We went to a few jewelry stores before Daniels here and the staff was either not very responsive or tried to push us towards diamonds when we stated we were looking for Emerald. Cheryl was very helpful, attentive, hilarious! She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect ring for us. We had a great time chatting with her. It felt like talking to a best friend who knows how to get you the perfect ring you're looking for. Thank you Cheryl and congratulations on you and your partner's silver anniversary!

This place is a scam! Sold me a 10k white gold ring that turned out to be silver!!! Charged $3,500 for this crap! Took my ring to an appraiser and they said it isn’t even worth $800 with the cheap “diamonds”. The ring turned to rust after they checked to see if it was real gold. Sad that you guys are able to get over on people like this.

I returned last night and could pick up my custom pieces in my resized jewelry pieces. The pendant was crafted out of my mother's wedding rings. Kevin sent me a picture of the unfinished piece, and it brought me to tears. Seeing the piece last night with Kevin and Karla took my breath away. The jeweler that Daniels uses did a beautiful job of fixing the Ruby in the diamond marquee ring and resizing and replacing a diamond and the ruby and diamond band. These pieces mean a lot to me. My father gave them to my mother, who has since passed, so it's the last gift I have from him. I haven't mentioned Vincent, but he has been phenomenal. He calls me and is always polite, courteous, and helpful. Karla was so kind as to show me a beautiful white gold chain that I will return to purchase and attach to the pendant. I want to pass this piece of jewelry along to my daughter so that she may always have a representation of the love that came before her and that will go after her. Thank you to Karla, Kevin, Vincent, and the whole of Danielle's team for this beautiful gift.

Customer service was awful. Stella did not care about how bad she treated me. Talked to me like I was trash and not a paying customer. I would not recommend anyone ever to Daniel's Jewelers.

Jayleen provided the best customer service! During shopping, I lost the backing to one of my own earrings. Surprisingly, she took the time to help me look for it. It just shows how genuine and caring of a person she is. Even during the shopping process, she was very patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. If anyone is ever shopping at Daniels, I highly recommend to find Jayleen! She's awesome sauce!

The manager has terrible customer service and called me and my mother liars! Their jewelry quality is terrible as well and everything breaks as soon as you use the warranty to get it fixed. Do not shop here!

They say they're happy to offer refunds/exchanges but always note on the receipt "no refunds" so basically false advertisement. If you're not gonna offer refunds don't promote that you're happy to offer them. I have a so called "account" with them but every time I purchase something they run my credit. I've purchased a lot of items with them in the last 5 years and the one time I try to return something in 5 years within 10 days they tell me I can't. I won't be using my account here anymore.

Honestly if I can rate no starts I would, I'm a little disappointed because the way a ( lady ) provided her Customer service I forgot her name . Me and my boyfriend wanted NEW engagement rings & ofc with a price range. The lady that provided her service to us was a little to much into my business. She was like " why are you picking the rings ? woman should not see the ring given " and all this traditional shit in other words she was too much into our business. Was critiquing a little to much such as the " why do you guys have a price range " honestly I'm not gonna lie the jewelry is cheep, something you can afford and pay that same day and walk out with.I Was looking forward go buy them here but my boyfriend gave up and agreed not to get our rings here. he wanted someone who can make us feel welcome with their services & no be so nosey.

I wasn't really sure what to get she recommended a few peices that looked great and it worked out in my behalf due to I was expecting to spend more than I did. There is a young man named Christopher work at Daniel's Jewelry that helped me and my daughter. Where was looking for pearls for my mother for Mother's Day he was very helpful and in forming kind and very knowledgeable of pearls and all jewelry I recommend if anybody read this talk to him he know what he's doing and selling. He's a very valuable asset to the company

Solid place overall. Very lowkey compared to other jewelers in the mall, but definitely #1. Sienna helped me buy a cuban link chain and she gave all of her attention to me. I'm indecisive with purchasing big things, but her patience didn't break at all. She was a pleasure to talk to and so was everyone else in the store. I'll be back fasho!

