No food ATM. Service for my cell is great though. Atmosphere is very outdooresque. However nowhere to sit and enjoy the view. Bathroom is questionable at best. I look forward to updating my review when they are open ;)

I’m so happy they’re back!! The service wasn’t anything to brag about, but they got our order right, so they’re doing a pretty good job. The chicken strips, gravy, and flamethrower burger were so good!

Simple order--2 blizzards. Dining inside. 20 minutes later still no blizzards. Went back to counter and no ETA. Was told they were having issues with the machine yet customers after me were getting their blizzards. Was offered a refund so I took it and left. Was looking forward to the new DQ as I never had a poor experience at the old one before they tore it down. Will not be back, ever. You guys really need to figure it out.

I don’t usually take the time to write a Google review. However, last night on 9/2/2025 at around 7:45PM, we were very disappointed in the service we received from a front counter staff largely made up of teens when we ordered a cake at your Fillmore Dairy Queen. Each question I asked about the cake seemed to be a joke to the staff. Connor was the rudest. Connor had a hard time forming basic thoughts; he greeted my teen daughter and I with the “Gen Z stare” followed by brief comments while treating me as if I was stupid. The worst was when Connor and another teen female employee laughed at my daughter for the way she said something as we attempted to make small talk. I wanted to walk out and end the whole transaction, but, I completed it because I needed a last minute cake for my husband’s birthday. I am a teacher and my teen daughter (who was in attendance) works at a different nearby fast food restaurant and we both left feeling hurt and uncomfortable. Connor and the other young female employee who was standing next to him would greatly benefit from more training in basic customer service skills or maybe they should work in the back? We aren’t interested in returning to this location during the evenings anymore.

I had a black coiled hair on my fries the first time I went in. Thought I’d give it another shot and there was a long grey hair wrapped around my cheese curds. Staff should be wearing hairnets since it’s obvious hair loss is an issue. Safe to say won’t be eating there. It’s unfortunate but inspect your food before eating it.

I stopped here yesterday the food was great and Rayne was so kind and professional. She was very sweet to my daughter and really went out of her way to make it a great experience at DQ We stopped here today and got ice cream. China helped us and she was also incredibly kind and professional. VERY GOOD ENERGY. This is a great place with amazing service. If I could give Rayne and China more than five stars I would. I ordered online spent $60 they forgot the burger fries and we were missing a chicken strip they gave us a ranch with nothing in it when I paid extra for it as well no big deal we went in and nicely told them they were very rude and accused us of lying saying they know they gave us everything and we have it she went to get the manager the manager was rude as well but found the food sitting on the counter we were missing and gave it to us overall horrible experience I don’t care they made a mistake it happens I work in food service as well i understand and we were super nice about it but to be rude and accused us of lying I hope they can be trained better the employees are learning from their managers

Very Busy! Heavy people and car traffic. The drive-thru moves very slowly. You may want to go inside for the fastest option. Ice cream is fresh and delicious! Very friendly staff!

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. Hard to mess up ice cream (except that hot fudge sundays no longer come with whipped cream and a cherry apparently). But good luck getting through the drive thru. I have no idea who makes up these plans but they had a perfect opportunity to fix the logistics and completely blew it. Oh, and you can't see the left half of the menu until you pass the speaker. Brilliant

This is a great little Dairy Queen. Reasonable prices, excellent and friendly service. Clean and modern facility. Perfect! The first day of spring, which happens to be today, they offer one free, small ice cream cone per person at all. Non-- mall locations.

Well this is our first time at Dairy Queen here in the springs. My wife ordered a a new salted caramel truffle blizzard and after like 3 bites she decided it was way too sweet and I took it back up to ask them to make her something else..she took the blizzard, threw it away and charged us full price for her usual heathbar blizzard. We're pretty disappointed with this customer service after coming from San Diego where they knew us and our dog (by name!!) just disappointed.

I asked TJ specifically not to put my blizzard upside down. I specifically said as he was turning upside down repeatedly Don't do that don't do that don't that don't do that. I realize they have to do it but when I specifically asked them not to on an order that is to go with no cap on it... what more do I have to say other then please dont do that...it's warm and I do t care what it proves. This is the dq off that f space center road. With them not doing what I asked with a product I paid for what is the point?

It's exactly what you think it is. Dairy Queen. A 12oz Blizzard (medium) costs $6.15. Last nights visit, the cashier was the only I had interacted with. She was incredibly nice and efficient. I personally cannot justify the service out weighing the cost of a blizzard that was way to soft and melting upon serving. I mean it's a Blizzard.....

I give this two stars because it was not good and the service was horrible. The cashier was mumbling and didn't get my order right. There was a hair in my burger, and the workers in the back were literally on their phones not doing anything. Then, when I took my burger back they messed it up, again! Service was horrible and the food and ice cream wasn't that good. My lunch was wasted.

Mike has their employees working without heat making the inside of the store 40° with an outside temp well past negative. This is unsafe and should be reported to OSHA.

