We got coffee breakfast sandwich and ricotta toast. Coffee was amazing. I tried their coffee before and I always liked it. Would come back to drink again Breakfasts.. definitely not bad, they are ok, but not enough. Portions are quite small given the price and the taste is ok. Getting another baked item may be good if you want to fell full

When I think "coffee shop", Dawn's til Dusk is it. The hip music, smooth coffee, friendly faces, and delicious eats check all the boxes. I ordered an Americano and Lemon, Thyme, and Pistachio Scone. The coffee was smooth and rich. The scone was crumbly and just-right sweet. I was not looking for this spot, but glad I found it.

Dumbos most wonderful waterfront cafe!!! Big and bright and airy, with a menu of beautiful chef-made salads, sandwiches and bowls…and a nice list of wine and beer. For breakfast their egg sandwiches are delicious. Desserts are the best — love the almond cake and the layer cakes too. Don’t sleep on the cookies — their Lucia and the Penelope are the best. The staff is great and they always take such good care of guests. Shop the little market of artisan goods too!! Perfect for hostess gifts. Love love love!!!

I went there just because I was walking and it was an awful hot day! A super nice girl attended me with super good vibes and so patient! She make the beat FlatWhite in all that block!! Thank you so much for your attention and im sorry for not remember the girl name, she was so amazing, perfect to write her name here! The place is very comfortable and the environment looks relax!! Thank you guys!!

Delicious food! It’s a super fair price for NYC. Food it’s delicious and it’s a fair amount and great quality! They had the most beautiful dried flowers arrangement! Loved the vibe too!

Terrible overpriced salads. The Milanese was a reheated piece of chicken with arugula. The salmon salad was canned salmon and canned chickpeas... For $15 Dollars they should at least use fresh ingredients. Good stop only for coffee.

I stopped in to see if they had any vegan / gluten free cupcakes but I think they were out. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was so calm and cute! All they had left were the JUDITH cookies which were both vegan and gluten free. They are coconut toffee cookies and they were so so good! I wasn’t expecting a vegan gluten free cookie to taste that good so it exceeded my expectations!

Sizeable and hip coffee shop close to the Brooklyn waterfront. Pet friendly, with two floors for seating, we went early for coffee and breakfast. Lattes were great, and breakfast sandwich was made to order. I didn’t realize this at first, and couldn’t understand why it was taking so long (and by long I mean like 7 minutes). But it was freshly made and delicious. I added bacon to breakfast sandwich 1. Highly recommend

Such a great spot to hang on a Friday afternoon and work. WiFi and delicious mocha, hot chocolate, avocado toast, and egg salad sandwich. Grab a seat in the front or the back and watch the world go by on the cobblestone streets in front of you. Big fan of their red velvet cake, too. 5 stars!!!

I always pass this spot and decided to grab something off there food menu. I typically only get there mini cookies which are truly so good. Cute shop to sit and have a girls date or get work done. Not sure how many outlets are available because I haven't really sat inside to see. Love the beautiful mural of art work on the wall and the beautiful tall openings of sunlight and views of the dumbo area. Calming environment & pleasant staff. I tried the avocado toast on a whim and suggestion by one of the staff. It was fresh and presented nicely but, I personally feel like it was not worth the $14 they charge. It's really standard. It was literally multi- grain toast, with avocado, chile pepper flakes and greens. For the location& the price point I guess they feel it's ok ... ?? Overall nice spot. If you want to have a look in & happen to be in the area cute spot to get tea or coffee and cookies. I don't think I'd come for food but more so the hot drinks and or cookies as I have been. Hi

Really loved the vibe of this cafe, but the food was a bit of a miss for me. I opted for the breakfast bowl, which looked beautiful but was very heavy on the greens and wind up being more of an arugula salad than a breakfast bowl. The egg also didn't come soft boiled as described on the menu. My friend ordered the breakfast sandwich #1 and added bacon for $3 more. The amount of bacon added to the sandwich was laughable for the price (basically one measly piece). I don't think it seemed worth the $14 price tag. Overall, I wish we had just stuck to their pastries, which looked good.

This place is cute. A lil oasis in dumbo. I love the outdoor seating. They have a good chai and golden latte. Whenever I'm in dumbo, I go here so I've been here many times. I used to get their vanilla cupcakes when they were connected to a bakery that I loved. Now I just get their vanilla cupcakes made by whomever lol - not the same but still pretty good. Staff is typically very nice and efficient. The interior is pretty large. Good for working on your computer or chillin, whatever is needed. I was drawn to this place for their breakfast sammy, but I'll be honest it's not all that great imo.. and I love breakfast sandwiches. Other than that, this place is great and I will be going back and for sure will be getting more cupcakes and other pastries lol!

As I was waiting for my Lyft I decided to stop in. I ordered a hot chocolate w/ marshmallow and an apple crumble muffin. The staff was really kind and the cafe is super cute. There's lots of seating and it's a very chill vibe. It's spacious and near the waterfront. I'd definitely visit again.

Popped into this cafe for a little afternoon work sesh. Super cute open interior and tons of windows with natural light. Staff is super friendly and they've got lots of tables which make it a great spot to work remotely from. Coffee was solid, dark and strong which is how I prefer it. I was a bit pekish and in need of something savory and was recommended the sea salt focaccia. To be honest, it wasn't amazing. I think this was mostly because it wasn't warmed up or toasted (maybe one could request for it to be). There was also more oil on the bottom than I would have liked when I picked it up. I was starving though so wolfed it down regardless!

