"A British sushi chain commissioned a survey of 1,500 18–29-year-olds (many outside the strict Gen Z range) that found 67% said they love sushi or sashimi while 65% had never heard of jellied eels. The research also revealed widespread unfamiliarity with traditional British dishes such as Welsh rarebit, haggis, and bubble and squeak, suggesting that sushi remains a clear favourite among younger diners even as some regional classics risk fading." - James Hansen