Why do you have your employees working without heat , meaning the restaurant is at 45°? Wearing mittens inside while working with food is a health code violation. Mike clearly does not care about his employees, their well being, or the customers. Fix this before they all walk out and leave you without an entire night crew!!!!!

The people working are very friendly and warm- surprisingly and refreshingly so! The young man helping us was great, and we observed another slightly older man be incredibly kind to an elderly woman who asked the same question over and over again- he showed patience and great service. The service was super slow- there was a very long line and it seemed like some mistakes were made (my M&M Blizzard was supposed to be made with hot fudge but it wasn't) but overall this is a good location with great staff and the reliable DQ food!

I went early so I wouldn't have to wait. Ordered a burger combo from the nice girl with the dyed hair at the register. Sat down and waited 20 minutes. While I waited the staff and they were not short handed, took care of several drivers there to pick up deliveries. My food sat in the back on a tray getting cold. Everyone left and I stood up to see what the problem was. I believe the mgr grabbed the tray and rushed it over and apologized. I couldn't believe I got there early to see all the to go orders rushed out while mine although ready sat there getting cold. After seeing the inside of the cold burger with cold melted cheese I asked for a refund and left. Manager and staff need to learn that a guest who actually comes in should not be made to be a second class guest after deliveries!

We were in drive thru and had 3 cars ahead of us. The young girl at the pickup window repeatedly wiped her runny nose with her hands and we did not observe her washing her hands. This is extremely unsanitary for a person who is handling food and money. When I reached the window I informed the young girl that I would not be purchasing my 3 ice cream cones because I observed her wiping her nose with her hands, she turned around and used her forearm to wipe her nose and walked to the back of the store. I will be contacting the Health Department or licensing agency for food safety. This employee's behavior is unacceptable for someone in the food industry. Owner: I have contacted your corporate headquarters of this issue.

Called ahead to try to reserve a blizzard cake and was told they'd be in stock. Showed up ON MY BIRTHDAY to get one and guess what? NONE in stock. Happy birthday to me. You guys have gotten the last dime I will ever spend with you. I hope this corona virus causes you to CLOSE, losers.

My first time here and I have had a good first impression of the place and service. My only beef (no pun intended) is the exit out. There's only one way to leave and that curb/driveway is harsh on a car, especially during busy roadway hours because of its grade. Not there fault, so I didn't take a star for that.

My husband just went to Dairy Queen and had to wait 45 minutes and paid $13 for two large blizzards that had almost nothing mixed into them. Just vanilla ice cream! We've been going to this location for 30 years and never got such a bad experience ! It sure doesn't make us ever want to go back! He even tipped the take out worker $2 for the worst ice cream experience we've ever had!

We had a coupon for a buy one get one blizzard. When we get to the store (the ONLY store that takes the coupon in our area, according to the coupon) we're told their systems are too old to accept the coupon and we have to print it out. We ask if there's anything else we can do, as we're there and would have liked to use the coupon, and the workers say nope, totally uncaring. So we say thanks, never mind, we're leaving and will not be back, and the workers actually laughed at us. This is completely unacceptable. The coupon does not say that it must be printed, and it's not our fault your systems are outdated. To not even honor the coupon is one thing, but then to be laughed at? We will never be back to Dairy Queen. It's clear this company does not care how they are represented. We will never be back, and I assure you I will be passing on this information to ensure others know not to waste their money at a company like this.

Restaurant was fairly empty. Cashier was nice and offered to comp our cheapest drink due to the orange Julius machine being down. I said no thank you. ThT I would pay for my 1.00 tea! She was sweet though! I'm huge on clean places to eat. There was one restroom in the building, which was fine however it was so dirty that I'm not sure the garbage has been emptied in two days. That is just not acceptable. Also the chocolate ice cream was out :-;

Tried stopping here a couple of weeks ago. Ordered the chicken tender dinner and was hooked! I've been there about a dozen times since, i've just become a regular there! Food is always fresh, I always have to was a few minutes for it to cook, but that is not a complaint. As I know the food is being cooked just for me! Would definitely recommend!

Ambiance: This location is pretty typical of most other Dairy Queens. Stand alone building with a drive-thru and inside dining. Service: Pretty lackluster, minimum-wage employees are not really engaged in the business here. Food: First off, terrible burgers and fries. Corn dogs are just ok. Their blizzards and other dairy treats would be the only reason to patronize Dairy Queen. Those are pretty good, but nothing out-of-the-world. Overall, not a destination for a meal or hot food snack. An ok place to visit for a soft-serve sundae, blizzard, Dilly Bar or Buster Bar. Not the kind of place I yearn for overall. For a good drive-thru go to BJ's Velvet Freez!

I ordered on their app and went to pick it up at the drive-through; the app said I was to get a FREE MINI BLIZZARD with the purchase of $1.00 using the app. I had a 6-piece Chicken Strip Basket with 2 extra gravies, and the total bill was almost $10.00. I showed the offer on the app to the girl at the window and she refused to give me the FREE item. That's the reason for only 3 stars. The food I did pay for and receive was excellent. The employees need to be made aware of these offers on their app.

