Dave & Buster's Los Angeles - Westchester

We visited Dave & Buster’s on a weekday with our toddler, and it was a frustrating experience for families with small children. Only the bar area was open, which has high tables and stools not safe or comfortable for toddlers. Booster seats don’t reach the table, and high chairs hit the baby’s head on the table edge. We asked the host if we could sit in a nearby empty booth, since it would be easier for our child to eat, but she gave us attitude and said no, even though the booths were clearly empty. We sat there anyway because it just made more sense for our baby’s safety and comfort. There was only one waiter for the entire section. She was really trying her best, but the place was clearly understaffed, and service was very slow. Our table wasn’t cleaned properly we had to wipe it down ourselves, so bring your own wipes if you're bringing kids. Overall, this spot might work for adults or couples, but if you're visiting with a toddler especially on a weekday, I don’t recommend it. It’s not set up for young children, and staff support is lacking.

First timer. This restaurant is pretty big even the arcade has plenty of games to play and room for celebrations either birthdays, graduation, etc. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. From the first bite, you taste all the flavors, super creamy recommend it. If you are a seafood person 😋

Dave and Buster created a really good chain restaurant. My daughter took us there for a birthday dinner for her daughter's 18th birthday. The venue's vibe is a sports bar in one area, a restaurant in another area and an amazing video gaming experience in a third area. The food was excellent. We had a Margherita flatbread appetizer, delicious. I had the signature Dave & Buster cheeseburger, also excellent. Since we were there on a Tuesday, were able to play the weekly trivia game. Our group won second prize. The reason we did this well was that we had widely different age groups in our team. We needed trivial knowledge from different eras. Fortunately, our team ranged from teeny boppers to dinosaurs. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There's a paid parking lot underneath the restaurant with elevator access. I highly recommend Dave & Buster's.

The atmosphere here is warm. We were greeted immediately. The hostess was very friendly. The food was tasty and non-greasy. Nice

Awesome location. Had lots of fun celebrating my nephews 17th bday with my family and friends. Food and drinks were amazing. Great atmosphere and vibes. Security also and public safe parking. Merry Christmas, everybody 🎄

Hey, you guys, it's been a while since I did a review, so here it goes. I went to Dave and Busters in Westchester off Center Dr. The parking wasn't a bad price and they had a lot of parking. When I walked it was nice we picked our own table and we sat not too far from the bar. The waitress was nice and placed our order right away. She was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The food came out right on time, and it was fresh, hot, and good. The drinks were not bad. We played games and had a very good time. Also, I feel like they have a variety of prizes, and the tickets add up well so you can grab some cool stuff. The bathroom was clean. So yes, overall, for the price, I had a very nice night out.

This place is always a lot of fun. I decided to take all of my nieces and nephews out for a night of games, food, and drinks. We had an absolutely amazing time. The staff is always courteous, the food is great, plenty of games, and they also had the UFC fight on. Will definitely be back again with the whole crew. Thank you.

There's always games out of order. It takes forever to be seen, to sit, and to order and then the food takes forever so we never eat there. The game card system either works for you or it doesn't but if you can't figure it out or you have something going wrong with it, the staff there aren't much help and it's not realistic that I'm going to wait on an automated help line to troubleshoot. I wouldn't go on a limited budget.

Anytime I get to spend some time with my kiddo and come here and act like a kiddo. Myself is a good time. I had a little snack food and the manager. George fixed it all up and made the rest of our day spectacular! Seriously, it's clean. Excellent service good food. It's everything you need to have your kid be a kid and you be a big kid! By the way, the world needs more managers like George. He handled business like a true boss. Mario and Kayla were beasts at the bar!

