Soft serve lovers, this one’s for you! 🍦 DANG! is part of the Little Man Ice Cream family, but with its own twist — rotating soft serve flavors (including vegan options), fries, and chicken tenders for the perfect sweet + salty combo. I tried the Dole Whip, Fudge Cake, and Cherry (vegan) — all amazing. Bonus: their $50 Fry Pass gets you free fries daily through Sept 2025. 👀 Definitely worth a visit!

Google
The only knock I could possibly make on Dang is that living two short blocks away is hazardous for my health, but that’s a Me Problem due to extreme lack of self-control and a remarkable ability to justify “little treats.” Flavors are always top-notch, service is wonderful and the staff do a great job of pretending like they don’t see me in there three times a week. Bravo, gang.

Google
This spot has the best vibe! Bright colors, great music, and yummy ice cream. There are Soooo many toppings to choose from! And the service came with a smile. Thankful to have this place in the area.

Google
If anyone living in the Denver area is from NY, NJ or the Philly area you know real soft serve. This is not it. The key to good soft serve is butter fat and it is not cheap and all ice cream owners know this. Although the staff was friendly, atmosphere was kid friendly, the soft serve just doesn't stand up to the hype. You can see the lack of creamy consistency. For $8.00 a double dip, they are making a nice profit. I won't be back.

Google
The closest thing that I can compare the soft serve here to is a frosty from Wendy's. The chocolate tasted exactly like one. We tried the horchta, the Mexican chocolate, the strawberry and cream and the regular chocolate. The horchta was a vanilla cinnamon mix that was very like frozen horchta. The Mexican chocolate was cinnamon and chocolate mix. We ended up with the strawberry with chocolate chips and it was good just wish it didn't taste so much like strawberry so it could have been more decadent.

Google
The best fries in Colorado! Having a vegan soft serve ice cream option too, perfect! Diego was super helpful and let us try all the flavors. Erica in the back was kind and helpful. You gotta try visit DANG!

Google
The staff is very friendly, and the vibes are great, but unfortunately the ice cream is not the best. We were craving soft serve and drove pretty far with high hopes for little man’s new concept. The ice cream is pretty icy, not very creamy, and therefore didn’t taste like soft serve.

Google
I've been wanting to visit this place based on their social media advertisements but was sorely disappointed. They had NONE OF the "awesomely advertised" flavors nor cones they post online. It was VERY LIMITED to plain flavors I could find anywhere. I've definitely had better variety & quality elsewhere. $7 for a small cup which is basically a "free sample size" is ridiculous.

Yelp
We decided to get some ice cream since the weather was great for being December. And it was delicious very light and who doesn't love soft serve. The service was great. Employee was happy and friendly. Love the vibe and the neighborhood cool hand chairs and turf area for kids to play.
google avatar

Yelp
The bar plummeted to the ground as far as how the quality of the soft serve tasted compared to Little Man. Vanilla ice cream tasted like Breyers and the toppings are all placed literally at the top of the cone so it was difficult to eat. Great friendly staff and a cute place, but barely any inside seating. Definitely over priced for what it's worth and if you happen to try this first, don't let it turn you off to Little Man, which is some of Denver's best ice cream!

Yelp
Dang Soft Serve is a nice little soft serve ice cream shop in the neighborhood. It's pretty non frill place, but very good. Definitely recommend for a sweet treat.

Yelp
Yum! Very unique ice cream flavors and apparently they have specialty cones too but I was too fascinated with their flavors. I forgot what my flavor was called but it was maple syrup flavor and I also tried orange dreamsicle which would be perfect for anyone who prefers the fruity flavor. I liked mine better hah! Definitely want to come back to try other flavors and maybe even try their savory stuff

Yelp
Wonderful soft serve place in the Oneida Park area. They have limited, curated specials daily along with the standards of chocolate and vanilla. There are vegan options as well. These are available in cup or cone and have delicious toppings. What I do appreciate about this place is that the first topping is included, unlike most places. The service is stellar and polite, even with long summer lines. The soft serve itself is delicious, flavorful and uniform throughout. Perfect summertime treat with a little outdoor area for the kiddos to play and drip their ice cream. I tried the vanilla which was standard but done really well and the Smores which was spot on flavor.

