Dave & Buster's Memphis

I visited during my vacation in Memphis and have to highlight Jessica’s amazing service she was so fun and friendly! The place is incredible; I can’t even describe how much fun I had playing it made me feel like a kid again. The drinks are fantastic, and while the food is a bit spicy, you can ask them to leave the spice out if that’s not your thing. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

I went here for an early birthday celebration with friends. You'd think it would be easy to get service on a Sunday afternoon/evening. But that wasn't the case at all. My friends and I sat at the bar, and 40 minutes went by before anyone acknowledged us. Then we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our drinks. The servers consistently looked at us but no one ever came to take our food order. One of my friends had to walk up to the register and flag down one of the servers. Another 40 minutes or so later, we get our food and it's cold. Nothing was fresh. Not even the fries. Since we'd already paid for our game cards before getting food, we played a few games for two hours maybe. But after that kind of service, we just wanted to leave and not even be bothered to come back.

The food was fresh and delicious, but it does not make up for the lack of service. I ordered water while everyone else drank alcoholic beverages and had to ask for it multiple times and did not receive it until after the food came out. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment, and I travel and try new things constantly. We were there for a celebration and didn't even play games due to the poor experience. We ordered dessert first and had to ask for it twice and received it last.

I come here quite regularly at least twice a week every week and it’s always been a good time but yesterday on 12/29 I was so uncomfortable I was sitting with my guest while my kids were playing and I was asked how many guest were in my party and I told the lady 4 she told me I had to move and find another table they all were nasty which is why I sat where I sat in one of the bigger booths plus myself plus guest and kids aren’t petite either so I really felt discriminated and disrespected we got up and moved and I walked around to find another table they were all still dirty so I let the lady know that who asked me to move she told me they were trying to find a towel so I said ok so we were just standing in the walk way for a few minutes and I can’t stand long one of the ladies told me a tall table was available I looked at the table it was a tight fit and I’m nor my guests are petite so I told her I couldn’t sit there because of my neurological disorder and my guest is handicap as well she just looked at me and told me I’d have to wait I told her I couldn’t stand up much longer so I walked over to I assume a manager she had an ear piece in her ear I asked her if she was a server she just smirked and said no while she was just standing there at the counter finally got a clean table after waiting a good 10 or so minutes maybe longer. Then there was another wait to wait on a server no menus on the table to see what I wanted to order I walked to the bar the same lady was still standing there I asked if I could place a order at the bar she shut me down smirking and said your server will be around shortly. My server finally came she was very professional and pleasant but the manager or whoever she was is bad for business she didn’t say much she kept her words short and did more smirking and shaking her head than anything else. I got my order in the food was good but my drink looked and tasted like water most definitely wasn’t a long island ice tea. Overall I left feeling some type of way I still tipped my server because she did her job but the other 2 ladies couldn’t have been anymore unprofessional

For my son’s 16th birthday I took him and one of his older brothers to Dave & Buster’s. We ordered food before playing. Service was good but slow. We each ordered a hamburger and fries, and it felt like it took forever to get the food to us. The waitress was very nice, very helpful but again the food just took forever. Our burgers and fries were good and cooked well. After eating we chose to play and if you don’t know this, Wednesday’s are half price play day. Which means if you go and buy $55 card when you go to play it will equal to like $110. Now you don’t get extra credits on your card, it’s just that each game cost half of what it normally would. We took $55 and played on it for like 2 1/2 hours and walked away with 4200 tickets. I do recommend giving Dave & Buster’s a try if you were into playing games. It’s definitely a date night recommendation.

This was the second visit at this particular store. It was my wife and I anniversary ❤️. The server najee was awesome. Very attentive, understood our needs despite the objective of a frozen drink. She never had to write anything down. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. If you do come just ask for her she will make you feel like your welcomed. The food she recommended was great and out in a timely manner. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The atmosphere is nice and food is good. There was not a long wait food, and service was moderate. But the they refuse to honor there promotion, despite me clearly asking for it when I arrived. That is shaded business practices. Double checking your receipt before paying.

