Dalias Harlem Cafe

I tried a new breakfast place in my neighborhood and I was hoping for a wonderful experience and I was a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is a sit down cafe style establishment and the decor is minimal and the seating was a random set of small tables with a fold up one and an outdoor table with mesh holes in the top like it was made for a backyard which was the table I was at. The service was excellent and the food came promptly. The food was mostly great except for the grits. It was watery and had a sour taste to it but I was hungry so I went for it. I don't recommend the grits but everything else was perfect. Btw it was scrambled eggs with cheese and onions, beef sausage, grits and white toast with an orange juice. Overall I will support them and I would hope you will as well. I believe they are seriously getting better and I will be returning. The price was so affordable and it is worth the trip. My final takeaway is this is a great cafe with room to improve.

We stopped by on our way back to Philly. The waffles are incredibly - crispy on outside pillowing soft and yeasty inside. The service was great - super warm and gracious.

I was craving breakfast but like at home breakfast not the restaurant style taste but the your mom or grandma made you breakfast type of style. Dalias hit it on the nail. The place is busy between people coming in for pick up, delivery orders, and being seated. This didn’t stop or slow down the business everyone was glad to wait cause they knew something I didn’t. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. For how great the food taste you would think it would cost way more. This place is budget friendly but also very delicious at the same time if I lived closer I would be there every morning !!!

Dalia’s is an amazing breakfast cafe. It feels like you are having breakfast in your grandmas house. The service is amazing and the food comes out quick and hot. In addition to that you can’t beat the price nowhere. Will forever come here for breakfast.

Absolutely great. The food is so delicious. A lot of the reviews rave about breakfast, which is great. But the lunch is also fantastic. Some of the dishes immediately brought to mind my mom and grandmother who were both amazing cooks. The warm and friendly atmosphere is the cherry on top. I’m reluctant to leave the glowing review it deserves because I don’t want the secret to get out. This little unassuming place is a gem. Shhhh!

I left an funeral and needed somewhere to eat. I walked down the street and saw this restaurant. The food is really good but what's better is the hospitality. The people who worked there are AMAZING. I will be back and will be referring this restaurant to all my friends.

My favorite breakfast so far. And I got to enjoy it at 3pm 😍 Food was *delicious* homestyle cooking served hot which I love. Staff was wonderful and thoughtful while taking our order- specifying and clarifying options. I like the vibe- lots of plants enjoying the light streaming in. No loud music, spacious seating. Local hang out feels.

Went with a co worker for breakfast and everything we had was amazing. I ordered waaaay too much food but it was so delicious I managed to eat it all. lol. I had a platter with two scrambled eggs and bacon and home fries also had two large pancakes and grits. No I don’t have a tapeworm 😄. The waiter was very welcoming and pleasant. We weren’t rush at all and I can’t wait to come back.
