"You don’t have to be Chris Packham to get why eating seasonal salads that have come directly from a farm in Gloucestershire is a good idea. Fresh organic salads are exactly what you’ll find at Daylesford, an all-day cafe and farm shop in Chelsea, with all of their produce coming directly from the farm of the same name. Although their classic chopped salads are fine, it’s the seasonal ones that will really put a smile on your face. For obvious reasons, the options change regularly but you can expect everything from spicy toasted cashew slaws to juicy heritage apple and kale bowls." - Heidi Lauth Beasley, Daisy Meager, Sinead Cranna, Jake Oliver
"Daylesford’s farm is in Gloucestershire but this all-day restaurant is where you should go for a coffee, some cold-pressed juice, and a pretty satisfying meal. Lunch options include pizzas or their signature chopped salad, but if you’re after something more substantial, their seasonal salads are very good. And adding a venison rump in sage and truffle butter, if it’s on, is always a strong move. It’s a great spot to get a laptop out and spend the afternoon working as well." - Heidi Lauth Beasley, Jake Oliver, Rianne Shlebak
"This is the fourth London outpost selling products from the Daylseford farm in Gloucestershire. Downstairs there’s a shop where you can buy expensive organic artichoke, but the all-day café/restaurant on the first floor is where you should go for a coffee, some cold press juice, and a meal when you’re looking for something kind of healthy. Lunch options like pizzas, or their signature chopped salad are fine, but if you’re after something more substantial, their seasonal salads are very good. Getting a few of them beside a main like the venison rump in sage and truffle butter is also a good move. And despite the slightly sterile decor, this is also a great spot to get a laptop out and spend the afternoon ‘working’. photo credit: Daylesford Organic" - Oliver Feldman
"Daylesord’s online shop is basically a mood board for the life we plan on living when we finally move to the countryside and live with approximately 12 corgis. You’ll find everything from beautiful serving bowls to linen tablecloths to our personal favourite, the rattan cheese cutlery set. Prices range from cheap and cheerful to expensive, so there’s something for everyone. They also have a great selection of arty tealight holders that are definitely worth checking out too." - Heidi Lauth Beasley
"Daylesford are delivering all sorts from their online shop, including a pretty good selection of homemade sauces, broths, curries, and more. Choose from things like lentil dhal, venison ragu, chicken tagine, and a never-not-welcome helping of bolognese sauce." - Jake Oliver
