Daleng Restaurant specializes in Southeast Asian inspired cuisine. Some Southeast Asian countries that will show prominence in our cooking includes Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Southeast Asian food are generally very flavorful and aromatic resulting from the use of fish sauce, chile, curry, lime, coriander/cilantro and basil. Our menu also include food with influences from non-Southeast Asian cultures such as American and Chinese.