The service here was far below subpar. Arrived around 5:45 on a Wednesday afternoon, Game 3 of the NBA finals, and in the midst of graduations all over the city. I decided to pull up to play some games and have some food with my kid, upon being greeted the hostess tells me about a play and eat combo they have (it's been years since I've just been to Dave & Busters on my own.) The deal is not bad, you get to choose from different tiers or points to play with and included with is a meal from a limited menu. I say bet let's do it, and the hostess tells me I have to be seated and eat first to get the deal....you coulda mentioned that dude. So I go to the get seated and I'm told it's a 30-40 minute wait and that we could still play first and then just show our server the receipt once seated. So we play as we wait, it took the entire 30 minutes..cool not trippin' mind you it's NOT busy busy' in here for it to be as slow as it was. We sit down and for 40 minutes no one comes over to ask us for our order. I address this with the hostess and she tells me "oh he may not have seen you since you were in the corner." WHATTTT?! We go back to our seats and 15 more minutes pass before our waiter comes over, he claims they're under staffed and I shouldn't have been seated in that specific area...not my problem. He doesn't offer any type of discount or additional deal for our troubles, just takes our order and keeps it pushin'. My daughter's order comes out almost immediately..then I'm told the other orders may be a while because the kitchen is backed up....okay again not my problem move it to the front. My order comes out within 5-10minutes, I ordered boneless wings, fries, guacamole and a Caesar salad, my daughter ordered a cheese pizza and a side of fries. May wings came and they were cold but at this point I'm just happy to be eating....once I'm done with my wings and guacamole I realize my salad and my daughters side order of fries never came out so I ask our waiter and he says, "actually those orders never made it to the kitchen." Lmaoo! At this point I'm done with the shenanigans lol we finish playing games and leave. Management has to do better! No accountability and no order in this place get it together please. 0/10 LOVE

We visited Dave and Busters for a LA Comic Con event. While we enjoyed the event itself (tournaments and trivia), D&B itself was a bit middling. The event came with a "buffet" of pizza, boneless wings, fries and bagel dogs as well as unlimited soda. While this was sort of true, it wasn't what I would have expected. First off, the buffet was infrequently refilled and much of the time, the food treys were mostly empty or cold and there were no clean plates (so the little food that was left could not be taken as there were no plates available. Second, the pizza didn't exactly look like the flatbread pizza shown on the website. Not sure if this is intentional to mislead you but the pizza was pretty awful. Third, the all you can drink soda was served in those tall beer dispensers that you'd normally order for you table. There wasn't a self-serve soda fountain and the sodas were refilled (infrequently) by staff dumping pitchers into the dispensers which all had open tops. Ok if it's at your table for just your small group, kind of gross when you have like a hundred people using it. Moreover, the were only 4 options for sodas and none were really labeled and none were diet. It my bad for assuming an all you can drink soda delay would have a self serve fountain or at the least the option to request a specific drink (cause you know they have more than 4 options, not sure why they didn't make them all available). If there was an option to request a specific drink from a server (as part of the buffet), they purposely did not advertise that. They instead tried to push customers to buy alcoholic drinks and shots. If there's another event here, we'll probably attend it again but we will eat before hand or at the least not fall for the "good buffet deal" as the regulars $30 meal deal had better food (the smash burger other people had looked pretty good). The buffet food was pretty nasty TBH--the frozen food aisle at the super market has the same or better quality. In short, the buffet just felt like a rip off despite it being advertised as a good deal (it wasn't). Aside from that, the venue seemed relatively clean and most of the games were in working order. No validation for some of the parking time is also lame. All in all, D&B is not my first choice for arcade and drinks (I prefer Round 1) so I realistically cannot see myself coming back unless i have no other choice.

Look, this place was dead during lunch hour when me and some coworkers went. I get it, it's more of a night time place for fun. But the food was surprisingly good! I had the smashburger and it was delicious! Ranch is good too, especially if you compare it to what Islands offers next door, which is an abomination haha. Service was great too. One nice lady who was running the bar and taking orders. Very attentive and got us whatever we needed. No complaints. We ended up playing games after lunch and had the whole place to ourselves! No snotty teenagers, crying toddlers, or wasted parents. We could play whatever we wanted with no wait. Definitely coming back here again to smoke my coworkers at Mario Kart all day every day!

I love that there are so many games and better ones than Chuck e cheese at least more

This is one of my favorite places to come and get a drink after work! All the bartenders are so great and it's always a good time when I'm here with the family. The food is soooo good, and the games are just the icing on the cake. Make sure you play the Jurassic Park game for tickets! Winning circle is A+!

I always have a good time at this Dave & Buster's, especially when it ends up being a last minute decision with friends. Where else can you have this much fun for $30?