Yelp
Wow, I don't think I've had such good soft serve from a ice cream store before. The portions are huge and I love the toppings you get to choose from (chocolate / sour candies / cookie dough). The cheesecake bites have to be my favorite, but it's hard to pick. And they typically have 6 flavors to choose from, 3 sets of complementary flavors which you can get swirled. So good on a hot day, and in such a cute shopping center with a green space and plenty of places to sit outside.

Yelp
This was a TIK TOK find by my step daughter. We'll it was great the location is so family friendly was really a great experience. The ice cream was excellent I went for a plain cup of raspberry while everyone else had custom cups and flavors. When in Denver find this place and enjoy.
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
I LOVE soft-serve, honestly more than ice cream... which is probably a little unhinged. So when a friend told me about Dang, I had to go. And sure enough, this place is really good! Great flavors (I had the campfire) and fun toppings. It's kinda pricey, but I guess that's all ice cream these days. Plenty of parking nearby

Yelp
Took a drive to find this place, as I wanted to try it out for some time now. I am from western New York, and we are all about soft serve Ice cream. the business is in a cute location with limited indoor seating but lots outside. When you arrive mid day on a weekend you'll be dodging unsupervised kids running around like crazy left and right to get to the entrance. (Having a play area for kids is nice, but it's not so nice that you're worrying about being hit in the face with a football the whole time you're outside at a table trying to enjoy your dessert). The inside is cute and they have a few options for you to choose from, and they have fries as well, which I absolutely love that concept. If you know, you know. They also have some vegan options too. I chose the chocolate and vanilla twist and added rainbow sprinkles. The smallest size is $6. Like i said being from WNY where soft serve is everywhere that price for a small is a little steep. The ice cream is okay. It tasted like the ice cream you can get at Dairy Queen, which there are plenty of all over denver and much closer to where I live.
google avatar

Azure G.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with a good soft serve! They've got the classic flavors then some funkier ones, with a few twist options to boot. Tons of different toppings and the usual options for cones. A little pricey, but that's inflation for yah. I went with a "dang" chocolate with crushed Andes and it definitely hit the spot.
google avatar

Yelp
My friend recommended we go here after eating dinner, and it did not disappoint. I literally said "Dang" when I saw the place because it was a cold night about 30° out, and yet the place was almost packed. I thought we were going to be the only ones eating ice cream on a cold winter night but I was definitely wrong. I can see why this place was packed. They have a pretty good selection of soft and one that I've never seen before which is Taro. I got the taro in a waffle cone and it was delicious, soft and creamy. I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Daisy D.

Yelp
The soft serve of my dreams! The salted Oreo here is just as great as Little Man's ice cream. And you get toppings? Every single bite of this ice cream was perfection. This is a great location for this ice cream shop and I can't wait to try out their fries next time!

Yelp
I never got to visit DANG while I lived in Denver, so I was excited to finally make it here on a visit. It's a fun spot, with lots of color, silly chairs, and the outside green for kids to play. We got fries, though we didn't dip them into our soft serve. (Thank Wendy's for inspiring that phenomenon. Not my thing.) They are skinny, fast-food style fries with some skin on the potatoes. Just fine, and sure to please. Had some soft serve too. The smallest serving said "kids only," which is a bummer. The DANG size was more than I really needed. Got the classic chocolate- vanilla twist in a cake cone. It was fine, though my sea-level-living taste buds found it a little salty. I liked my husband got a strawberry-lemonade twist, which was really fun and refreshing in a hot day.
google avatar

Yelp
Do I recommend Dang? Yes! Perhaps I'm not the right audience for this spot, because there's only so much ice cream I can have until I start feeling like it's too much. But, nonetheless... I wanted to try it! My partner opted for the vegan option, but I found it to taste too sweet! So, I went for the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was still too sweet, but delicious! I wanted a swirl with some Oreo originally, but their Oreo machine was down and the staff seemed to be drowning in orders. I ended up tossing quite a bit of my ice cream due to the serving size being way beyond what I would want to consume to still feel decent and be dairy phlegm-free. The restaurant itself is trendy, but maybe I came on a day that was just too busy. The wait was a bit long and the seating area inside was dirty, so we just sat outside in the cute grassy area enjoying our sweet treats.

