Daimant Saint-Honoré

We reserved at Daimant Saint-Honoré for New Year‘s Eve dinner and were in general pleased with the food. The dinner was vegetarian but I believe not completely vegan, which was not really clear upfront. The menu started with very delicious and extraordinary and in some cases very fine courses. Unfortunately, some of the later dishes could not live up to that standard. The service was good, however some questions regarding the wine menu remained open. Overall, the experience is worth the money but could be improved with regards to consistency of the food quality and clarity of the concept of the restaurant.

Average food and service at best. Ordered everything based on staffs suggestions Flame glazed skewer (yakitori mushroom) €21. Small plate with grilled mushroom way overpriced. Served luke warm / cold. U get bread 🥖 when you ask for. Charred leek was ok. Caviar was yum. Service was nonchalant. Delivered dishes w/o explaining what they were. Cocktail was not good. Not really a place to wow.

Incredible experience, 10 out of 5 — everything from the ambience to the staff to the menu. Hugo took care of us and curated the perfect meal, from starters to desserts. Such a thoughtful and attentive server who truly knew the menu and cared about the food! This place is on par with the best plant-based restaurants in the world. The flavors, the textures, the thoughtful choices in every single detail of the food came through beautifully. A true work of art! I can’t wait to go back!

The best vegan haute cuisine experience ever! The service and plates were incredible. Each selection is a small to medium-sized serving, enough for 4, which allowed us to taste 6 different selections. Eight selections were recommended, but we had to save room for the dessert! The wine pairing suggestions spot-on. You must come for the food, drink and ambience.

Up there with one of the best meals we've had. Excellent cocktails to start (the kir royal and signature Daimant cocktail were both lovely). We went for the croquettes, grilled courgette, casarecce pasta, potato mille feuille and grilled mushroom skewers. Packed with flavour, seasoned wonderfully and a great variety in textures. 5 dishes between 2 of us was plenty for an indulgent meal - I wish we had room to try more! We enjoyed the cappuccino martinis as our dessert. Personally a must when visiting Paris and the biggest merci beaucoup to Oscar who looked after us during our visit, made some recommendations and was a joy to chat to. Thank you for a delightful experience.

I am so grateful we came across Daimant plant based cuisine 🙌 what a delight to find such healthy, clean, fresh, creative vegan fusion with such a wonderful vibe and decor for a romantic evening! Defiantly the best cuisine I’ve experienced in Paris! The vegan caviar was such a delight and what wonderful presentation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem! The decor is absolutely beautiful — elegant, warm, and full of character, making the whole space feel welcoming and special. The vegan food is a true highlight: subtle, well-balanced, and full of creativity. Every dish feels carefully thought through, with flavors that are refined without ever being heavy-handed. On top of the dining experience, they also offer unique merch that really reflects the spirit of the place — such a fun and original touch! Altogether, it’s not just a meal but an experience that lingers. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good taste in every sense.

Excellent food and service! We really enjoyed our dinner here and highly recommend stopping by, even if you don’t follow a plant-based diet.