Sport Night Experience 1. The nachos and wings were delicious! 2. For people paying the cover charges to watch a PPV game or fight, we were all sent to a huge group room with other people! Definitely fun vibes watching the fights with other people! 3. There were a lot of tables inside the group rooms! 4. The staff were friendly, and they would check on the status of your food and drinks! 5. There is parking structure for paid parking! We love this Dave & Buster's. No frills, no fuss. A great way to waste a few hours with the kids who have a blast. If they have a deal with an unlimited players card, I would highly recommend doing this. There are a few games that are off-limits, but my kids have a great time running around and playing games without me being concerned or having to refill the card. They also have a huge full bar and you can grab an adult beverage and chase the little ones around. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. And if you are exhausted after your experience, you can grab a booth and have a meal. It's a very large place so they are rarely fully packed.

This Dave & Buster location has a classic setup--a big restaurant and bar in front with the arcade behind it. It's spacious and generally not too crowded, making it easy to enjoy the games without long waits. You can grab a drink and carry it around while playing, which adds to the fun atmosphere. Prices: I purchased a ticket with a $3 activation fee, and you can load it with as many points as you'd like. It's $25 for 100 tokens. Be sure to ask about their unlimited pass for the month--it might be a great deal if you plan on visiting often! It's located in a mall, so there's plenty to do before or after your visit. We didn't check out the prize selection too closely, but it seemed to have some unique options. Paid garage parking is available, and they accept credit cards. Big plus--my 5-year-old had an absolute blast! We drove from Santa Monica, and it was worth the trip. The staff was helpful when we purchased a play card, making our first visit smooth and enjoyable. Great spot for a fun day out! The only downside was the inconsistent restaurant service. No server noticed us when we were first seated by the host, so we eventually left to play more games. Our napkins were still there when we returned, but no one approached us. After waiting again, I had to go to a server to tell her we needed service. When the waiter finally arrived, he admitted he had no idea we were there. It was a miscommunication between the host and the servers, so be prepared for some delays when dining in. They do not validate parking.

Always great fun here! Once you enter the excitement is felt immediately. We received help purchasing a play card. The games are endless. For all ages from the little ones to the teens to adults. We love the games you can score tickets. They have a large sized prize room that you can visit before heading out. While where we ordered boneless buffalo wings and. Endless fries. It was very good. They have a wider variety of options. You won't be disappointed. You have to park in the structure and there's a fee. We had a great time!

Recently visited D&B with a large party event and had a blast! Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The meeting room was clean and orderly. Food was not bad for finger food! The games were pricey but with the added $5 for unlimited "blue" arcade games was absolutely perfect for a great night. So many in our group had such a great time it looks like we will be having more events here! Special thanks to Kayla and Caprice (apologies on the spelling if I got it wrong) You two made the night epic!

Had to get a quick bite before a doctor's appointment across the way. We shared a cheese burger with bacon and fries. It was very tasty. It was pretty quiet and the food came out pretty quickly. Our server was very friendly. This place is like a grown up's Chucky Cheese with an arcade in the back. You enter to a bar in the front and ample seating.

This location has the old style setup with a big restaurant and bar in front with arcade behind it. Do wish it had soda / candy machines so wouldn't have to order a Diet Coke in a glass from a bartender. Food is what you'd expect for fast casual. Games are fun and arcade is clean. Prices seemed reasonable and tickets piled up quickly. Only part we didn't like are the lack of stools to play some games. Similar places usually have them for the games you spend a lot of time at. Overall would recommend.

Had a better time than at the Hollywood location. The other patrons were polite compared to Hollywood. They don't hog the basketball or air hockey for endless games. If they see someone waiting, they finish their game and allow others to play while coming back for more later. We also did that, and it was a nice overall environment. We got drinks at the bar and it was surprising that they jump from Patron Silver to Don Julio 1942 as tequila goes. You'd expect a middle ground like a Don Julio Blanco or a Cristalino but nope, straight to the bougie overpriced stuff lol. Definitely not bad at all. This location is one of the better ones.

