Daimant Saint-Honoré

Amazing, the location, the setting, the team AND OF COURSE THE FOOD! I was going to play it safe and go with my favorite from Faubourg Daimant but I listen to the recommendations from the waiter and it was amazing. If you vegan bring your non-vegan friends! If your not vegan go and discover what might be the fanciest and most delicious plant based restaurant in Paris (France?) Team Daimant : you rock!

After trying Faubourg Daimant I was excited to go to their second location. The space & decoration of this place is just fabulous. The service was excellent, super nice waiters. Everything we ordered was delicious. Prices are not that expensive: it’s Paris, it’s an expensive neighborhood, this is what you pay for quality. Cannot wait to come back. Still dreaming of that mushroom skewer…

Delicious! My favorite was the mushroom skewer with rice pilaf, but all the food was great! The seaweed caviar is a must, and they had a great selection of wine and non-alcoholic wine. Although it was a little on the pricey side, the food and ingredients were high-quality and the service and ambiance were great. They’ll tell you to order 2-3 dishes per person but we got 5 dishes between 2 people and we were stuffed.

As one of my favorite restaurants in Paris already, I was so excited to try the new menu and see the new location, and was absolutely stunned. The food is delicious, creative, interesting, and exciting. The restaurant is so intricately and purposefully decorated that you must marvel from floor to ceiling. The staff is incredible and so friendly. We will be back again and again.

My father and I dined here last evening. I already knew their first restaurant but once again (and as a vegetarian dining with a non vegetarian) we have been impressed by this establishment. The dishes were remarkably good and occasionally destabilizing—the mastery of broths and sauces sometimes evokes meat jus while maintaining authentic vegetable flavors. The bread was also good, However, the venue suffers from significant noise levels making conversation difficult. While the service remained friendly, we experienced delays due to understaffing. I would recommend this address for innovative plant-based cuisine, though perhaps during quieter periods. Only element to improve: better sound management would enhance the dining experience ;-)

One of the most amazing dining experiences I’ve had! There is such a clear attention to detail, from the decor to the menu to the service. The caviar, carpaccio, and cauliflower were all delightful. Not to miss for fans of creative and intentional plant-forward dining. Bravo à l’équipe!

Absolutely incredible. The best restaurant in Paris. Great for vegans and non vegans. Just amazing.