Yelp
Vegan options are so yummy! Wonderful place to stop for a delicious treat after dinner. We ate here several times while visiting Denver.
google avatar

Greg G.

Yelp
Fun place for ice cream with your family or an evening out. Fun ice cream selections and lots of toppings. Fun vibe, and a perfect area outside the store for the kids to run around. I had the Oreo ice cream, Yum!
google avatar

Richie G.

Yelp
I used to love this place. Lately, prices have increased to an unreasonable amount. A blizzard-style order is about $10 and they don't even fill the cup all the way. A normal soft serve in a cone is at least $8-9. For a family of three, it costs $25-30. For ice cream! That's a cheap meal, or 5-6 pints of ice cream! They do have a large variety of toppings; similar to something you'd see at a froyo place. The service is usually slow because they only have, at most, two people working there. It's too crowded to actually sit inside, that's if you can find a clean table. Yeah... like I said, I used to go quite often. Doubt I'll be back again.
google avatar

Chelsea Y.

Yelp
Obsessed with this place and love that they always have a vegan option. Even when I'm not eating dairy free, the vegan chocolate ganache is SO good. Be prepared to wait if you go during busy times, weekends, summer days etc but the kids working there are always moving quick/good service. Fun to bring the Littles and play at the play space outside while you wait, perfect to pop over after eating at Esters
google avatar

Melissa H.

Yelp
One of our favorite ice cream shops! Love the large selection of soft serve and toppings. This time I had the animal circus cone which was ridiculously (& deliciously) loaded with toppings! My sons enjoyed milkshakes and game them two thumbs up! They also have fries if you're craving something salty and sweet.
google avatar

Joelle L.

Yelp
This is such a fun ice cream place that's got some delicious ice cream and they also have fries! DANG is part of the Little Man Ice Cream family so if you're a fan of that you should check out this place the next time you're in the more eastern part of Denver. It's nestled in between Ester's on Oneida and Torpedo Coffee with ample outdoor seating that I'm sure is a lot of fun in the summer. They have rotating flavors in their machines and a massive toppings bar. I will mostly talk about the sundae as that's the only thing I order from here. You choose any flavor of soft serve or a swirl if both flavors on one machine are speaking to you and add it to a cup that has a caramel or chocolate drizzle. Then you move onto toppings, where you can mix and match whichever toppings you want for $7. My favorites are mochi and the pretzel sticks to add a variety of textures to my ice cream. I have somehow visited only in fall/winter but I'm sure this place will be popping in the summer. My next visit will probably involve trying their fries with soft serve! Excited to come back.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but it was just ok. The smallest size of ice cream is reserved only for kids. So adults aren't allowed to have just a little dessert. There were only a few flavors of soft serve, maybe 8-12. I think four were vegan. So I guess if you're vegan, yea! My daughter got the Oreo soft serve. It was not good. It didn't taste like Oreos. I'm not sure what it tasted like. The cheesecake ice cream was ok, but really tasted not much different from a plain vanilla. Toppings were ok. There were no fruit options except for freeze dried strawberries. Strange given that they had several vegan ice cream options. The staff was not very helpful. Not rude, just indifferent. The best part about Dang is the large outdoor space for kids to run around. If you live in the neighborhood, I'm sure it's a fine place to get the occasional soft serve. I probably will find a different ice cream place next time.
google avatar

Morgan S.

Yelp
Plenty of ice cream and vegan options to choose from! This little soft serve place is part of the the Little Man Ice Cream family :) their flavors rotate weekly! You can pick a cup or a cone :) you get one free topping and then every additional topping is extra. They also sell fries for dipping!! I got a classic vanilla soft serve with Oreo crumbs on top! I forgot to order the fries :( but someone else behind us did and they looked so good! I can't wait to go back and order more! The outside of the facility has plenty of seating :) family friendly with their small enclosure so kids can run around too!
google avatar

Savanna R.