Really disappointed. Went here to celebrate my birthday with one other person. There were maybe 4-5 other tables that people were sitting at so it wasn’t busy at all. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a server to notice us we got menus and after waiting another 15 minutes she came back to take our drink order but we ordered truffle fries and a flat bread pizza at the same time because we had so much time to look at the menu. There were at least 4 other servers and a manager around the bar chatting. We bought game tickets on the app because there was a deal while we were waiting for our food. After waiting for an hour and another table that sat down after us got their food before ours was even started we decided to not stick around for our fries and pizza and just use our tickets. If we didn’t buy the game tickets we would have just left. Really disappointed because the manger didn’t care, he was just joking around with the servers and cooks for that hour. We didn’t even get comp drinks which was a flavored lemonade that was too sweet. Server was nice but not very good at her job. We asked about our food after 40 minutes of waiting and she seated a whole new table walking in and got them beers and forgot to check our food. We are big tippers because we both worked in the industry and we get it but this place wasn’t busy and it was just a pizza and fries while tables that had 4+ people that arrived after us get their food. Don’t waste your time or money. Just go to incredible pizza or that other arcade in town.

I went in on a Saturday with two kids and their dad. Service was so so slow. And at first everyone acted as if they hated their job. We sat at our table for food service around 3:30. We didn't get our food in until 410 and that's when a server finally came around. I want to give a compliment to the blonde woman with glasses who finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed service. You sent your BEST server and for that I am grateful. I can't remember my name but he was awesome. Our food came out quick and hot and he made sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind. Thank you! As for the ambiance again everyone else looked miserable except for the children running around. The bathrooms were a bit gross but the food was so so good. I recommend the lemon pepper wings.

Worst service ever. I arrive today with a party of six and the waitress that attends us acts like she doesn't want to be there to begin with. We order our food and don't get the drinks till about 30 minutes later followed by some of food a few minute later. The waitress only came and checked in on us once even tho we tried getting her attention. By the time it comes to pay they try to add a mandatory gratuity saying we are a party of 7. I explain we are not and they say they will fix the issue but by the time it's time to pay they are still charging me 20%. I try and explain to the lady we are not 7 people and she says she knows but tip is automatically charged whenever ANYONE pays. After explaining to her multiple times that's not how that works I choose to tip based off service she finally called a manager over. We split the check and the other person with me got charged automatic 20% without them noticing. If you dine here make sure you pay attention right before you pay cause she showed me total flips the machine around right before paying she clicked her own tip suggestion. Loved coming for my kids but I doubt I'll be back.

We were gonna go to Dave & Busters tonight (New Year's Eve) because we didn't have a lot of options with our 20 year old son. The website showed they had an 21+ event scheduled for 9 pm, so I thought we were okay showing up at 6 pm to eat and play some games. The girl at the counter said her boss said to run everyone under 21 out at 7 pm, so we left. Would have been nice if this info had been on the website.

33 mins now and still no drinks and still haven't been able to order food! I have to drive 45 mins every time the kids want to come and play and the service here is absolutely the worst. The waitresses are super nice but Since this place first open it just keeps going down. I spend a lot of money here having a family of 7 and it's got to change. We use to come here when it first open atleast once a week but as the service gets worse and the prices increase our visits have decreased. I wish there was something else to do like this in a better part of town that's closer. So much potential.

We had a good time celebrating with the kiddos. It's a nice size establishment and a great addition to the city of Memphis. Of course, the highlight of the visit here was the food for me. They have a variety of things that you can choose from that kid and adult friendly and might I add they have healthy options as well. We started out with the nachos. They were a shareable size. They are loaded with chicken, queso cheese, black beans and other ingredients. We also had traditional and boneless wings. For my entree, I had the Salmon dish with mash potatoes and asparagus. Everything taste delightful. The price point is also good. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because the lack of staff. It took nearly 30 minutes to get water and our order taken. The server was great and of course it wasn't her fault. Dave and Busters just has to be mindful that it's graduation/summer season and they have an increase of groups that will be popping in.

