Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I can't even rate this store. It was so disappointing because I ordered 1/4 lbs cheeseburger deluxe and received a chicken sandwich. I returned the sandwich and was given a sandwich that was literally thrown together. Smh Then I spoke to the manager explaining my discuss with the service and if I can not get a good looking sandwich then give me my money back. The manager personally made a new sandwich the correct way. But it didn't taste that great. I am happy about the Blizzard drink( ice cream in a cup), it was very good as usual.

Great food. Nice people. Look at combos, and options for adding items individually. Prices are sometimes cheaper individually. Regardless, prices are good, especially for the location. Non greasy burgers, tasty chicken, salad, good variety. Plus, who doesn't love a cinnamon bun milk shake?

The only reason I even entered this place was because the store next to them doesn’t sell milk shakes. I go to the other Guy’s store next to them for their fresh cut fries and banana shakes. Since they don’t sell shakes I came in Dairy Queen to get a banana shake and because I’m having such luck with these places today, they tell me they don’t have bananas. Smh what a day. I did get a caramel shake though and it was yummy. The manager Diane was very attentive to my concerns and I noticed her interaction was positive with the other customers also. It was totally unexpected, awesome and not seen by myself in any other Dairy Queen.

Ok--I know it is just fast food, so you cannot really expect too much. But the food really was quite bad. It did not taste like anything really--had some chicken fingers and fries, and my friend tried a burger. I guess the only thing I can enjoy from Dairy Queen is the ice cream, and that is if you are just expecting a generic soft serve experience. I guess all the different choices around has made simpler ones lackluster. The restaurant is very clean though, and they have table service after you place your order, so that's a nice touch.

Sorry, but the hype left me disappointed... It's been a few years since I have had some DQ. Naturally I was really excited when my most recent job was blocks away. Sadly my experience did not meet my expectations. Starting with the food, my Bacon Cheeseburger Combo was ok. I can not remember the last time I had a burger that had a rubbery texture and bland taste. The fries would have been fresh IF they weren't ready way before the burger was even started. On the positive side, the staff was friendly but distracted by their own conversations. The location is really nice and there is plenty of seating. Simply Put... Enjoy the other options in the area unless they are all completely inadated with customers.

Cheap fun food. Blizzards are awesome. Only dairy queen in the city. Chili cheese dogs and Blizzards are my usual. Burgers are good too. Haven't tried the chicken to rate it. Fast service. Lots of seating upstairs.

While the Oreo Blizzard was delicious, the double cheeseburger that I had was the worst fast food burger I can remember. It wasn’t rancid or anything that would make me ask for a refund; it was just tasteless and unpleasant. The chicken tenders were below average and the fries were so mediocre I was sorely tempted to throw them out about halfway through. The store was also dirty, the chairs were extremely worn, and they didn’t even have Wi-Fi. The ice cream is worth trying, but the rest is bad enough to make McDonald’s in NYC look like a local gem.

Not good at all. The cheese hamburgers had no taste. Pickles and ketchup and bread was all you tasted. The French fries were hard and like the last remaining few. Chilli hot dogs with cheese was all tasting salt as though the whole box of salt was in one hot dog. WOW! I grew up in Georgia and sad to say maybe you should all go back home to get the real taste of Dairy Queen. So disappointed. Want do this again.