Yelp
The ice cream was good! Downside was the limited seating. We were able to sit outside - but there wasn't much shade
google avatar

Meagan D.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with vegan ice cream, and oh my gosh does this place deliver!! The night we went in they had a vegan chocolate ganache and a vegan apple cider flavor; I was intrigued by the apple cider but upon trying both I couldn't pick so I got a swirl! Absolutely fantastic texture and flavor; not since Make Believe Bakery have I had vegan soft serve so good. The decor is super cute too, love the hand chairs very 60's! The person who helped us was also very kind! They let us try the flavors and expertly wrapped the toppings around the soft serve. Overall really like this place! I want to come back and try more!!!

Al R.

Yelp
Used to go to Dang 1-2 times a week and prices keep going up and portions keep getting smaller. Is there supposed to be a huge hole in it when it's filled up? I swear it never used to be that way. Took me like 4 bites to finish. $16(before tip) for a small and dbl ice cream? You will be missed 3 stars for the friendly staff
google avatar

Brena E.

Yelp
I wasn't sure what to expect with the flavored soft serve, but I got pumpkin and thought it was really good. I didn't do toppings or anything, so I don't have anything to evaluate there. There were tons of kids, but they do have a space outside for them to run around.

Rae Ann A.

Yelp
My daughters and I tried this for the first time this week. SO yummy! The place is small, but cute with fun seats and plenty of outdoor space. The young woman who helped us was super nice and the food all came quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Dina A.

Yelp
We were so excited to try this place after seeing them on Instagram. Very Disappointing. First, the staff was painfully slow - all joking around with each other while the line was out the door. The girl who helped us was chewing gum and touching her face in between serving customers and couldn't figure out how to put sprinkles on a cone. After all of that - the "ice cream" wasn't even creamy. My husband said it tasted like cheap ice cream from a Chinese restaurant. ... Dang It
google avatar

Zoya Z.

Yelp
It's a cute thing to experience - we came in 20 minutes before closing and they stayed busy the entire time. This shop recently had a few viral videos so I would say that the actual product was overhyped - it's flavored soft serve and you can add toppings. For the cost, for 2 adults and one child, there's definitely better ice cream options. and you aren't always guaranteed flavors as they are rotational. The flavors we had were blueberry cake, lemon, chocolate chip cookie dough, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. You can swirl them but only the flavors next to each other. Because it is soft serve, the flavors aren't overwhelming. Cute for an instagram photo but not craving satisfying
google avatar

Alexa N.

Yelp
DANG is one of my favorite soft serve ice cream places to come to whenever I am in the mood for something sweet. They have changing seasonal flavors but I love their classic salted oreo. They have a lot of soft serve flavors as well as toppings to pick from. You can a single flavor or get a mix of two flavors. I also really enjoying getting their fries and dipping it in my ice cream. The inside of DANG does not have much seating available but there is a whole courtyard where you can hangout. It is very family friendly for an evening out. I always see kids running around and having fun while the parents are chatting. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes soft serve!
google avatar

Tasha B.

Yelp
If soft serve is your jam, DANG is for you! Part of the Little Man Ice Cream family, they serve up some unique flavor combinations - including vegan options- and toppings galore. My personal favorites are the mochi or broken cone pieces. If you really want to have a party you can order a basket of fries (I've yet to try them). In the summer you're likely to find a line out the door but don't be deterred, their soft serve is worth the wait.
google avatar

Kimberly S.

Yelp
Small place, a few places to sit inside, with more seating outside. There are about 8 flavors of soft serve ice cream, but lots of toppings to choose from. I was in the mood for a sundae. I choose the vanilla ice cream with some cherry almond thrown in for good measure. Next time I will have only the vanilla, as the cherry almond was a bit too sweet for me (can't believe I just said that). I added crushed waffle cone, and graham cracker crumbs, and some carmel to top it all off. "I'm in Heaven, Ice cream Heaven!" Yummy! And that was a small sundae! I can't even begin to imagine a large one! Oh my goodness! Lots of choices, like cones, ice cream in a cup, the combined chocolate and vanilla twist cone(oh the look on one little boy's face when his Dad handed him that cone! Precious!). How about getting French fries to dip into your ice cream! Wow! That brings back memories from high school. Parking might be hard to come by, so if you have to park around the corner, it's worth it. Walk off a calorie or two, after enjoying your ice cream. Small interior, but again, plenty of seating outside. It's open from noon to 10:00 pm. You might have to wait a few minutes, as they usually have a line, but it's worth it. The staff is very nice, working very hard to bring you that wonderful taste of days gone by. Enjoy! I'll see you there! Dang! That's good ice cream!
google avatar

Gaby A.