Currently they have a great deal if you sign up for half price food which we decided to take advantage of. Service was extremely slow even though the place was essentially empty at noon on a Sunday. If you're ready to eat and are hungry this isn't the place to come. Upon questioning the long wait turns out the sever never submitted the order The music is so loud in here essentialy impossible to possible to have a conversation with anyone even your server. You are forced to just point to what you want on the menu. Tons of games and TVs. It should also be said the place is very clean, if you told me they open a few weeks ago I would believe you so big shout out to them for that!! When the food finally arrived it was ok. Service overall was lacking with 1 staff member for every person seated, it seems training and oversight are seriously lacking.

First time coming to Dave & Buster's was on August 26, 2023. What can I say you will be amaze with the bunch of games they have. Me and my friend spent about three hours just trying out different games Dave & Buster's have to offer. What cool is that you can trade your ticket points for an appetizer, entries, and dessert; of course we took full advantage of that. When we went to the food area it took a little bit for our waiter to serve us, and the foods took a while to get. The foods was so good it was kinda hard to complain. We got the truffle fries, and double pepperoni flatbread for the appetizer, while I got the mushroom stout burger as my entries. The truffle fries was so freaking good and the double pepperoni flatbread pretty much almost made me full. The mushroom stout burger was cooked really well and couldn't wait to bite more into it when I'm not full.

Very disappointed with my most recent visit. I made a reservation for my party of 8 people. We came in and sat for 30 minutes with no service so we stopped the manager who finally took our drink orders. We waited another 30 minutes with no drinks. We walked up to the bar and they said they were making our drinks right now. Another 25 minutes go by, we go back up the the bar for them to tell us they were out of blue moon and my friend ordered a Coors when she tasted it, it tasted NOTHING like coors. We left it on the bar and walked out of the doors. An hour and 35 minutes of waiting. Not even a drink. Sad.

A fun place to play. A horrible place to attempt to eat. My kids and I played for an hour and then were famished. My son went to the front desk to ask whether we sat ourselves or waited for someone to seat us. The front desk told my son that the customer seats themselves in the dining room. When we headed back to a seat, a waitress yelled over to us that we were not allowed to sit ourselves and that we had to wait at the hostess stand. We had been playing this game of "what do we do" for about 15 minutes and not one person had been standing over at the host station to seat people. So we headed over to the host station and waited. And waited. The restaurant was not full. Tables were not clean. And not one person came over...looked over.....breathed our way. In all honesty this probably saved us some really horrible food and bad service based on what we were witnessing. We stood at this station for a long time and then finally left. Every time we have attempted to eat in this establishment over the past 5 years, this exact same type of thing has happened. Poor service. Wait staff that has failed to wait on us so we left. Wait staff failing to seat us. Wait staff failing to bring our food. We won't make the same mistake again. We just won't try to get seated. And....Dave and Busters Mananagement....instead of placating patrons with a "we understand" or "we missed the mark", why not try to actually fix the problem, since it obviously is a reoccurring issue?

Waited almost an hour for our appetizers. People that got there after us was seated, fed and left even before our appetizer was delivered. Very disappointing compared to previous experiences at this establishment. Great place to play games but not eat.

Me and BF went to D&B's for date night, May 17. He shoots pool, so we were really excited to see they pool tables. That was the only good thing that happened. First, we were seated away from all the other customers, in a somewhat isolated area (not much traffic). We initially thought this was cool, since we were on a date and it'd be a bit quieter. It was quieter, it was so quiet, it seems we were forgotten. We placed our drink order and they never came. The waiter came back and seemed shocked that we hadn't been brought the drinks. We put in our appetizer and dinner order. NEITHER of which came. Because we're chatting away, we didn't realize how much time had past. I got up and was looking for the waiter, found him and was like, where's the drinks, the food, something. Again, he's shocked that we have nothing. More time passes and he brings food...NOT OURS! I'm like really. He blames it on the kitchen staff. I would be inclined to be more patient and understanding with the mishaps if it was a busy night....IT WASN'T. He left again, on the hunt for our food. Mind you...we still have NO drinks!!! We're starving and we both agreed to just leave! It was just ridiculous service!!! DO BETTER!!!