It took me a second to write this review but, We had my son's 7th birthday here a couple weeks ago. He and his friends had the BEST TIME. The woman, Joelle, that we booked the room with took great care of us when it came down to understanding what we were getting ourselves into. The staff, particularly JP, edgar and the server, Nasheed went above and beyond for us while we were there and made sure we felt attended to. We even got to some great attention from the GM, Chris, alot of times at large corporations you may feel, unattended or insignificant, but i made sure to get all the names of the staff here because them making sure that our family and our guests felt so accommodated was truly a breathe of fresh air

We purchased 3 Eat & Play combos and added $50 to our existing card for the day. The woman at the counter when we first came in was very helpful and we had fun playing the games (although it's hard to find an associate to help you if you need it) but the Service once we went to eat was horrible. There was only one other table being occupied so it was not busy whatsoever. Only the bartender was even remotely helpful letting us know we could seat ourselves. A server was lounging at one of the tables on her phone and let us know to sit in another section, so we picked one where the bartender could see us to get some service. After about 10 mins of looking around for someone so that we could order, I got up and finally found a server who told us our server didn't see us and would be over shortly. After another few mins our server finally showed up to take our order. I'm disappointed in the lack of service since like it said it was not busy and they looked like they were adequately staffed.

Wow! I had no idea Dave & Busters was so big! This is my first time (yes, my first time) at here. Before going I knew what it was about tho. I call it the adult version of chuckie e cheese. The game room is humongous!! They have so many games is crazy! Also private rooms for birthday parties. We stopped on at the one at Howard Hughes center. We checked it out in between movies and just had a beer and the bar while the finals were playing. So I can't really review their food just yet. But I will definitely be back.

Came here Saturday night to grab something to eat since I didn't end up staying for games. Just noting the nachos were surprisingly good. I had it without meat. My server was also accommodating as my friend and I took a while deciding what we wanted.

First time coming to this location. My son had a play date with a friend from elementary school so we decided to meet half way from where we both live. Had a great time playing games and catching up. It's been a few years. The food was delicious. I normally dint eat at my local Dave and busters cause I don't like the quality of the food but somehow it was different here. I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich and my son got the smash burger sliders and both were really fresh and tasted amazing. However ..... it took over an hour for our food to arrive after we placed the order. And it didn't come together. Our friends got half of their order first and e minutes later the rest then I told them to eat so it doesn't get cold and our waitress kept on telling us their are backed up in the kitchen.... Then my son's food came after another ten mins and mine came after everyone had finished eating. Very annoying and unacceptable honestly....but we didn't want to make a big deal since we were enjoying our time together. Then we immediately regretted ordering the smores cheesecake cause it literally took thirty minutes to get it. Now that's something they didn't bake at that moment ... right ???? Anyway they need to work on their customer service big time. Our waitress was missing half of the time so we had to chase her down to ask her what is going on with our orders..... long story. Don't want to bore you But overall a good location, very spacious dining area and gaming area. Lots of games to chose from.

This place takes the crown for the absolute worst service ever. Everything felt DIRTY--like, do-you-even-clean-this-place dirty. To top it off, we got our appetizers before our drinks, and the apps took forever, so... yeah, not a great start. Getting the bill was a 20-minute saga. We asked multiple times, and our waitress kept saying, "They're working on applying your discount." Um, who is "they"? You're our waitress! And it was just the happy hour discount--not exactly rocket science. Oh, and the food? Hair in the mozzarella sticks (yep, you read that right), and everything else was painfully bland. Would I come back to play games? Sure. Would I ever touch their food or drinks again? Absolutely not.

It's in a mall, so plenty of things to do both in and outside of the place. It's very spacious and it's generally pretty empty. Personally, I appreciate how quiet and relatively clean this Dave & Buster's is compared to other locations. Granted, I think other locations have more engaging and fun games to choose from in the arcade. The dining area is relatively clean, but also very quiet. Can't speak to the food, but the menu seems similar to any other place.

The service outweighs the food here. $15.99 for order of chicken strips that come out like this is WILD!! Service was good though but dam!! Wouldn't get this again

First time at this location. Nice staff and variety of games. Didn't eat the food , just visited for the games. The virtual reality gameplay was spectacular. Glad they had an immersive vr game but it's $6 per person separately purchased at the clerk entrance desk. Unfortunately some of the machines are slightly damaged from rough users. Be gentle with the equipment because the halo, free throw basket ball, and Mario kart had malfunctions and damaged buttons. Made it difficult to play sometimes. This location wasn't as bad as some experienced. The crowd was moderate for a Saturday night. I had a great time here and will return. Parking is only $4.50 and restrooms are in the kids section of the gaming area.

