Where To Work With Wifi Outside In NYC

"This Crown Heights cafe, which opened in August during the shutdown, has a bunch of sidewalk and patio picnic tables in front of Wild Birds, a bar and concert venue that takes the space over each night. Get some coffee and pastries any day between 7am-3pm, and grab a bottle of wine or bar of artisanal soap on your way out." - matt tervooren

A nice place to sit outside and work with a strong cup of joe, and perhaps to linger after with a cocktail. It’s an increasingly popular work spot during the day, and the covid-era outdoor arrangements have worked well into the re-opening. It’s a relaxing, friendly vibe, and a nice spot to chill with a cookie and chat. Nice to see something solid on that end of Classon to anchor the nearby bar.

Cute, small but very worthwhile coffee shop. Treated myself to an upgraded oat milk matcha latte and was worried about the $7 price tag but probably one of the better made matcha lattes I've ever had. Oat milk was thick and high quality (people have described me the same way ;D), matcha was good too. Plenty of outdoor seating, cute plants and art, even glass hanging decor inside on sale too.

new to the neighborhood, not too familiar with the coffee shop culture yet, but i have to guess this is one of the best spots in the crown heights area. ten/ten for ambiance, delicious latte and i think cheap for the city at least, and super nice vibes from the baristas.

Really tasty latte, not terribly hot, so I don’t think it would travel well, but good if you drink it right away. I wanted a pastry, too, and those didn’t look great, so I didn’t even end up getting one. They didn’t look especially fresh or generally tasty even if fresh, but it could just be a presentation issue, I really can’t say because I didn’t want to risk it. I ended up grabbing a pastry from a bakery in the area, as there are plenty of options around. Prices seemed standard for the area. It’s small inside, maybe they have a tassel or two in better times. There was a little covered outside area on the sidewalk where I saw people sitting another day, but it seemed to be set up as a movie hospitality area on the day I tried the latte.

No reviews yet whatttt? Popped by today and met Barista Will, who was next level friendly, warm, and funny. The space is open, airy, and has cool pops of flavor and culture within, and a delightful single table and chairs in the corner that feels very nook-like. Feels like a real spot that’s operating FOR AND WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Can’t wait for more good vibes and times there.

This place is already my new go-to cafe and it is by far the best new addition to Crown Heights. If you like excellent coffee, an excellent management and staff, dope records, and fun other purchasable things (as well as non-purchasable things like friendship), go there immediately!!!

Relatively small coffee shop in Crown Heights with some indoor seating and large number of outside tables and chairs. Usual beverage options and some nice snacks (I had a delicious tahini chocolate chip cookie).

just paid $3.50 for a large coffee and it was DISGUSTING. I don’t usually use such strong language in reviews but this coffee was inedible. It tasted like dirty water and made me feel nauseous. Maybe the machine needs to be cleaned? One would think they would check first to see if a batch is bad before serving it to customers... not the first time I’ve gotten my caffeine fix here but definitely the last. I literally had to throw that “coffee” out.
