Daylesford is always a brilliant experience and somewhere we return to time and time again. The whole place has great vibes – relaxed, stylish and very well thought through. The produce is outstanding, with an amazing selection of high-quality, beautifully presented food that really stands out. The setup is fantastic, whether you’re popping in for a quick visit or spending a few hours there. We’ve enjoyed wine tasting, meals, brunches and the takeaway pizzas, all of which have been consistently excellent. Everything feels carefully curated without being pretentious. Beyond the food, the wider estate really adds to the experience. The garden centre is a joy to wander around, and having the spa next door makes it feel like a proper destination rather than just a farm shop. It’s one of those places that manages to feel special every time you visit. A real gem and highly recommended.

A Cotswolds Organic Haven, Nearly Faultless. Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 stars A wonderful visit to Daylesford Organic Farm with my family. The farm is a true haven of quality and superb design; the majority of the experience was outstanding and certainly exceeded expectations. Only a small, surprising lapse in quality prevented me from giving a perfect score. Food & Drink 5/5 Stars. We sampled a few items from the Deli Counter for a casual 'picaeta' (nibbles), and everything was absolutely delicious. The quality of the organic ingredients is evident and top-notch. Shopping Experience 5/5 Stars. The farm shop is a delight. The selection of goods is fantastic, from the groceries to the design utensils. I particularly loved the gardening section; the watering cans and other items are genuine decorative pieces. Ambience & Facilities 5/5 Stars. Everything is immaculate. The entire site, from the gorgeous gardens to the car park, is extremely well-maintained and exudes a sense of serenity. The interior design is warm and spot-on. Special mention to the SPA: the aromas and relaxing feel upon entering were incredible. I will definitely be booking a treatment on a future visit. Area for Improvement (The Reason for 4 Stars): The single let-down was the condition of the oranges and clementines on display. They were in a poor state, which is unacceptable for a prestigious venue like Daylesford (especially given the high prices). I feel the standards of quality control must be exceptionally high here. Would I Recommend It? Yes, absolutely. It is a beautiful location, and I plan to visit whenever I come to see my children in Warwickshire.

Great concept - lovely shops and a fenomenal selection of local and sustainably sourced/produced products. It gets a bit busy and hectic, so worth going early or in the off-season to enjoy peacefully. Also, highly recommend parking and going on one of the circular routes through Bledington and Kingham (stopping at one of their lovely pubs).

Great setup…but sadly out of touch and missed the mark. The deli and shop are well stocked and set out nicely but you pay a premium but that’s understandable with locally sourced items. The restaurant was a let down. Sat down bang on 11am and was told it was only a lunch menu. Fair enough… places have their rules… but it was a minimal menu and no sign of a brunch option for those who wanted it. Very bizarre choice seeing as the restaurant was filled with people sat with cups of coffee… presumably still in a morning/breakfast mood… no surprise there. Nail in the coffin was seeing a large table served a load of pastries. The food we got was okay and good baby changing facilities. I guess my grumpy old man era has started.

It’s really hard to say anything negative about the whole Daylesford institution - only speaking about the products, the restaurant and garden shop. I am not here to make comments about the owners political or ethical motivations. You have to accept that the whole “farm” (it’s feels weird since it’s way more than that) is just beautiful almost uniquely build, looked after and managed. It’s not a place for nature loving simple people, it’s for the elite and the ones trying to be one. It’s whole purpose is meaningless, but the pretty looking veggies, well prepared meats, lovely smelling candles and sweet jams are there anyway and will be bought by the ones who don’t even look at prices. It‘s very hard to give something so well good looking 3 stars, but hey, I am here for my honest opinion. When standing between £7 jam and vitamin pills branded by daylesford there is no „farm“ or any nature to feel, even when stepping outside into the beautifully selected garden shop . It’s capitalism played to perfection.

The review below is posted from my visit on January 3rd 2026. I posted it and then went on to read the other reviews. Surprisingly, the farmhouse or this company has not responded to anyone. I guess they have moved onto the era of Tik-Tok and Insta marketing. Having seen that attitude I would rather downgrade their rating to 3 star. We recently visited Daylesford Organic and, overall, found it to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience in a setting that is refined, thoughtfully curated, and elegant. The food itself was very good—fresh, well-prepared, and true to the organic ethos the farm is known for. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and after our meal we stayed on for coffee. I also ordered a brownie, which was decent in flavour but quite firm on the outside. As someone who prefers brownies slightly soft and warm, I politely asked if it could be heated—perhaps briefly in a microwave. What followed was the only disappointing moment of an otherwise lovely visit. The waitress appeared unsure and asked a colleague nearby, who responded rather abruptly by asking, “Who is asking for this?” Shortly after, the lady simply said “No,”. The bluntness of the response felt off-putting. To be clear, the brownie itself was fine—I simply wanted it warm. It was not an unreasonable request, and a more gracious explanation or a gentle alternative would have gone a long way. Customer service is often defined not by what *can’t* be done, but by *how* it is communicated. That said, we very much enjoyed browsing the farm shop afterwards and ended up doing some shopping. The quality of the produce and the overall atmosphere reaffirm why this place is so popular. It remains a beautiful destination that clearly knows its craft. With a slightly more polished approach to customer service—especially avoiding blunt refusals—this would be a near-perfect experience. For a place that attracts well-travelled guests who appreciate both quality and warmth, that final touch truly matters.