Really unfortunate that they advertise the wrong prices for their prizes and then when you go to buy them they don't uphold the ticket prices. Really will never come back to this location because they don't care about the customers

Great way to ruin a 10 year old birthday party! Worst experience ever! Server was horrible! Annoyed with us from the beginning. Totally ignoring our table. We had to clean ourselves so we could make room for the cake. If you don't like people and kids maybe it's time for a new job. I only give a 2 star because of the manager. She was super sweet. Food was decent. Give yourself a favor and look for a different venue or just have a party at home. At the end you would have to clean up after yourself either way.

This place has seriously declined. After being seated, we waited 35 minutes, and not a single server came by--not even to take our drink order. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, with plenty of open tables, so there was no clear reason for the lack of service. Needless to say, we left and took our business to Islands.

First off, the server Jamal at this location is a gem... personable, attentive, and genuine. The way he connected with my son (6y) warmed my heart. He truly made our night with his personality and humor, and I could see him giving that charm to the other tables as well. Our food was hot , drinks good, and all the games worked. I don't know what others are complaining about, that's not any of my business lol!!!

I would give a zero if I could service was horrible the blond girl and the girl next to her asked if we where over 18 which one of us was but said no you gotta sit over there but there where plenty kids sitting around then the guy bringing the drinks was cutting me off while speaking. The blond girl so rude that made me leave never coming here again

Kayla at the bar was top tier. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and just genuinely lovely. Make sure she's working when you come in. Drinks were amazing and she anticipated our every need. Outstanding

Decided to update my previous review from 3 stars to 4. I've since visited a few times and my experience has been much better, they must've just had a bad day when I first reviewed which happens! Thank you to the manager who reached out as well to try and make things right. Customer service has been a lot better since then! Food, drinks and overall vibe are great. We started visiting weekly now!

Wow. What HORRIBLE service. I met up here with about 6 others on a very slow Monday. I went up to the bar after about waiting for 15 minutes for a waiter to ask if someone could come over and take our order. He stated someone would come. 20 minutes passed and nobody showed up. So i went back and asked a different person and she said someone would come. And then to top it all off, I overheard them talking to each other and the male bartender said "i already told them someone is going, now they're really gonna wait." I kept it to myself and didn't say anything for the sake of not causing a scene. What a way to treat customers. Finally after waiting over half an hour, our waiter showed up. We were there to celebrate a graduation which is the only reason we stayed. Simply unacceptable

The staff here is really something else. We seated ourselves and waited for the servers to come by. We were a bigger group and no one had came to wait on us. So my husband told the bartender and they said someone would be right with us. No one came! So he went to tell another girl at the bar and she said "if you don't have a server, how did you get food??" When only some of us had food because they changed tables and got there before the rest of the party. Well that same girl went to tell the guy that we were waiting and he said "they already told me they needed a server, now they're really gonna wait!" Like what???? We can hear you!!!!! Such horrible service. Took us sooooo long to order and get our food!! They hire people without interviewing them clearly. Beyond rude!