As an adult nearly 60 years old it is a bit over stimulating to me. But it's not supposed to be a quiet diner so I get it. I came here because they show the UFC fights and I wanted to watch the fight while I was in town for the weekend. I had a steak salad and it was great but the real winner was the chocolate cake with ice cream. I hope my doctor doesn't see this review as I am not supposed to eat much sugar but wow that was a great desert.

Poor Customer Service. Very unprofessional. My family and I went there on Sunday and purchased a play card and also wanted to have dinner. We walked past the hostess stand because there was no one there. The only waiter on the floor in the bar area told us someone was coming. We went back and were told to sit and handed 5 menus. No hello, no someone will be right with you. Afterward the hostess sat at the stand scrolling on her cellphone. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. After we seen the only waiter on the floor at a booth scrolling on his phone we lost faith and decided to leave. The manager and three other employees walked by us not even inquiring if we had been helped or why we were leaving.

Surprisingly the service was quick. We came later on a Saturday night so I expected it to be super busy. But we sat at the bar and our order was taken immediately I like that you can scan a barcode and order when you are ready.

AWFUL SERVICE we didn't get a server for a hour and when we did it took over a hour to even get the drinks while complaining

the games was fun, the service was horrible. i asked for pigs in a blanket, the came out cold, and raw. worst place ever. will never come here again.

Poor service & food quality. We came on Monday night for all-you-can-eat wings. We thought it was fairly slow/empty for such a good deal. Well, we soon figured out why. I ordered the bone-in wings; they are terrible; the meat had an off-taste. I think they fry them with no season & they just add the sauce on the outside. We ordered burgers & fries, they came out burnt & cold. If you choose to visit, don't waste your time ordering food, just play the game. & oh....no refill on any drinks including cokes.

The only thing that was good there was the staff personalities...other than that Machines don't work properly and the the wait list to eat is ridiculous I'm just saying a 4 hour wait to eat frfr...I will never return here due to this..

Ive gone to many Dave & Buster's across the country and this is by far the worst. Re: ambiance, the prize room is frequently untidy and understocked. It makes it difficult to want to use your tickets when you cant trust the experience. Re: food, I literally waited 45 minutes once at the bar for a bartender to even acknowledge me. By the time I was served, the bartender gave me a free beverage due to the extreme wait time. If I take my family there now, I immediately presume Im going to get little to no service. Re: service, I do like how swiftly their game technicians support the broken machines. On the whole, I struggle to enjoy this site of a chain that Ive really enjoyed going to for years.

Good times, fun games. Great way to relax. Drink a few beers. Eat a tasty burger and hangout. Service is on point. Ordered the cheese burger and they brought out the beastmode on accident. Server fixed it ASAP without issue. Great service , good food. Fun games and overall a great place to chill. Highly recommend.

Food quality is much better than I anticipated. Service is good once you get their attention. You are kind of left languishing if you come in to dine vs game. Thanks for the response, I've been back and had a great experience.

My review is specifically about our server Lacy. I have never, ever had a server go so far above and beyond as this woman did! I'm a bit of a service snob bcz I once was a server and I mean to tell you she is impressive! Not only did she cater to the 4 yr old in our party but she was also gracious to the person with Down Syndrome who was also in our party. She anticipated needs before we even thought about having the need. Whenever you're in Memphis looking for an arcade evening at D and B, seek to sit in her section!! The place itself was as clean as expected food was better than expected, and three hours went by in a blink. A good time was had by all.

The drinks are amazing and well-priced and the food is good, but the service here is the worst. My group of three and I first went to sit in the restaurant area. It was mostly empty, but the indifferent hostess said that there was a thirty minute wait. We went to the bar and sat for fifteen minutes without being seen. We encountered an indifferent bartender who was all business and only came to give us drinks and our tickets. When we moved to a table at the bar, we hoped for better service. The poor, hardworking waitress had to work the whole area because NO ONE else was working the floor. It took us an hour and a half to get food. If you choose to come here, expect less than mediocre service. Everything else is great.