My partner and I made this the second stop of our walking coffee tour and both agreed it was our favorite of all our stops! We walked in to a quiet, bright and friendly atmosphere. The staff working were helpful in suggesting menu items and mentioned they're well-known for their housemade syrup... With that knowledge, we ordered a cappuccino with vanilla syrup and it was delicious - I'll be thinking about it for a while! It's definitely one of my top 3 cappuccinos I've ever had. Because we were hungry, we also split an order of quiche lorraine, which was tasty as well. The slice was very thick and filling, with a generous amount of ham and a perfectly flaky crust. We enjoyed their coffee so much we ended up getting a cold brew to go! This cold brew was different from others in that it was a bit lighter than other ones we've had, which we both appreciated.

Parking: saw a few street parking areas. But looks like it'd be a fight for a spot. Service: they're super nice. They'll also help with any recommendations needed. Food: got an ice latte with vanilla syrup ($6.25). Honestly, the vanilla syrup was such a good decision. Some syrups taste too syrup-y, but this one was a good balance and still let the coffee shine through. Can't wait to come back and get another pick me up drink here

Service was good and prompt. We were lucky to get seats. Coffee and pastries are ok. Nice location for a quick break.

So I went to Dawn's Till Dusk and when I got my order done I commented on the dog that matched his winter jacket with it's owner. The barrista said that the woman was his best friend and made me meet her. Then he gave a little sining performance for her. When I picked up my order, I asked why I don't get a performance and he gave me one. So cute! The place is cool for people watching when grabbing a window spot. I recommend the chive scone. Make sure it's toasted for extra flavour!

Came here because I was eager to try their coffee ice that can be added to any drink. I went with a caramel latte with almond milk and added their coffee ice. It was good and the ice was a game changer to avoid my drink getting watered down. The space has several tables to sit and get some work done, and free Wi-Fi as well. There's also good window seating to sit and enjoy the view outside.

Moreover, they offer cake customization services which I took advantage of for my father's birthday celebration. The cake was a hit!

I can only speak for the woopie pies. (I used to come to the shop when it was called one girl cookie.) The woopie pies are to die for. Especially the pumpkin! I do like their other treats, but have only tried them when they are out of woopie pies. Tips 1. This place often gets crowded, but if you can't get a table don't worry. It's close to Brooklyn Bridge Park. Just grab your favorite beverage and a pastry, then stroll the waterfront for some of the best views in the city! 2. It's a wonderful treat and good motivation to finish a project. So, get it done and go! Oh, you're still here! Sorry, I'm out getting a pumpkin woopie pie, but will be back soon!

Y'all. I just spent almost $30 on a pile of greens with 4 tiny slices of trout on top and a dried out piece of focaccia. I will say that the salad dressing was flavorful. Most of the other reviews so far are about coffee and baked goods, so it might be worth a stop to grab those, but the food menu is way overpriced and underwhelming.

MY NEW DUMBO FIND!!! Dawns is in a fabulous location next to the Time Out market. If you are looking for a light, bright cafe with AMAZING BAKED GOODS and specialty teas and perfect people watching seats, this is your place. Canr believe I just discovered it and it is only 1 block from waterfront. I got a few goodies, all excellent: lemon raspberry cake (divine), whoop or pie- wonderfully traditional- thank you, lemon scone- best I've ever had, and a gluten free coconut toffee cookie for my daughter. She said it was best gluten free she's had. I was so take by the place that I returned twice in a day. Lol. I got the ROOIBOS LATTE with cinnamon and vanilla- which I've never had and is now my favorite for decaf drinks. Definitely worth rerun visits and so much on the beaten path!!! Thank you dawns.

Very cute place I stumbled upon. Had an oatmilk latte and a pumpkin whoopie pie that was oh...so...delicious.

This was my second time at this eatery and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. First of all I got 2 pastries and a latte for 9 bucks and some change, IN DUMBO!? I was floored by the prices. My latte was deliciously blended with just milk and they make their syrups in-house it was a caramel blend that was really tasty. It's a really quaint space adjacent to Brooklyn Bridge Park and all the happenings of that area so I would have eaten in if we had time but we didn't. The 2 women behind the counter were delightful as well and explained all of the ingredients to me when I had questions about each of the products we purchased. I was headed to St Ann's warehouse to see a show with students and was quite tired. I really needs the caffeine pick me up and it definitely did the trick.

Never ate at this place and most likely never will. The reason for that is simply because my pregnant wife asked to use the bathroom as they were closing and they refused to do so. Staff was still there and all lights were on. Not like we asked them to make us any food or anything... and if they would've claimed bathroom are for customers only, I would've paid for an overpriced water if I had to. But it was a straight up no. Thanks.

Excellent coffee and pastries. We had the pumpkin whoopie pie which was extremely tasty and the cake was moist. The coffee was great as well. We were just visiting but definitely worth a stop if you want some coffee and pastries in the dumbo area.

Cheese danish was super dry and almost stale tasting. Flavor was there but it was really the texture for me. I've also recently discovered that they claim to be a minority owned business but the owners are far from minorities to say the least (I've met them). Overall I just feel really bad for the staff as I've seen them getting ridiculed for minor things like speaking during a shift and hope they do better as a company!

Wish I could do more than 5 stars! Sunday morning-- line went through very quickly-- clearly and efficient setup and team behind the counter. Beautiful seating setup-- whole place feels like there was a curated/thought out vibe to the place-- more relaxed than other coffee shops in the neighborhood. I'm not usually into vegan deserts, but the raspberry almond muffin exceeded my expectations, and the pumpkin whoopie pie literally brought the light and joy back into my heart 10 minutes before a shift Dawn herself was very kind and gracious. Can't wait to go back!

Coffee is made luke-warm. Server did not call out what the drink was, and when asked if the take-out coffee that was put out onto the counter was mine, she simply stared at me. Very odd, strange and not all what one expects. Very mediocre service. Also not liking these payment terminals that expect automatic tips. I'll give them one more try, but unlikely to return unless there's a better quality of service and product.