WHEN: Wednesday @6:30pm I never thought I'd ever come back to Dave & Busters in my life, but this was a work team outing for the holidays. PARKING: there's a parking lot that charges by the hỏi. When you exit the structure don't follow the giant D&B sign--it's an ad not the actual place. We had reservations and it didn't take long for them to set that up. In order to do HAPPY HOUR, you had to be in the bar area. If you want to use the RESTROOM, you'll have to go all way in the back, past the entire arcade/gaming area. Here's what I had: GARLIC PARMESAN TRUFFLE FRIES - $10.95 with pesto aioli and 7-spice aioli. Didn't taste the truffle but still a decent appetizer to share. I like both sauces and appreciated how the 7-spice aioli wasn't too spicy. But be sure to eat it quick cuz it's not too tasty when it gets to room temperature. CHIMICHURRI BOWL - $13.95 Grilled asparagus, roasted cauliflower, seasoned avocado, sweet peppers, lemon mint yogurt sauce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, chimichurri rice. + Grilled Steak $7.00 You can also add salmon, chicken and shrimp too! I forget that having your steak cooked medium isn't the same as higher end restaurants that are known for steak, so mine was a bit tough with barely any pink at the center. This plate seemed like too much food. There wasn't enough of the lemon yogurt sauce and the cauliflower was humungous. I wish it was deep fried. The asparagus seemed old--I could barely bite through it. It tasted like thick straw so the texture wasn't great. Although the tomatoes were flavorful as well as the rice, there's just too much of it. I didn't care for the pickled red cabbage. The only thing good about this dish was the avocado. The chim Mochi ri sauce was fine but too salty for my taste. Overall it was fine. The service was good. I didn't really play any games cuz a coworker told me the last time he was here he contracted Hand Foot Mouth disease. So I just played the simple games of shooting coins into piles to earn tickets. If anything gets stuck just let a staff member know and they will open the machine and grab the items like the collectible cards you worked so hard for. The prize selection you redeem your digital tickets for its just ok. To have anything decent you'll need at least a thousand. I like how everything is on a card now: playing credits and tickets earned.

I usually go here during the afternoon time but I went last night after the movies to get a drink. We sat at the bar for about 15-20 min and no one attended us. The place was really dirty , we didn't even get offered a menu or got looked at . When asking the women bartender who continued to be at the register for more than 10 min. if I could get a menu she said " There's a lot of people ahead of you, you're going to have to wait" when all I asked was for a menu . There was no need for attitude of hers. There were multiple people waiting to be attended and didn't get attended . The only one who seemed to be doing most of the work was the young man with long braids.

I really want to come in and like this place because my kids have so much fun playing here but the employees here are just overworked or something.. I threw my son's 10 th birthday party here in January for 35 ppl and it was not worth what I spend .. mind you I still tipped 20% .. Joelle is the worst sales person ever.. 3 months later it's spring break and the kids wanted to come back.. I said fine.. we came just to play the games .. not to eat the food.. but I got thirsty and decided to have one drink.. just one .. I went to the bar with my boyfriend and we stood there for like 5 min nobody greeted us mind you it was dead! so we sat down maybe that way they would pay attention.. finally the bartender came.. didn't say hi he just said what can I get you .. his name is Andrew .. my boyfriend asked me something and Andrew immediately turned around and walked away from us like so impatient.. I told him wait I'm ready to order and he said what will it be I said just one beer .. and he walked away again and he then turned around and said I'll come back when you show me i.d. I was just so shocked at how rude he was .. I said ok I showed him my id and he gave me my beer but said we couldn't sit at the bar because my boyfriend didn't have an id on him which was fine .. we weren't planning on sitting there anyway ... his energy was just so rude and negative.. no hospitality at all no patience .. put me in the worst mood ever .. I just don't recommend this place .. especially for big groups don't spend your money here.. not worth it ..

Almost raw bacon on the new Cali Avo Ceasar Salad. Avo is guacamole, not avocado. VERY disappointing. The fries were good.

I went here on a Friday evening and the place was somewhat packed. They no longer have the Eat and Play deal anymore, so keep that in mind. When I arrived I was told I could sit anywhere I wanted and that someone would take my order. I sat near the pool tables as they were the only tables that could fit my group of seven. The floor was dirty and looked like food had been stepped on. The chairs and tables were sticky and had some liquid on them. A young lady came and took our drink orders and I asked her if she could send someone to clean the area. She came back about ten minutes later to wipe down the chairs and tables. The young lady who took our order was very polite and friendly, I will update this review once I can verify her name. Our food took about an hour to get to our table and was very subpar quality. I ordered fries with Barbacoa meat and they were very bland and not tasty. The guacamole was brown, and the taste was bland. The lady who brought our food out was very rude and basically ignored us when I asked for utensils. No utensils were provided, I had to go ask for some from the bar staff. The game area was decent, they had a few machines that were out of order with no signage. Would I come here again? For the games, maybe I would but I suggest eating before or after. The food here is very bland and in my opinion not worth their prices.