Yelp
The best soft serve I've ever had. The line is always out the door! They have some wacky flavors too. And there's a fun kids hang out spot right outside. Usually they have live music on the weekends in the summer.
google avatar

Blu M.

Yelp
A bit overpriced for my liking and I feel like this place rubbed me the wrong way because they only give you one sample and don't let you the chance to sample other flavors, which kind of sucks because what if I chose a flavor I didn't really like? Not sure why they have that policy, but I think that should change to give people a chance to choose what they actually would like. I went with the vanilla and chocolate swirl but I think I could have gotten something cheaper or better at a fast food joint. It's not terrible and the service was good. I don't know if I'd give this place another chance because of how stingy they came off and for $5 for a small cone maybe I'm better off going to McDonald's ?
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
Now hear me out. Lemon. Matcha. Swirl. Covered in chocolate. This unlikely combination rocked my perspective on soft serve entirely. The way the chocolatey fudge hardened on the ice cream was perfection. Dare I say this place may be better than it's big sibling Little Man Ice Cream. You'll need to be the judge of that yourself. The indoor space is set up less for sitting and more for getting your order together. The outdoor space has chairs and spots you can settle down. The space is ideal for a summer day getting ice cream on a Friday night. The service was pretty quick. The fries were also tasty as well!
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
Service during a slow time of day was awkward. Signs on the soft serve machines, but no verbal prompting from the employee or help ordering. No, "and what size would you like?" Or "you can choose x number of toppings," just a blank stare in a quiet room. Very limited flavor options. My choice was some swirl flavor that was not a great combo and just not that good. Surprised this joint has good reviews, we must have come at a bad time?
google avatar

Yasi F.

Yelp
This is a good place if you want fun toppings on your ice cream. But imo McDonalds and Freddy's is better. The vanilla was meh. The banana peanut butter was mostly banana. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like straight up molasses. The salted Oreo didn't taste good.
google avatar

Kieu L.

Yelp
We have been here a few times. Fast and great services. Their fries are very fresh, but are a little too salty for me. Their soft serves are excellent though!! There are some seatings inside, but there are plenty seatings outside with upbeat music.
google avatar

Melissa Z.

Yelp
Yum!! This place has been on my list. Decided to reward myself today with ice cream and French fries for lunch! Did not disappoint! The place itself is quirky and fun with the decor. I got a salted Oreo soft serve cone with hard chocolate drizzle. So DANG good! Could have ate 4 of them it was so good. French fries were piping hot and just the way I like them! I saw pictures of the fries and knew I would love them! Whenever I want a little treat, this will be my place to go! Service was very friendly also!
google avatar

Rado Y.

Yelp
Got here right when they opened at noon and the shop was in complete disarray. There is only one staff member when there likely probably should've been two, and the night crew definitely left her hanging. No napkins, no soap in the bathroom, no whip cream, no vanilla ice cream, it was pretty rough. Also got charged for toppings that ended up not being available. Because she was all alone, it was too much of a hassle to try to get a reimbursement, and it wasn't worth it. IMO this location is poorly managed. At least the ice cream was average.
google avatar

Lauren R.

Yelp
With a parent company like Little Man Ice Cream (a wildly popular Denver ice cream spot), you know DANG Soft Serve is going to be good. And if you like soft serve more than ice cream like me, you'll appreciate DANG. They have great flavors and the perfect soft serve texture. DANG has about ~8 soft serve flavors at all times with at least a few vegan options. I tried their unique salted Oreo flavor. It's like adult cookies and cream. I've had the salted Oreo ice cream at their parent company Little Man and found it just a bit too salty but the salty flavor in the soft serve comes through perfectly-highly recommend! Based on my experience with the salted Oreo, I just know the classic vanilla and chocolate soft serve flavors have got to be killer. Plus they've got a nice outdoor space out front. Can't wait to return on a hot summer night for some soft serve!
google avatar

Mai L.