I love their food but the blizzards are great. I haven't been there in a while but I'm planning to go again. I do recommend the other desserts but I would recommend the blizzard over any other dessert. This place is great for just chillin' with the family.

I worked here. Once the pipes from the toilet backed up into the kitchen and there was human excrement on the kitchen floor but we stayed open and kept serving food. Also the food made me sick every time. You're welcome.

This DQ provided excellent customer service on a Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Upon walking in the door, we were greeted with a smile and the cashier quickly took our order of six frozen treats. Another employee overheard and came out to offer the cashier some assistance. We asked how long it would take (reviews said this location is very slow) and we were told "Three minutes or less." They lived up to that statement! Both women worked on the order and there weren't any issues with it. And, of course, all the desserts were so yummy! I think many people post bad reviews about fast food establishments and I think this DQ is getting a bad rap. (Now if we go back and get poor service, I may retract this statement!)

I went here a few days ago because I normally like the brazier cheese burger. I ordered extra pickles because usually there is only 1 or 2 at best served at most places. Ok I really just wanted enough to cover the hamburger patty. Some moron piled on about 17 pickles on top of my burger. That's disgusting and the juice from all the pickles made my top bun soggy. You could barely hear the order taker and when I told her the speaker was told she gave me a snotty reply about them being aware of the matter. WELL FIX IT. Thank God I'm not hard of hearing or I would never have heard her. Oh yeah and no napkins in my bag. The burger was microwaved I'm assuming as it was way way too hot.

My daughter was cheated out of a gift card. The gift card has 25 dollars on it 2 small blizzards were bought. When she went back to get something else the cashier told her he card was empty and kept her card. This is total BS I have had other problems at the DQ on Fillmore in Colorado Springs. DQ you need to apologize and give my daughter a gift card worth 25 dollars. Getting ahold of BBB

The service is usually good. But every time I order and oreo blizzard it has peanut butter mixed in like they didn't clean the mixer before making my order. Makes me fearful that they may not clean other equipment.

I had not been in here for years because it was so grim inside. I'm not sure what they did, but the atmosphere is no longer grim. Maybe they just put bigger bulbs in the light fixtures, but whatever they did worked. Wife and daughter-unit wanted ice cream treats but I was in mood for a cheeseburger. They really make a great burger, which surprised me. I had an ice cream afterwords and was glad I did.

I strongly dislike this place, they discontinued brownies for brownie bites. They were not organized, they gave us one total then changed it when another girl came over to add our food to our order. None of them appeared to know what they were doing because in the middle of us trying to get our delicious dairy desserts they huddled together and just stopped working. The service was horrible and I won't ever go back.

This place is so poorly managed. Tried to go for ice cream and it was out of ice cream mix. What??? Might as well close the doors for the day. How does Dairy Queen run out of ice cream mix? The only answer is poor management! Thank God there's a Tasty Freeze close that has even better ice cream and better management.

I called the store asking about various cakes they had. The employee who answered was quite rude and then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 mins while she went to "check". Which is when I ended listening to the employees talk about there personal lives instead of helping a customer. This was the point I decided to hang up. Very unhelpful store!

NEVER order an ice cream cake from this location! When I arrived to pick up my cake, they had yet to put the writing I requested on it because they didn't have the color of frosting I wanted (orange). The girl then told me that the best color on the cake would be white. So I, putting my trust in her, said okay to white. She confirmed with me that I wanted the "Happy Birthday" part in cursive, with age and name in bubble letters. 15 minutes later it came out, tiny words run together, barely visible white on white frosting, with the name... Hyphenated! No cursive, no bubble letters, not even readable. I told her if it was too long, she should have let me know and I could have tried to shorten it. It was honestly unacceptable. I should have put up a fight regarding paying for it, but I was just too tired to deal with anything and the birthday was the next day. So I reluctantly took it. Well it wasn't just the frosting that was screwed up. The middle cookie part in the cake was about 2 inches in diameter (usually it goes almost to the edge of the cake), the caramel was in large clumps, and while the entire thing was supposed to be vanilla ice cream, there was a strange white layer that had an odd taste to it (never figured it out what it was supposed to be). Then the top, which was supposed to be sprinkled with chocolate flakes, had two piles of chocolate flakes with several drops of caramel on either side. No more ice cream cakes from this place!

Please tell me what kind of Dairy Queen doesn't have chocolate soft serve due to "low demand"...there are 2 ice cream options at normal DQs (chocolate and vanilla and then you add them together to get twist) HOW IS THAT LOW DEMAND? Also, service was incredibly slow.

Usually this is really good. But the last couple of times we've been here, the cheese curds are over cooked or we're sorry we are out of cheese curds, onion rings. So we go in today for the A1 Burger lunch basket - Sorry we are out of A1 sauce and no carmelized onions????? How can a chain this size be out of items when they are the value meals? really bad on managements part for the mishandling of routine orders from vendors and not anticipating the number of orders these must sell. The staffing issues are getting better but not much.
