My family and I highly recommend this restaurant! We are visiting Paris, and I was looking for a traditional French menu for me with vegetarian options for my family. Over and over my research turned up menus featuring the dreaded “cauliflower steak,” etc. as the vegetarian option — until I found Daimant Saint-Honoré and its traditional-French-inspired all-vegan menu. Rillettes!, but made from lentils. Divine croquettes! (with smoked tofu instead of ham, and a delicious mustardy green sauce with maybe a hint of tarragon). French onion soup! Mushroom bourginonne! Etc. 100% vegan, 100% delicious — and in a classy-but-not-stuffy-feeling dining room. The guests were happy and lively; the staff was kind and attentive. All thumbs up! (We ate almost everything too quickly to photograph it, but I did manage to get a picture of the French onion soup.)