I don't watch much tv and I honestly didn't know what this place was. I noticed it on yelp and dropped in to check it. What grabbed my attention was pictures on their page of a triple bacon burger. They were posted by the business instead of by a customer. Actually, I thought they were probably dressed up for photography and I intended to call them out believing my burger would not compare to their pictures. I was dead wrong about that. That burger was everything I've ever wanted from a burger. I think my pictures speak for themselves and I think the owners would be proud to have served that burger to a customer. It had a couple interesting twists to it. What looked like a mayonnaise disaster actually turned out to be a type of cheese. I've forgotten what it was now and I don't feel like figuring it out. I came in for lunch. I could care less about all those arcade games. If you have kids these days you know that all contemporary toys have batteries and speakers and they make noise. You know how a wound up wild child can get on your nerves making noise when you need your quiet time. Sometimes you want to just throw that noise making toy out of a moving truck. Imagine a thousand toys like that all turned up to 10 and all going off at once with each one making different noises. For me the noise was unbearable. It wasn't just the volume, it was like 1000 irritating noises all at once. I especially disliked the fact I had to walk three miles right through the heart of the noisy activity to access the bathrooms. A few weeks ago, I hurt my foot and had to use crutches. These bathrooms would have been too far to have been accessible to someone who has trouble getting around. Lucky I'm walking fine again these days. It's still too far. The restaurant area should be more separate and have its own amenities. Service was fine. Although the burger was exceptional, I felt like I paid dearly for it. It was expensive. I'd definitely recommend the burger if you have the cash, but don't forget the earplugs.

Great for family night with games and good food. The server was good but the host was not pleasant. We had never been and walked in and found a table to seat ourselves because there was no one at the hostess stand for a long while. Of course once we got seated, the host came and made us get up and wait to be seated. I didn't understand that as we were seated around the tables near the bar. Maybe he was flexing his muscles because where we sat ourselves, we were at a table that could seat all of us. When he seated us about 45 minutes later, we were made to sit at two different tables and not together. Anyway, the waitress tried her best to make up for it. We appreciated that after a long day of travel. Go and have a good time just don't seat yourself!

Of course it is an arcade so it is pricey but the boys had a good time playing the games. Can't say much about the prizes or the food. I just wanted the boys to have fun and spend some time with me.

Games and arcade was fun. Waited over an hour for our table. Paid $60 never got all of our food and asked the servers multiple times about said food. The server had a very bad attitude. Would not recommend eating here! The food that we never got was our entree and we also asked for to-go boxes multiple times and never received any.

Terrible service. They said they have 1 cook. Worst experience ever!! The front receptionist was very rude and on her phone the entire time. Wouldn't even look up when people were at the desk. Will never go back

I know they just opened but REALLY???!!!! Extremely poor service and below average food. I don't think they were expecting the Memphis market to be this busy to start or they just were not prepared for it on this night. 6pm on a Sunday and already out of wings....lol Waited an HOUR AND HALF for food that wasn't good at all. All of the managers that I observed were just casually walking or standing around showing no sense of urgency or leadership. Been to a lot of D&B's across the country and was really excited to have one in Memphis finally. I hope they get things together and this one is on par with other locations. The place does look nice though. Lots of TV's and plenty of space. A lot of games and a good vibe in the building. Sadly, not much else for a family to do in Memphis so I'm sure this location will always be packed.

I really enjoyed their opening event. It felt like a giant party and a Funquest for adults. I was a little bummed that their buffet was not the food they serve in their restaurant but rather what you get when you cater with them. I don't really have any opportunities to do so but I will keep them in mind if the chance pops up. I would come back with friends but most of the games were things I can play at home or things I'm not interested in. I did see a few horror games I wouldn't mind trying out next time. Antonio the waiter is amazing. They were so busy I had multiple people take a drink order for me and not get it, until he came by and was able to get my drink immediately. I was asking for water and a mixed drink. Thankfully he was able to bring me water almost right away. I was here for their grand opening night and had so much fun!! I'm so happy Memphis finally has a Dave & Buster's! The drinks were really good and the games were so much fun! The place is huge! I was there during happy hour and ordered the Frose, which I would definitely recommend to all wine lovers! It was like a slushy wine. You can't beat the happy hour prices! The "over under" shots we ordered weren't on the happy hour but they were worth the splurge! You also get to keep the shot glasses which was a nice surprise! The service was great even though it was super busy! Steven was really nice and accommodating! My sister and I had a blast and we will definitely be back!

