Stopped here on my way to the MET. The salmon poke bowl is excellent. It took forever to get the latte...wsh there was more seating. I would go here every day if I lived on the upper east side. Good place to get what you need to have a picnic in the park. The service is excellent and it doesn't get too crazy crowded.

I don't love, I don't even like Dean & DeLuca. This location is convenient because of work and if it weren't that I'd never step foot in it. The "fresh" food is not fresh. I'm 100% sure it's brought in and reheated several times. My coworkers and myself have all been sick a few times from there so we don't mess with their food anymore. The bread selection is nice, the pastries are okay as they aren't the best, just okay. Everyone goes for the coffee and while not everyone there is the friendliest, they're fast when they want to be. Overall it's extremely overpriced and while they pretend to be a specialty shop, almost everything there can be found elsewhere for much less in the neighborhood. They need to adjust their prices because it's not back in the day where your goods were impossible to find. Walk a few blocks and go to Whole Foods for higher quality fresh produce.

It’s ok. Sometime the store smells funny. I don’t know why. I would say it’s a bit overpriced. $13 crab cake...

Great food and great service! A lot of choices in this store. I chose the sushi bar for my dinner.

Cute atmosphere, but the food didn’t merit the prices. All the sandwiches were premade and kept warm. It made the lettuce really slimy. One woman tried to speak with an employee about her incorrect drink order and the employee was hostile. Probably won’t go back.

Store looks nice and has a variety of products, but the staff is terrible, very rude. I ordered a sandwich and it was a waste of $14. They have a lot of fresh ingredients on display but my sandwich came from the fridge and the ciabatta was hard as a rock. I feel for the owner

I love D&D! The food is great but the customer service is the best of any place in the city. Had a lovely convo with the bread lady who helped me figure out that I should take home a rosemary bread loaf. I then asked the cheese guy about the best cheese for the rosemary bread I had just purchased and he immediately gave me a cheese that knocked my socks off. 5/5!
