Incredible experience, 10 out of 5 — everything from the ambience to the staff to the menu. Hugo took care of us and curated the perfect meal, from starters to desserts. Such a thoughtful and attentive server who truly knew the menu and cared about the food! This place is on par with the best plant-based restaurants in the world. The flavors, the textures, the thoughtful choices in every single detail of the food came through beautifully. A true work of art! I can’t wait to go back!

I am so grateful we came across Daimant plant based cuisine 🙌 what a delight to find such healthy, clean, fresh, creative vegan fusion with such a wonderful vibe and decor for a romantic evening! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem! The decor is absolutely beautiful — elegant, warm, and full of character, making the whole space feel welcoming and special. The vegan food is a true highlight: subtle, well-balanced, and full of creativity. Every dish feels carefully thought through, with flavors that are refined without ever being heavy-handed. On top of the dining experience, they also offer unique merch that really reflects the spirit of the place — such a fun and original touch! Altogether, it’s not just a meal but an experience that lingers. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good taste in every sense.

Delicious! My favorite was the mushroom skewer with rice pilaf, but all the food was great! The seaweed caviar is a must, and they had a great selection of wine and non-alcoholic wine. Although it was a little on the pricey side, the food and ingredients were high-quality and the service and ambiance were great. They’ll tell you to order 2-3 dishes per person but we got 5 dishes between 2 people and we were stuffed.

Amazing, the location, the setting, the team AND OF COURSE THE FOOD! I was going to play it safe and go with my favorite from Faubourg Daimant but I listen to the recommendations from the waiter and it was amazing. If you vegan bring your non-vegan friends! If your not vegan go and discover what might be the fanciest and most delicious plant based restaurant in Paris (France?) Team Daimant : you rock!

After trying Faubourg Daimant I was excited to go to their second location. The space & decoration of this place is just fabulous. The service was excellent, super nice waiters. Everything we ordered was delicious. Prices are not that expensive: it’s Paris, it’s an expensive neighborhood, this is what you pay for quality. Cannot wait to come back. Still dreaming of that mushroom skewer…

Best plant-based restaurant I have tried to date in Paris. The eggplant was devine, tbe caviar was impressive, vibe is tres chic ✨ good date night spot, beautiful presentation to all dishes 🌱 blown away by their excellence!

We dined at Faubourg Diamant six months ago, and it was such an incredible experience that the moment we heard about their new restaurant, we booked a holiday around it. As a vegan, it’s not always easy to find places that truly impress, but this is on another level. The dishes are refined, creative, and bursting with flavor, with combinations that are both unique and exciting. It’s rare to find vegan dining executed with such passion and sophistication. Everything was perfect the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Together with Faubourg Diamant, this is the best restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. Highly recommended!