Good food just don't get the nachos. It's just a bunch of chips with a drizzle of cheese and like three jalapeño slices.

Horrible service. Never greeted in 1.5 hours at the bar. Finally ordered on the scan to order after 20 minutes and drink never came. Had to ask the bartender to check the service station and was met with hostility. Worst Dave and Buster's I've ever been to hands down.

We traveled from out of town. Just know if you order your food be at the table and be willing to wait a long wait time because they WILL NOT remake it for for you. They don't have a buzzer system in place like other places. We were unaware that we wouldn't be notified when our food would arrive after we ordered and waited 20mins at the table. our children wanted to play while we waited so we accompanied them back on the floor to play. They did however issue a refund.

The games were fun , had an amazing time playing the games. Never got seated for food , there was an 45min wait time for a table for 2 and completely no bar seats available, we signed up to be alerted for a table via text. We ended missing the alert , so I ask the young man (who didn't seem to care as he kept scrolling through his phone) if we could be set up for another alert for when another table opens up, he said it was no problem and he'd take care of it and have us seated. He never got our information again and I'm positive he didn't remember my info by heart with the constant customers, so I was already sure he didn't do as he stated... We ended the night with just about 10k tickets took home some cool prizes (Spongebob Monopoly, Phone Earbuds, & more) another younger man with the staff at the rewards counter tried to stiff us as well but that problem was resolved fast as I requested to speak with higher authority. Great time overall , I'd suggest training the younger men on the staff to be more respectful and caring toward the customers . Had the two young men who made our night terrible , been a tad bit more respectful this could've easily been a 4-5 star review . I'd go again for fun and games but be prepared to eat elsewhere .

I was surprised to see they were located as an end cap on a strip mall, because other Dave & Buster's I have been too were large standalone locations. But, this place is huge inside. It more than likely took over 2-3 store spaces. Anyhow, it looks fantastic and modern inside. Just the right balance of neon meets dark club lights. The drinks and food are fantastic. I had the opportunity to try the strawberry-watermelon margarita, shrimp & chicken satay appetizers. The gaming is great too. Come on and check it out!

This place is terrible. The service is slow. The staff is rude. And they will close down the drinks without even a last call. Do NOT go here.

By far the worst Dave & Buster's I've ever gone too. I been to 6 in 6 different states. It took nearly two hours for the order to come out, on e out it was cold. Sent back and took nearly an hour for it to be heated and it was still cold. Steak was to be medium and it was not. Could barely chew I because it was extremely tough. Manager deducted from the ticket but that was not the point. Staff is very unfriendly and inattentive! We waited so long for food that the children weren't even able to play with game cards that we purchased prior to sitting for food!

Waited about 1 hour 45 mins for our two simple food orders. Waitress ignored us sitting at the bar and finally said we needed to put it in online. So we created the account and did- took about 30 mins to get a drink WE PUT IN and we're SITTING at the bar which was EMPTY. waitresses seemed more interested in their side conversations. Finally we asked where our food was after 45 mins- she said it would be right out "she just checked on it"... 15 mins later she brought my cold chicken strips (ado not what I ordered lol) and told my bf they were out of his item... took another 25 mins for his food. Which was cold. We asked for one final round of drinks- waitress forgot and after 10 mins brought us two of the WRONG drinks.... I've never had service this bad and I highly suggest not coming here.

The games were a great time. The restaurant was a horrible experience. They text you when they are ready to seat you so you can play games while waiting. I showed back up with family at 6 minutes. Too late I have to go to the end of wait list again. The restaurant was not busy but understaffed. A bunch of dirty tables that had to be cleaned. The front area of restaurant never seated anyone. It remained unseated the whole time we were there. Will return to play games but until the restaurant improves I will eat elsewhere since several establishments in the immediate vicinity. Total wait time was 80 minutes for mediocre food.

