We are very thrilled with the numerous items they offer, such as game meat. A very wide variety of meat and seafood of quality. My customer service experience was decent too. My only complaint would be the shipping's a bit high. I was vegan most of my life so it is really exciting trying all the different types of meats and absolutely are our dogs only eating the best, because its coming from here and they deserve it!! We can't go back to supermarket meat lol Attach photos: excited dogs and some dishes we made from their quality meats!!

They have almost zero customer service. All email addresses either bounce back or are completely unattended. There are regular shipping problems and they don't send you tracking information when orders are shipped. There's honestly a 50% chance you'll have to resort to a chargeback when placing an order here so if you don't want to deal with that or getting on the phone with them all day every day to make sure orders arrive, then I suggest ordering meat elsewhere. There are many other reviews saying the same thing as me.

Ordered six lbs of cooked frozen shrimp. I would have been better off buying it from Wal Mart. Terrible. Shrimp was yuck. I will say the cocktail sauce was excellent. I didnt want to ruin the sauce by dipping the shrimp in it!!!

I placed a duck foie gras order to be delivered December 9, for the Xmas holidays: Two 8 oz oval terrines of duck foie gras. Instead, I received HALF DUCK FAT and half foie gras -see photo-. On top of that, BOTH foie gras were VERY BITTER: NEVER again!

Berkshire Pork Bone-In Smoked Ham, Half, for Christmas Dinner - didn't disappoint! This is probably the best ham we have tried over the years, from expensive hams from noted Chicago butchers to others recommended to us. It was so tender, not too smoky (our preference), not too much fat as you usually see. This will be our go to for any ham served at our house.

Worst ordering experience ever, I ordered a whole Turkey 1 month in advance but they obviously ran out of 14-16lb Turkeys and sent me a 9lb Turkey “breast” instead. Their call center customer service said it was an unfortunate mistake, and unfortunately their bosses told them that they can no longer replace the order before Thanksgiving. They said they would need to “request” a refund. So much for %100 guarantee. They promised that a customer “resolution” specialist would contact me within an hour. Didn’t happen. No call, no resolution. Do not trust your family’s thanksgiving meal to this company. They are a scam.

My husband and I buy all their products from our local grocery store Acme and we must say we have never had better chicken, sausage and duck. All I can say is just yum and definitely a must try.

Exceptional customer service from TANYA!!!!! Our large order was packed very carefully and all ice packs were still frozen when the 2 boxes arrived. We have been ordering for many years from D'Artagnan and have not been disappointed ever. Now with D'Artagnan and LobsterGram being together online, it's easy to create an order with products from both brands which is what we just received today. So convenient.

The lobster was excellent. I got around Christmas time. It was the way they said it was gonna be and it was excellent and I will come back in. Be probably a long time. Customer and I will recommend you.

D'Artagnan Lobster Gram company we got our leg of lamb for Thanksgiving and they shipped it to us ! The cost of shipping was expensive but my husband wanted it for Thanksgiving dinner. It came packaged in one of those styrofoam boxes with dry ice and it was frozen. It came overnight. I thawed in frig 3 days. It was very good tasting. We are fans.
