February) and are keeping prices low with efficiency. The decor is not much to speak of- it feels more like a carry out place that happens to have some tables. The only disappointment was the ratio of ingredients in the rolls. The lobster salad was tick- maybe 1/3" on top of the roll. The eel avocado was 7/8 avocado and 1/8 eel, which was disappointing. They have a lot more on the menu besides sushi- I saw Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and American fried food all on the menu It's not fancy, but the sushi is good, fish is fresh, and the staff is very nice. We will definitely be back!

I love my sushi , I try everywhere for some good sushi but I cannot find none until I saw Dailey sushi this place got the best sushi out of the world when I said it good I got a whole plate and was sitting in my hot tube with a glass of red wine I found my Paradise

Not quite as besotted by Daily Sushi as some of my fellow Yelpers. It may be because we choose to eat in, and it's apparent that DS is mainly carry out. It also may be that we sort of went out of our way to go there, and while it might be great if it's ten or fifteen minutes away, it's not quite a destination. Or, it could be that I had been craving sushi, and DS just didn't quite scratch that itch. Daily Sushi didn't put its best foot forward food-wise, either. I tried both wonton and miso soup. The wonton soup broth was mild, and the wontons mostly wrappers with some stir fried piece of beef. The miso also suffered from being too subtle, and was lacking that great umami that normally makes that soup so craveable. The first dish up was one of my dining companion's General Tso's chicken. This lunch special was the winner of the afternoon. The dish was great, and it came with some of the best fried rice I've ever had. It was also a generous portion at a fair price. Other dining companion had Salmon Lover's combo meal. He was pleased with the salmon sashimi, but underwhelmed by the many little rolls that made up the dish. I had the lunch special of two regular rolls. The California roll was a good size, and a good amount a filling to rice, however the filling itself wasn't well proportioned and it had way, way too much surimi. It really needed the crunch of the cucumber and that was hard to find. The eel and cucumber roll was nothing special. A few pet peeves: While we were greeting when we entered, we got menus and seated ourselves. We were told someone would take our order. When that person didn't materialize, we had to ask again and ordered at the counter. Also, while food came on actual, non-disposable plates, we were given plastic utensils. (Wood in the case of chopsticks.) It would be nice if they took the extra step and had washable, reusable forks, knives, spoons, and chopsticks. They need to wash the dishes anyway! And finally, while I'll need to go elsewhere to fill that sushi craving, I plan to return when I'm in the area for American-Chinese food. Will update when I do. I'll just pretend it's called Daily American-Chinese!

Great crab wontons, and I love the Singapore street noodles. Everything is always great here. Highly recommend.

I write this from my couch, thoroughly satisfied and full. My fiancé and I ordered from Daily Sushi for lunch after our daily run , balance right? I ordered the orange chicken lunch special and honey boston sushi and he had the spicy general tsos lunch special. I must say I am glad we finally tried this place after living down the street for two years. Both meals were $6.50 and included the option of an egg roll or soda. We both opted for the egg roll, it was fried to perfection and filled with fresh vegetables. The sushi was about a 7/10 in terms of flavor but it was still delicious and fresh. I plan on trying the shrimp and broccoli next and can't wait! Besides, ordering food during quarantine to support local businesses might bring me back next week .

Finding a good Chinese take out restaurant, is like finding a needle in a hay stack. And finding one that specializes in good sushi, is an even harder find. But I recently found that Daily Sushi has set itself apart from the other Chinese take out restaurants in the Parkville/Towson area. Not sure how new Daily Sushi is to the area, but the menu that they dropped off at my apartment complex stated that it was new. Daily Sushi is not much of a eat in restaurant, however, they do mention that they offer "all you can eat sushi" every day. And I am definitely gonna check that out. All of the employees wear kimonos, which gives it a nice vibe. And the young lady working the register and taking orders was very friendly I figured I would try a spicy tuna roll and some orange chicken, just to get a feel of the flavors and taste of their food. Daily Sushi also has a few different coupons on their menu for free sushi rolls, so I went with the California roll, since you can't go wrong with that basic roll. Both sushi rolls were plump and full of its filling, which I was pleasantly shocked with. No tiny little rolls that you pay $8 for, here. Both the spicy tuna and the California roll were delicious. The orange chicken was everything that I wanted it to be, crispy, saucy, and not fatty. Daily Sushi's wonton soup was delicious as well, with a well seasoned broth, that kept me wanting more spoonfuls. I'm happy that Daily Sushi has moved into the neighborhood. I think I may have finally found my go to sushi and Chinese take out restaurant to cure my cravings.

I love sushi so anywhere that has a rating this high is on my list. Unfortunately, I can't say I agree with most Yelpers when it comes to Daily Sushi. I wanted to try their lunch special and sushi so I got the general tso's chicken lunch special that comes with either white rice or pork fried rice (I think) and a can of soda. It was good! Nothing to write home about but it was tasty and a huge portion for only $6. I also got a real crabmeat sushi roll and man was that disappointing. It was these huge rolls and initially I was excited because there was a good amount of crabmeat on the roll. But it was tasteless. I couldn't even tell what the meat was actually because of the sauce that was drenched on it but it definitely didn't taste like crabmeat, or much of anything really. No seasoning whatsoever. It was a real let down. I don't know if I'll be back, maybe I'll just stick with their lunch specials.

I went here for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. My black river sushi roll and miso were delicious! The only complaint and this might be on me was I like low sodium soy sauce and my take order soy was very salty. But again I'm sure they had it if I had requested it. I also got the vegetable goyza but I was so full I couldn't eat another bite. I will be back. Prices seem reasonable and staff is friendly.

Don't let the unassuming appearance of the outside fool you... this is the BEST, FRESHEST sushi in the area!! I get the same thing, every time. Shrimp Avocado Spicy Tuna DELICIOUS!!

You want to talk best bang for your buck? Daily Sushi and their All You Can Eat option is perfect for those who want quality, fresh made sushi but at a buffet price. On my first visit I ordered 15 rolls for dinner and couldn't of been more satisfied. Service was punctual, sushi selection was impressive (specialty rolls included) and tasted amazing. Unlike many AUCE places, Daily Sushi does not overstuff the rolls with rice, which IMO is a low blow tactic sacrificing the quality of the sushi in order to reduce food costs. AUCE option is $19 during the week and $21 Friday to Sunday. This is now my go to spot for all my sushi needs
