Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Drive thru team was courteous. But, drive thru team members stood with their backs to the window, leaning against the window playing on phones. Another team member was leaning against the ice cream machine eating a blizzard. Thus is deemed as poor customer service.

This is never going to be as good of a place to go and eat as it was when I was younger. I wanted to share the experience with my 7 year old son who greatly appreciates the concept and the menu items. It's hard because it is never clean inside and even when some things go incredibly right, something always goes wrong. They seem to be trying so I am taking that effort into account. The 🍔 are still great and the blizzards have not disappointed.

The manager Seth and the owner are wonderful! They go above & beyond to make you happy! For the past several years I've ordered cakes for my family and the past couple of years the cakes have gotten so much better. Seth listens to details and requests & tries his best to make you happy! Most of the times I order cakes, I order between 2-4 cakes each time because I celebrate multiple birthdays at once. The last few months I've ordered around 7 cakes since January and it's only gotten better. My January birthday I held for my daughter was great and dairy Queen made sure to satisfy my daughter with her fav cotton candy ice cream which is usually seasonal and the manager only had cotton candy syrup but cause being out of season not the candy pieces so he concocted a cotton candy ice cream that everyone loved & I especially, like it better than the original!! Every request I made for the other 6 cakes were hands down what my children and friends asked for and Seth decorated them to look like a true picture of the dairy Queen cakes are advertised as! I've included pictures just to show you! By now I've probably become known as the cake lady at our local dairy Queen! They call me with questions as well to make sure we get what we want! I recommend Dairy Queen and it's owners to anyone! Several years ago I'd have to say they lost their touch with food and service but since these owner's I've been very satisfied! One thing I do miss is this particular store doesn't put images on the cakes anymore so the images on my post are made by me but kudos to the Queen for the elegant border icing and swirls! Very satisfied!! Thanks as always! I will continue to get my cakes from y'all! It's another great year of cakes again from dairy Queen in greenwood SC! They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers!! Thanks for the great ice cream cakes y'all made to my specifications!! Y'all are very caring and delightful people!!

Just wow! Only my 2nd time ever in there. The manager insists my children wait for their ice cream until they r finished with their food! Not just once but twice even after I told him they wanted them now! He was even staring down my kids while we were eatting! Then I had the worst burger ever in my life. I took 2 bites waited till the end of the meal showed him the burger! Got nothing but excuses even got told my tomato was like that cause of the microwave!! He insisted on a gift card! So I could come back I said NO THANK YOU, I would like my money back. He still continued to be not friendly. Clean but awful food n prices are way to high! Wont be back.

The food was amazing! I got a chicken strip basket with a sprite and ranch. The bread was nice and toasted to the perfect amount. The service was quick and the people were friendly. I am definitely going back!!

Every time I have one of your strawberry shakes, I wonder why I don’t get them more often. Because, damn. Fish sandwich was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Could do with a little less tartar sauce, but that’s just a personal preference on my part. Atmosphere got four stars due to the table not being completely clean. Everything else was great. Server/cashier guys were pristine. For reference, I ate about 14h00.

DQ never disappoints when it comes to their ice cream treats. The Blizzards are perfectly blended every single time.