Adult arcade with a full-service bar, pool tables, and private event areas. Came here on a Tuesday night around 10pm and stayed until closing at midnight. The machines to fill up your card are by the counter. There were a couple of issues with the dodgeball game taking our tickets but not actually working, but when we got an employee to help, he gave us a free play on a game and also gave us back our tickets, so that was nice. You can get alcohol and carry it around the games. We didn't look at the prizes available, but there seemed to be quite a bit of originality. Paid garage parking available. Credit cards accepted.

We didn't go to the play area, only ate near the bar. We will not return. The service was ok. He brought us the wrong food initially, but it wasn't a huge deal. The cheeseburger was fine. The chicken strips, however, were a rip-off. We got tiny pieces of chicken, not strips. I refuse to patronize a store that rips people off. And a plate was dirty, so there's that.

Food came out on time but customer service isn't great ... the lady that is working the bar here on 12/9/2024 is the worst server ever , Attitude is very horrible and I don't think working at a nice establishment as this shouldn't have her working here she doesn't deserve to have such an great opportunity with such a nasty rude attitude.....

they were charging $10 cover - unbelievable. wasted my time driving all the way over. I spend hundreds of dollars here as it is and they're gonna charge a cover like they're a happening club? no other D&B location does this that I'm aware of; doesn't matter if it's a Saturday or not. thankfully I was able to get out of the parking before the $3 fee kicked in. nickel-and-diming everywhere you turn nowadays.

Every negative thing you've heard about this place is likely true. Service: Upon entering, we were not greeted and the girl had a nasty attitude when we asked what options were available for purchasing tickets/points (as if she had somewhere else to be lol). Games: The basketball was missing 2 balls so our time was up quickly because we had 1 ball to work with. Also the skeeball had NO BALLS. YEA, NO BALLS. We paid once because we thought we did something wrong, but the credit was drawn and no balls came out. Then we paid again and still no balls. So then we called a "game tech" who never came so we had to grab another one. What a joke. This place is super ratchet. Stay far away. I'd much rather play arcade games on my phone--it's that bad here.

Service was terrible. Took too long to even acknowledge my party of 5 seated at the bar!Bartender had to repeat orders and still got them wrong. People around me who I ordered before received and finished food, and when I eventually asked about my food I was told I never ordered, even though he repeated it back to me. My parties Cajun shrimp pasta was watery and sausage was undercooked. Wings were the wrong order as well. Then there was a shift change. New bartender had long nails and was flipping his hair after touching glasses. took time to even get the bill was squared away. Myself and party have decades behind the bar and are very understanding but tonight was just too much, and I never leave reviews and I won't say names. Just do better.

Conveniently located near the 405 FWY. There's a parking structure nearby (we paid $12 and parked for 8 hrs...I believe that's the max they'll charge). We came here to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Their party rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable seating, a big screen TV and sound system. The staff was very friendly and helpful (inside our party room). We had buffet style, typical kids menu items such as Cheeseburger, fries, Mac and cheese, wings (but were more like tenders), mini dogs, etc. The games and arcade area is awesome, clean and updated. 2 pool tables in their billiards section. Big & small bar areas with iced complimentary water on both bar counters. Restrooms were clean. Shout out to our server Marcus, who was extremely attentive and helpful...he made sure we were good the entire time. Overall, we had a great time at this location and will return. Definitely a great spot to celebrate a kids birthday or just go for dinner, enjoy the bar & watch sports.

Such a great place to enjoy a good time with friends and/or family. I thoroughly enjoyed the arcade game and watching the sports in the restaurant. I'll definitely be returning!

Lucky did a great job servicing me and my family today. He was our waiter and we ordered the Mediterranean protein bowl, boneless wings, a burger and fries, a salad, and another burger with fries. Some mistakes were made which might've been part of his fault but it's not a big issue to me because we as people all mistakes. I would've personally tipped him but I'm low on money and I don't know if the people with me would've liked that deicison of mine because they minded his mistakes to a notable extent. Have a safe rest of your weekend lucky and thank you for being so helpful in helping me deicde what I wanted to order by giving me a gauge of how big the dishes were and what he preferred. Management please don't let his food service go unoticed and readers please make sure to let people know when you appreciated their service and not just when you didn't appreciate it.