Daylesford is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, immaculate, and full of gorgeous things. It’s also wildly expensive, but that’s very much part of what you expect here. We picked up a few lovely items, but unless you’ve got family in the oil business, you won’t be doing your weekly shop. The restaurant was also excellent, with top-quality food and service — though, unsurprisingly, the prices matched the surroundings. A real treat, but definitely one for special occasions rather than everyday shopping.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Such a cool spot to visit. Loads of high quality produce to buy. You could spend a small fortune here. Had a nice breakfast here, wasn't the biggest fan of the full breakfast but the other things we had were great. 100% a must visit if your in the Cotswolds.

It's high quality, beautiful, and very very posh. We spent a lot of time here just wandering around but I didn't get anything from the spa. Honestly, the furniture/ homeware/ spa is a little too pricey, but I really like the food. I'm willing to pay a bit more for food if I know it's coming from an ethical and local place. Anyway, it's a truly beautiful farm and a great place to stop by if you're in the area.

The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was lovely, which added to the experience. Great cocktails also. Not to be missed if you're traveling/hiking in the area.

Spend the day getting pampered at this organic farm. Come for breakfast and try the delicious selection of fresh fruits and eggs and when you're done treat yourself at the spa which features delicious organic soaps and oils. Before leaving take a walk around the organic food store and pick up some groceries to take home for dinner

Great, top quality food served in the restauant area where there is an open kitchen so you can watch your food being made. Staff are polite and professional and a lot of the food is fresh from their organic farm. Dishes are tasty but very pricey. There is also a farm shop where you can buy local produce, the truffle cheese is delightful.

Had the most relaxing de-stress massage, the spa was very clean, staff very welcoming and friendly. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage, definitely coming back!

Uber chic complex covering restaurant, deli, bar, home & garden shops, cremery, wine shop, spa, furniture shop . you won't be at a loss for things to do and money to spend!! It is not what you would call cheap here. However, it is all in th best possible taste, in fact it;s gorgeous. You won't want to leave. Set in rolling countryside there is ample parking. As you drive up you can see the farmshop ahead of you and also the outdoor seating area for the restaurant. We ate first. Service is good - if a little understated and slow. However the food was wonderful. Obvously all organic cooked on the premises. There is a lovely bar area where you can sit and watch the world go by - you are sure to see a few Wags and their husbands! After lunch take time to potter round all the very tasteful shops. If you like white and cream these shops will be right up your alley. It is lovely tasteful stuff. Through to the back is the new spa area. It looked lovely but I didn't have the time to try!! Meander back through the shops and there is a butcher and a creamery to savour - and spend more of your money. Then finally there is the farmshop and deli for you to fill your car with and enjoy for weeks to come! If you are looking for true indulgence, a day out, somewhere special to take your partner or your mum this is the place for you!

My Mum and I had a lunch, which was very tasty but not very generous. I felt compelled to complain and had very good customer service. Companies do make mistakes sometimes and it's nice for one to take ownership and correct what has not gone right. I would just advise you to double-check what you have ordered to see if it will meet your requirements. Apart from this the site is beautiful and there is a lovely range of products so it is well worth a visit.

A beautiful place, but......... I took my partner here today for lunch as a special treat as he is always spoiling me. At first my thoughts were "WOW" what an amazing place, clean, fresh, good layout and design, décor was also top notch. We had a wander around and the goods were of excellent quality, but nothing that caught my eye. We then sat down for lunch around 1pm, I should have guessed by how empty it was, that the prices were going to be a little high, but I would rather pay more for quality and be satisfied. The staff were polite and attentive which is what I expected from my waiting staff when I ran my own eatery. We looked over the menu and we found them very confusing with numbers which we found out later were the prices not the Chinese order numbers. We settled on the Ploughman's and at £16 per head we were expecting something over and above a pub lunch, however, even though it was nice, we were not impressed, a pub version is much, much better. The small slither of cheese was beginning to show signs of drying out, the Endive was looking a tad limp, there was one quarter of a tomato, half a boiled egg, a thin slice of pork pie, and the ham was not worth the effort to slice and there was not even a pat of butter for the dry bread. The consolation was the sour dough bread with Olive Oil, this was delicious and warm and came with a small pat of butter that again was not worth taking out of the fridge for, our waiter, however, did bring us some more. We then had a pot of tea each, mine was Earl Grey and I have to say, I have had much better, but, it was piping hot. When the Bill arrived I was not shocked to see it. I was however disappointed to see they had added an optional service charge, I paid it as the waiter was very helpful. I was going to spend some money in the farm shop, but on reflection I decided not too due the cost of our meal. I left feeling I had been defrauded, I like openness and honesty with a company, but I felt things were a little shady. It was a pleasant afternoon and we tried it, but it will not be going on my list for "Ladies who Lunch" club. We work very hard for our money and I feel that it should be spent on a business that needs our money. Trick me once, shame on you, trick me twice, shame on me. Sorry, but will not be back.