A nice place to chill shoot some pool with a friend and play games... the food wasn't that great but I like the atmosphere.

So I ordered food from Dave and Busters the Voodoo pasta to be exact. Of course my food did not come out looking anything like the advertised photo! For one the pasta that is advertised was spaghetti like noodles which is the only reason I ordered it but that is definitely not the type of pasta I got! I got some macaroni type noodles. They didn't put any of the sauces that was suppose to be on the dish which is described in the description on there. I had to tweak it up at home just to make it taste like something. I have had food before from Dave and Busters in Nashville so I expected the Memphis location to be just as good but that is where I was wrong!!!! I definitely won't be eating there again! A complete thumbs down!!!

This is my 2nd time coming to this Dave & Buster's. I brought my daughter & her friends for my daughter's 12th birthday. The experience the 1st time was just ok. Now that I'm back a second time, I have to say that it is much better! We are having a good time & the food is much better!

My children enjoyed playing games but that's about it. Never order their wings unless you like beef jerky textured hot wing. They absolutely are disgusting. I spoke with the manager he was just as bad as the wings( horrible customer service) our server was bad as well she didn't refill our drink or clear the table but walked past us 50 times. I did tip but it was not deserved.

Awesome!! My 6 year old has been dying to go here ever since it opened and now that we finally stopped in for the afternoon it's safe to say that we will be a frequent visitor here throughout the summer haha! GAMING: I was a little disappointed at the number of tokens it took to play most of the games - most of the ones we played were between 6-10 tokens per play (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). Sooooo it goes without saying that the 60+ token I purchased for my six year old only ended up lasting him about 15 minutes/7 or 8 games . Luckily if you sign up on their website https://www.daveandbusters.com/rewards (or at the kiosk in their store) you will receive awesome coupons via email for buying tokens (like buy $10 worth of tokens get $10 with of tokens free and more)! FOOD: Although the food is a little pricey (For two of us to eat our bill was around $35+ which included a pizza, two sodas and two pieces of pie) everything we ordered tasted great and our waitress was not only super friendly but she on top of everything! Overall, you should probably expect to pay a little more for an afternoon of gaming and eating then you would at places like Chucke Cheese or Incredible Pizza Place. But in my opinion between the large variety of games, food and drinks it definitely makes the few extra bucks well worth it!!

We arrived today around 11:30 am to try the Dave & Buster's and the bad experience started as we entered. They only had one person checking people in for the play cards, so the line was long. While my wife got the cards settled, I went to get a table so that we could be to eat. I went to the hostess station and asked for a table for five, the male asked if I wanted to sit in the bar area as they had tables that seated 6, I told him no, I wanted to sit in restaurant. He continued to try to convince me to sit in the bar, until the hostess told him to get a table ready for our party. It seemed like he just didn't want to fix the table, he would rather us not inconvenience him by using a table that requires setting up. We were seated and sat and waited a good 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Mind you , there were only about 1/3 of the tables with customers, so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed. After getting our drink and appetizer order, another 10 minuets goes by before our drinks came. We ordered 4 sweet teas and one water with lime, we got 4 sweet teas and a sweet tea with lime. She took it back and another 5 minuets go by before the water arrived. About 20 minutes after the water arrived, the appetizer arrived. We ordered the large sampler platter, and everything was cold except for the stuffed pizza rolls. While waiting on the appetizer to arrive, we ordered our food. Two orders of fish and chips, an order of salmon, chicken parmigiana, three garden salads, and the ribs. The waitress came back after 10 minutes she came back and told us the ribs would take 20 minuets to cook, as they were out. We said that would be ok. Then she came back and said that there wasn't a garden salad, that we would have to order a salad with chicken and take the meat off. I asked for a menu and showed her where the garden salad was there. She said "Oh", but it was in the machine to put it in. They brought the fish and chips, salads, which they didn't have thousand island after it was told to us as having it, and the salmon. This was at 12:48 and we called the kids to eat. They said that the rods would be 20 minutes more. I asked for malt vinegar for my fish and chips, as that is how you eat it. I waited on the vinegar before I ate. 25 minutes later, after asking 3 times, the vinegar arrived. I put it on the fish and took my first bite, and it tasted great for cold fish. The chicken still had not arrived so three of us had our meals, two didn't. Around 1:30 the chicken arrived, with the promise of ribs still in 20 minuets. After she tried the chicken, it was raw in places, so after that we called to talk with the manager. We told him about the chicken, having to eat the cold fish and chips, and the lack of the ribs. He did apologize and said that he would get the ribs. He said that he wasn't going to charge for the ribs, and we asked if he was going to charge us for the raw chicken. He answered but I didn't hear him as he was walking off as he answered. We waited another 10 minutes and asked for the manager again to find out about the ribs. He said he would go get them, however we watched him go sit at the end of the bar and do nothing. It is 2:00 and still no ribs. We arrived at 11:30, so after 2.5 hours we still haven't gotten all of our food. The manage finally got up, to go eat himself, and we are still waiting for our food. We have given up on the ribs and are getting the check at 2:20pm. The bill came and they charged me for the tea that they took back and exchanged for the water, she took the bill back until the manager comes. The actual manager came and listened to our issues and talked with us and said that he would take care of the check and get ribs if available. The manager fixed the the bill and charged us for only the things that were good. He gave the kids game cards and we are still getting the ribs. I raised my 1 star to a 2 star, and will give them another chance once they have been open a little longer. Now the tea issue. We had 4 sweet teas, got one found of refills, and then they were out of tea. We waited 30 minutes to get tea, and anyone that has seen tea be made in s restaurant knows it doesn't take that long to make.