Yelp
So they call it DANG for a reason right? Because Dangggg this place was delish. I'm a sucker for ice cream as it is. And then you tell me this is a sister location to Little Man's??!?!? I was scrolling through photos on here and within an hour - I was out the door because I knew I wouldn't stop thinking about this place. We pulled in and plenty of street parking. This place is super cute with some turf outside and the colorful building. The chairs are also super unique although they didn't have many areas to sit due to the Covid restrictions. The only two tables were taken. There was a short wait and the girl who helped us was very patient and friendly since I was making sure I made the absolutely right choices. I opted for the waffle one which she explained could be small or large and she put her hand it the area where it would be filled to. I was biggest modest and got small but I should have went all out TBH. I got Mexican Chocolate soft serve with Oreo topping drizzled with PB sauce! Heavenly. The end. I can't wait to come back again and again!
google avatar

Kylie S.

Yelp
Dang, what I assume stands for dang that's some really good ice cream, always comes through when I have a craving for ice cream. I'm not the biggest ice cream fan and lean more towards a good soft serve vs something more hearty. The flavors change up and so sometimes it's like the lottery as to how good things are. The service is mostly great but sometimes it can get a bit sketchy especially when there's a rush. The outdoor area always has a fun vibe and perfect for kids to run off their energy.
google avatar

Summer F.

Yelp
This is where dreams come true! I'm obsessed with this place and the fries & soft serve concept. The fries are crisp to perfection and there are so many different flavors of soft serve. I also like how it comes with a free topping as well. This is a perfect date night spot :)
google avatar

Ivy B.

Yelp
Denver has had the ice cream scene covered for a while and has slowly been upping it's gelato game. The soft serve has been lacking - leave it up to the folks at Little Man to fill the void. I came here on a hot and sunny afternoon. Expected the line to be crazy long but was pleasantly surprised with it not being too crowded. I looked at the various flavors but decided I was just craving some nostalgia from back east and decided to do a "double size" vanilla/chocolate twist with sprinkles. The ice cream is very nice and dense and creamy, and honestly better quality than what we had back east, it just didn't fill that nostalgia factor. It was very good, but go in expecting a different experience if you grew up eating soft serve. The venue also didn't have the same pizzaz most Little Man concept venues have - it seemed a little haphazardly put together. Total cost with tax was about $6 - not cheap but pretty standard for what you get around here. As a bonus, the first topping is free.
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
A happy hour that combines two of my favorite things? Yes please! On weekdays from 4-6PM, with the purchase of any Double Dang cone or cup ($5.50), you can add an order of fries for only $1.00! I went with a Double Dang classic chocolate/vanilla twist cone with cookie butter and cookie dough toppings. I was a bit let down by the ice cream and was really hoping it would be creamier and less icy than it was. I can't believe I am saying this, but the toppings were also a bit over the top for me .... as a friend pointed out, my cookie dough topping was probably the equivalent of 4-6 whole cookies....I couldn't even think about trying to eat anything for the rest of the night! Next time, I will ask to go light on the toppings, or go for something a little less indulgent. The fries were some of the best I have ever had and are definitely the reason I will be heading back! TLDR: Dang's food is not life-changing-good, but the fun atmosphere, great for families or to sit outside on a nice day, is worth the trip from downtown Denver!

Yelp
The flavors are unique and it does taste good but it's expensive. A small child size cone of ice cream is $6.

Yelp
We went for an after night snack here after dinner one night. I heard that they have new daily flavors. I've included a picture of the menu flavors for the day that I went. I got the berry fusion and salted Oreo in one cup topped with Nerds candy. This was my first time here. Next time I'll skip the toppings altogether or pick one that's not sweet because the overall combo was overly sweet. The salted Oreo definitely needed more salt. Maybe they could garnish it with sea salt flakes to level out the sugary sweetness. I am interested to see what other kinds of interesting delicious flavors they can come up with.