I purchased a .75 Marq sol with a 975.00 dollars in insurance.., I sent it out to be sized and within 4 days the sol fell completely off of the ring head and all ... went back to the store and they said that the insurance policy I bought only covered up to a half a carat... they refuse to help in any way... they want me to pay another 2700 on top of the 4500 they already charged me. Do not shop with them... they are a new company in Vegas I'm going to go to channel 13 and ask for help. Brian

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The clerk who sold us jewelry lied about when they would report my payments to the credit bureau, and he lied about what kind of inquiry would be made on my credit account.. I opened an account with them simply to build my credit (which I stated from the beginning). I held up my end and made sure all my payments were ON TIME, IN FULL. But yet they're still not reporting it paid! I contact customer service, their billing department, AND collection. They say they can see I have a ZERO balance yet they do nothing about this! They say I'm not the only one who called regarding payments not being reported... I will not return to ANY Daniels Jewelry and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I was in this store the other day and overheard a conversation with another customer and a sales rep. The customer asked for his credit not to be checked multiple times and the employee still ran it. When he asked to speak to the manager cheryl she was very rude and not understanding. She had a-lot of attitude and no care to the situation.

If I could get this place zero stars I would. I was working with Rachel and found some earrings that I liked to give to my wife for Christmas. I had a previous an account with Daniels jewelers and I asked her if it was still open. She went and checked for me and said it was. I asked Rachel FOUR TiMES that if I were to finance these that it wouldn't require to run my credit again and she kept insisting sense I had an open account that it would not . I told her about the last time I got something with Daniels jewelers that they messed up my credit by telling me that I had a larger available credit then the one that I was given so when I purchase some thing it maxed out my credit and lowered my credit score. I told her I did not want to have a bad experience again . As we're checking out I get a notification saying they did a hard inquiry. I was lied to and when I spoke to the manager Cheryl, she told me she couldn't do anything. I heard Cheryl tell Rachel it's ok you didn't do anything wrong. These are some of the most dishonest sales people I've ever dealt with .

My experience at Daniels in Meadows mall has been nothing but amazing every time! Everyone is so polite and extremely helpful. All staff are amazing but Alder and the manager are the ones who helped with my purchases. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be coming back to them again.

Purchased a gold chain and pendant. Loved Char! She was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Char helped my husband and I stay in our budget and was not pushy. Really enjoyed the experience.

Today I made my way to Meadows mall looking to buy a ring. I browsed around the mall different jewelry stores, came across this one and by far the worst experience ever. Taylor was awesome showing me around what I was looking for a (heart diamond ring) somehow the manager butted into our conversation regarding resizing rings. She was very argumentative and mouthy. Long store make it short she butted in because her employee was giving me wrong info.. okay no biggie we figured out the situation with the pricing on resizing, as I'm walking away I could hear her disciplining Taylor on what he did wrong keep in mind at this point I'm irritated with her for being argumentative and mouthy. I turn back around and kindly tell her, I think you should probably pull him to the side and tell him what he did wrong instead of telling your employee off in front of the public. She started acting sarcastic and told me to leave multiple times, like who kicks someone out of a store when I'm just trying to find a ring to buy. It's the holiday season people are stressed out doing last minute shopping (myself) the last thing I need is come to a store where people (The manager) are rude and disrespectful. Never coming back all because of this one person made it very unwelcome and very unprofessional. I wish I would of remembered her name but I was so upset to even remember.

So I stopped here while searching for a gold chain. Let me start by saying they have amazing customer service here. I worked with Algier and the assistant manager ( It was just Algier I don't know how she stepped in) but anyway, they both became my sales person. I'll give them 2 stars for service. I initially told Algier not to try Synchrony for me, as I knew they wouldn't approve me. He advised that I could get Daniels credit, as they have in house financing. But it would still be a hit on my credit (glad he was honest as some places lie about that) I agreed and went to get a charm while they were doing the app. When I came up he told me he did go ahead and submit to Synchrony (why, when I told him not to?) Anyway, they accepted me. I was happy. The ass. manager picked out a chain that was lovely (and like $400 over priced) but I had 12 months to pay it off. She made up for some of the over price by taking money off another product I bought, so she tried. Not to mention the guy told me it was 19g of gold, I got home to weigh it and it was 12 lol. I called and they said well that doesn't matter it still not cheaper. Whatever. Anyway, she finalized it before I was ready, sending the order to synchrony. I was whispering to my bf telling him I may get the chain elsewhere, and she's like "I did it already I"m sorry." I'm like "but I didn't tell you to." She apparently thought I was ready. I think she saw that I was not sure about the chain so she hurried up and submitted it. So obviously I had no choice at that point. All I will say is look around before you come here. Get other qoutes and keep an eye on the sales people, they have quick fingers. I get why they wanted Synchrony, as they get their money up front. But damn, if the customer says no don't just submit their info. They were very pleasant people though all in all. I'll pay this off in the next few months.