We went on Saturday 2/16/18. Had a party of 15. I called 2 weeks in advance to ensure my party would be accomdated. Was told it would be no problem and no advance reservation or special booking would be needed. When we arrived, we were told there was a 2-3 hour wait even though I could see there was at least 9 tables that could seat 4 people each available. After working with the manager and hostess team to get seated, we attempted to order food. After a 2.5 hour wait, 50% of our food never came out from the kitchen. We ordered less than $300 in food because we were planning to drink primarily and play games. D&B killed the vibe. The food that came out was wrong. Burgers, but missing fries. Lettuce wraps that were prepared wrong because the waiter captured our order wrong. Watery drinks. Being told our food would be coming out in 12 mins...and 1 hour later still waiting. We had guests who left because they couldn't eat. We got there at 4pm and left at 8PM. We never got a chance to play games because our waiter was so disorganized. Offered to sell us game cards but forgot to actually do that... Finally, the waiter struggled to close out our tickets and repeatedly asking who had what. We spoke to a floor manager who only focused on asking what did we want removed from our check. No concern that we were being held hostage. It was really sad that the guests in my party had to get food from Wendy's up the street as their dinner. I'm a fan of D&B and visit them all over the country but when the wait staff is complaining about how busy they are on their opening week...has to be flagged down to reorder, is talking poorly about the kitchen staff (when every other table was eating)...it's not a good sign. The waiter even said "Give us a month and a half...it will be better then!" We just sat there...confused...and it made us wonder if he even put in our orders... I was floored. After all, the media coverage stated 250 employees work there yet most staff were standing around seemingly shell shocked, constantly bringing the wrong food to tables because the tables don't have table numbers, and we left 20% gratuity because we weren't sure if D&B had a gratuity policy. The way things are going, their wait staff aren't gonna make any money and we aren't those kinda people. My husband is still bummed... This review is meant to help people who are going to D&B expecting to have a grown folks good time...who hate not getting what they ordered...who dislike when management treats them as if are looking to argue or get free food. I was embarrassed for D&B and had to apologize to my guests. On a final note: As we were leaving, the line was out the door and well down the side walk so if you come after 7, be prepared to wait 30 mins to 1 hour just to get inside!!! Also, I don't know if they stop admitting people under 21 after a certain point like most D&B's.

Pre-opening Event was spectacular! Beautiful Space & Great Service. If they stay on this path... it will be a winner. The bar space is gorgeous!
